Housing Is A Handle Or Handgrip For Tool Or Appliance Patents (Class 200/332.2)
  • Patent number: 11958175
Abstract: A handheld power tool has a monostable operating button 6 which has a stable switching position and a pressed switching position. A catch 32 which can be pivoted between a releasing position and a locking position in a pivoting direction 34 is provided, wherein the catch 32, in the locking position, stops the monostable operating button 6 in the pressed switching position. An operating knob 30 can be moved by the user in a shifting direction 31 which is perpendicular to the pivoting direction 34. The catch 32 is attached to the operating knob 30 by means of a joint 36. A slotted link 38 converts a movement of the catch 32 along the shifting direction 31 into a pivoting movement in the pivoting direction 34.

Abstract: Method and device are provided where a barrier is formed at or around the trigger of a device with a rest area for the index finger so that the finger can remain (extended) off the trigger when the device is not in use. Position and/or size of the rest area is adjustable to, for example, accommodate index fingers of various sizes. Adjustment of the position of the rest area can be achieved by means of a screw which slides a resting piece to a selected correct location, or by means of inserts that may be indexed to a selected length. Device can be a nailer, and the barrier is configured to accommodate a depth gage of the nailer.

Abstract: A toy vehicle controller include a casing with a grip (1) topped by a widened zone (2). A resistance element (3) is mounted in the widened zone (2), and it provides a variable resistance depending on a position of a cursor (4) that moves under the action of a trigger (5). A first arm (16) and a second arm (17) of the cursor touch opposite sides of the resistance element (3). A first wire (6) is connected to a first terminal (10), and the resistance element (3) is coupled to the first terminal (10). A second wire (7) is connected to a second terminal (11), and the second terminal (11) is couple to the cursor (4). As the trigger is depressed, the first and second arms of the cursor move along the resistance element to vary a resistance in the circuit formed between the first and second wires. When a user depresses a button (15), the head (20) of an elastic element (13) is pushed into contact with the first terminal (10).

Abstract: Disclosed a trigger switch having a trigger to be locked stably when it is pulled in. The trigger has wall surfaces disposed oppositely leaving a space therebetween. Pivotal holes are formed in the wall surfaces and a pivotal shaft is inserted in said holes. Rotary shaft holes are formed in the wall surfaces, and a rotary shaft for inverting a switch is inserted in the rotary shaft holes. A stopper for stopping the trigger from being pulled while rotating about the pivotal shaft is mounted between the pivotal shaft and the rotary shaft. The stopper includes a stopper shaft engaged in stopper holes formed in the wall surfaces. A stopper button is mounted at an end of the stopper shaft. When the stopper button is pushed, the stopper shaft is moved to place a thinned portion thereof into the stopper holes, thus releasing the trigger from the stopper.
