The body portion further comprises (a) a torso portion, (b) a skirt portion, (c) a band portion located between the torso and skirt portion and (d) at least one elastic element located between the band portion and underarm region. Alternatively, (d) the at least one elastic element may extend from the skirt portion to the underarm region. The band portion may be located in the interior space of the apparel.

Abstract: A double layer garment including a first inner layer, worn next to the skin, that is at least in part made of a natural fiber (e.g., cotton) and a second outer layer that is made of a synthetic fiber (e.g., spandex). The natural fiber inner layer and the synthetic fiber outer layer are seamlessly knitted together without seams to form the two layers.

Abstract: A body-shaping intimacy garment for a woman has an upper portion that supports or at least contacts undersides of the breasts while leaving the breasts exposed, a torso portion extending from the upper portion, a lower portion that encircles the waist, buttocks and hips while defining a crotch opening through the garment for access during intimate encounters, and leg portions that extend to below the knee. The torso portion, lower portion and leg portions each include respective portions of inner and outer layers of stretchable fabrics. The inner layer fabric is worn stretched about the torso, waist, buttocks, hips and legs, with tension in shoulder straps maintaining some inner layer stretch along the torso portion while worn.

Abstract: A medical undergarment system effective for supporting an ostomy system consists of a first diagonal catheter channel, a second diagonal catheter channel, a first vertical catheter channel, and a second vertical catheter channel. The system consists of tubing, a base undergarment, and a fluid bag. The medical undergarment system provides a comfortable yet stable ostomy system that can easily be slipped on and off by a user. The system enables convenient and easy removal of bodily fluid when using a catheter.

Abstract: Garments are convertible between multiple configurations so as to have an alternate appearance and/or be wearable as a different type of garment. Pants may be alternately configured so as to expose one of at least two possible surface treatments. The pants include a reversing panel having front and rear flaps that can be alternately wrapped around the left or right side. A garment alternately configurable for wear as a skirt or as a pair of short pants includes front and rear conversion tails. The front conversion tail is alternately affixable to the front or to the rear of the garment; the rear conversion tail is alternately affixable to the rear or to the front of the garment. A garment is also alternately configurable for wear in a sleeveless, wraparound manner, or for wear as a sleeved garment.

Abstract: A garment includes a bifurcated body having front and rear sections wherein the front section is provided with a sheath oriented about a genital region and includes a ribbed outer surface. The rear section is provided with a plurality of apertures and is oriented about a buttock region respectively. The ribbed outer surface includes a plurality of protrusions. The apparatus further includes a mechanism for fastening the garment about the user's waist. A condom is positionable about a user's penis wherein a proximal end portion of the condom is engageable about the ribbed outer surface of the sheath, defining a frictional contact area for assisting to maintain the condom positioned about the penis during sexual activities.

An upper end portion of a cover sheet surrounding a trunk portion of a body is sewed and fixed on the lower portion and an inside of the jacket body. An upper portion of the bottoms for baseball and the waist belt are covered by the lower portion the jacket body and the cover sheet is fastened on a trunk portion via the upper portion of the bottoms for baseball by the waist belt.

Abstract: A disposable surgical gown includes a main body including a front body and a back body; and sleeves extending from both sides of upper ends of the main body. The main body comprises a plurality of assembly sheets having air permeability and liquid non-permeability. The assembly sheets are bonded to each other along a continuous bonding line extending along edges of the sheets.

Abstract: A convertible garment comprises a jacket and optional pants. The pants which are attached at an upper end thereof to a lower end of the jacket include a pair of flexible leg panels each having adapted to be reversibly displaced between open and closed positions, wherein, in the closed position, each leg panel forms a hollow pant leg capable of surrounding a user's leg, whereas, when the leg panels are in the open position, the leg panels can be bundled up adjacent the lower end of the jacket in a storage position of the pants such that the garment only acts as a jacket. A pocket is formed on the inside of the lower end of the jacket to accommodate the pants in their storage position.

