Abstract: An electrical cabinet includes circuit breakers that can be snap-fitted onto a door hinged to a body of the cabinet and equipped with electrical connectors connected to portions of electrical circuits inside the door. The portions connect to fixed portions of the electric circuit, via other connectors, when the cabinet is closed.
Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes: an apparatus body which can house a battery; a lid member which is coupled to the apparatus body; an operating portion which is moved between an ON position where a power source supplied from the battery is turned ON, and an OFF position where the power source is turned OFF; and a unit which, when the operating portion is not at a position which is one of the ON position and the OFF position, moves the operating portion to the position and holds the operating portion at the position in accordance with removal or coupling of the lid member from or to the apparatus body.
Abstract: A device is provided for inspecting an installed electrical system including a power panel and branch circuits with respective circuit breakers. The device includes a power interface unit with a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) for connection with the power panel. Further, the device includes a power source for temporarily powering the electrical system through the GFCI. For safety purposes, the device allows the energized GFCI to be closed only when the device and the power panel are connected. Moreover, the device provides for selective closing of the circuit breaker of an individual branch circuit to test a power response thereof to indicate whether the individual branch circuit has a fault therein.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing an electrical connection and latching a door is provided. The door latching electrical connection device may include a bar an electrical connector attached to the bar. The method may include placing one end of a bar and bar receiver mounted on the device and attaching the other end of the bar to a second bar receiver mounted on the device and causing the door to be blocked. The method may further include providing an electrical connector on the bar and automatically making an electrical connection by connecting the electrical connector to a second electrical connector mounted on the device when the bar is placed in the two bar receivers.
Abstract: A combination of a switch which is controllable by a grip and a receiving means for fuses held in a swivelable flap, the switch being provided on a mains side of the receiving means for the fuses and being converted by a housing, the flap being locked with the grip in a closed switching position, the grip of the switch being held in the flap of the receiving means for the fuses, and the grip being insertable on an actuating shaft of the switch merely in an opened position thereof.
