A divider flap can be foldably connected to the central panel. The divider flap can extend at least partially from the central panel to the front panel. An attachment feature can comprise a hinge panel and an attachment tab. The hinge panel can be foldably connected to the divider flap along a first fold line, and the attachment tab can be foldably connected to the hinge panel along a second fold line. The attachment tab and the front panel can at least partially overlap one another.

The first carrier unit includes a first side panel (114A) and a first medial panel (110A) disposed opposed to the first side panel. The first and second medial panels are in a face-contacting arrangement to form a medial wall disposed between the first and second side panels. The first and second medial panels are retained in the face-contacting arrangement by at least one hinged connection (149, 161) between the first and second medial panels and by at least one removable joint. Blanking includes separating the stock material along a plurality of severance lines (26, 28, 29) dividing between the blanks (100), wherein at least two of the severance lines are separated from one another by the offset void. Blanking can include separating the stock material along a plurality of severance lines dividing the blanks from one another by a blanking grid, wherein the blanking grid is arranged in a nested sheet-fed layout.

Abstract: A rapidly erected and collapsible container and method of using same are disclosed. The container is movable between a flat and a box configuration. The container includes two primary panels, two secondary panels, and a main link part. The two primary panels, which are movably coupled to the main link part, are configured to move away and sideways from each other, whereby the two primary panels face each other across a gap when the container is in the box configuration. The main link part provides, at least partly, a base panel for the container and may enable maintaining the container in the box configuration. Embodiments foster a container that rapidly, easily, and conveniently transitions from a flat configuration to being ready for use in a box configuration. Moreover, the container may be produced using significantly less material than conventional containers without compromising effectiveness and structural integrity.

The tray has a base (2, 3) an upper deck (5), side walls (12, 13), a handle (15) and container receiving apertures (6-9). The blank is able to be fabricated from a single sheet of cardboard without gluing and folded to form the carrier tray. Braces (32, 33) which fold out from the handle strengthen the tray. Unbalanced loads are able to be supported by the tray.

Abstract: A carrier blank and method of making a carrier which is highly adaptable for use in different forms with both in-line and right-angle gluers presently in use by many carrier manufacturers. A blank for use with a variety of different right-angle gluers takes advantage of the structure of the carrier which has two separate support panels and receptacles. The parts for the carrier can be formed into a compact lay-out in two parallel arrays on opposite sides of the blank. Cut-outs forming dividers for each of the receptacles are nested and embedded in adjacent parts so as to form integral one-piece dividers. A manufacturer can select among several different blanks available for use on either in-line or right-angle gluers, all for producing essentially the same carrier.

Preferably, at least one glue tab is foldably connected to one of the floor and the center wall, the glue tab being glued to the other of the floor and the center wall after the carrier has been loaded with bottles. This securely connects the carrier's center wall to the floor which enhances the vertical support for bottles within the carrier cells, and also which aids in maintenance of squared corners for the carrier during use.
