Bayonet-coupling Patents (Class 200/51.08)
  • Patent number: 11021795
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to apparatus and methods for semiconductor processing, more particularly, to a thermal process chamber. The thermal process chamber includes a substrate support, a first plurality of heating elements disposed over or below the substrate support, and a spot heating module disposed over the substrate support. The spot heating module is utilized to provide local heating of cold regions on a substrate disposed on the substrate support during processing. Localized heating of the substrate improves temperature profile, which in turn improves deposition uniformity.

  • Patent number: 9935631
Abstract: A control indication assembly. A first control mounted on a surface of a computer is coupled to a first sensor, to a first sensing circuit to send an electrical signal to the first control when a user-touch occurs to the first sensor, and to a first indicator to indicate an occurrence of said user-touch. A second control mounted on a surface of a display which is coupled to the computer is coupled to a second sensor, to a second sensing circuit to send an electrical signal to said second control when said user-touch occurs to the display, and to a second indicator to indicate an occurrence of the user-touch. The first and second control are configured such that the first and second indicator are synchronized to exhibit identical behaviors when the user-touch occurs to either the first control or the second control.

  • Patent number: 7771077
Abstract: The present subject matter relates to a tail cap for portable lighting device such as a flashlight. The tail cap includes a locking mechanism which secures the tail cap on the flashlight as well as enables or disables the switch that activates, or deactivates the flashlight and/or its various lighting modes. The tail cap with the present multi-purpose locking mechanism allows the user to rapidly replace the battery, and ensures that the switch and contact pins return to the correct position, after the tail cap is reinserted. The combined use of a magnetic switch and O-ring gasket between the tail cap and main housing ensures complete waterproofing. The ambidextrous switch consisting of either a switch bar or dual push-button switch located on the rear wall of the tail cap allows ambidextrous use, even when the flashlight is mounted on a firearm such as a handgun, where the trigger guard would normally interfere with the operation of a switch mounted on the rear face of the flashlight.

  • Patent number: 6750410
Abstract: An electric outlet with a plurality of individual switches and rotatable receptacles is provided for efficiently protecting against possible electric hazard and organizing electric extension cords. The electric outlet provides three kinds of rotatable receptacles rotating on a plan plane, vertical plane or both plan and vertical plane simultaneously. The electric outlet rotating simultaneously on a plan and vertical plane comprises a disk-type receptacle and a cylindrical-type receptacle. The disk-type receptacle comprises a top disk part, lower cylindrical body part and a pair of outer stoppers. The cylindrical type receptacle comprises a hollow part for inserting a disk type receptacle, an annular rim, a pair of inner stoppers and shafts. A protecting cover as a safety device installs on top of disk part for automatically blocking the slots. The assembled disk-type and cylindrical-type receptacle is installed to the rotatable electrical outlets.