Abstract: A protective garment without front facing seams. The protective garment contains a body piece composed of a single seamless sheet of material. The body piece has a right body side and a left body side. Each body side includes a first and second leg edge, a torso edge and a top body side edge extending approximately half-way across each body side from the respective torso edge. The body piece also includes a right sleeve portion and a left sleeve portion. Each sleeve portion has a first and second sleeve edge, and a top sleeve portion edge. Generally speaking, the garment's construction includes approximately five seams and a closure. The closure joins the torso edge of right body side to the torso edge of the left body side to form a resealable opening at a rear face of the garment. Sleeve seams join the first sleeve edges to the second sleeve edges on each sleeve portion and inseams join the first leg edges to the second leg edges on each body side.

Abstract: A garment is disclosed that includes: (1) a first panel having an upper edge, a lower edge, a left edge, and a right edge; (2) a second panel having an upper edge, a lower edge, a left edge, and a right edge; (3) a joining member which is attached to the lower edge of the first panel and to the lower edge of the second panel, the joining member being adapted to fit between a person's legs; (4) a first left tie extension which extends from the left edge of the first panel; (5) a first right tie extension which extends from the right edge of the first panel; (6) a second left tie extension which extends from the left edge of the second panel; and (7) a second right tie extension which extends from the right edge of the second panel. The first left tie extension and the first right tie extension are adapted to tie together in back of a person's waist, and the second left tie extension and the second right tie extension are adapted to tie together in front of the person's waist.

Abstract: An improved slip to be worn as an undergarment beneath a dress or skirt of the type having a side, front or back slit in the lower edge of a dress or skirt. The slip can either be a half-slip or full slip. It is provided with an opening or recess in a panel of the slip, such as at the rear or front of the slip. The opening is of sufficient size to be larger than the slit in the dress or skirt with which the slip is used. The panel with the opening is opposite to a full panel, such as at the front or rear of the slip so that the full panel alone serves to block the light tending to pass through the dress or skirt and slip. With this one full panel, there is no need to have a conventional slip encompassing the legs of the wearer.

Abstract: A garment having a pant-like portion and a skirt-like portion is provided. The pant-like portion includes a crotch section which passes between the legs of the wearer when the garment is worn and the skirt-like portion is adapted to encircle the legs of the wearer. Both portions serve as the outermost material of the garment so that the garment has a pant-like appearance above the crotch and a skirt-like appearance below the crotch. The crotch section can be provided with a device for adjusting the snugness of fit of the crotch. The garment can include material attached to the pant-like portion which extends above the waist of the wearer and gives the garment an overall dress-like appearance. The skirt-like portion can be constructed with various hemline lengths and can be provided with a panel passing between the legs of the wearer.

Abstract: The present invention entails a single piece garment having a two piece garment appearance. First, a dress type outer garment section is provided and includes shoulder areas as well as neck and arm openings. A lining or interfacing is secured interiorly of said outer garment section about said shoulder areas by stitching the lining or interfacing about said neck and arm opening. From the area where said lining is secured by stitching to said outer garment section, the lining or interfacing extends downwardly in an unsecured relationship to said outer garment section. This lower extending lining or interfacing is formed into a body suit that encloses a portion of a subject's mid-body area.

Abstract: A dress garment for dressing a person over the torso and down the legs. The garment is fashioned simply from a rectangular length cut from a single bolt of cloth, i.e. the garment basically is composed of an elongated fabric panel having side edges and end edges, with a retroverted portion between its opposite end edges. This retroverted portion is adapted to be disposed below and spaced from the crotch. The front and back of the garment are thus typically one piece except for styling, i.e. like a bag. The garment features lower lateral leg openings made by terminating the lateral stitching of the side edges of the front segment of the panel to the side edges of the rear segment above the retroverted portion, to provide lateral openings extending upwardly from the retroverted portion of the panel.

Abstract: A combination of apparel is provided including a body encircling garment having a waistline and a hip line disposed below the waistline as well as lower marginal portions spaced below the waistline. A body band extends at least substantially entirely about the garment and includes upper and lower marginal edge portions with the upper marginal edge portion thereof being attached to the exterior of the garment along the hip line thereof with at least substantially the entire length of the band, extending about the garment, disposed below the upper marginal portion of the band being free of attachment to the garment. A body encircling skirt portion including upper and lower marginal portions is provided and the upper marginal portion of the skirt portion is upwardly displaced beneath the lower marginal edge portion of the band between the latter and the opposing waistline of the garment and removably attached to the garment.
