Abstract: A magnet tool bit wallet includes a fabric body formed from first and second overlying panels, and having a magnetic support portion, a bit retainer portion, and a closeable pocket portion. The magnetic support portion encloses a pair of elongate magnet assemblies between the panels, each magnet assembly including a row of disc magnets disposed between a pair of ferromagnetic strips. The rows of disc magnets have opposite polarity to adjacent magnets, and opposite polarity to corresponding magnets in the other magnet assembly. The bit retainer portion includes at least one block configured to retain tool bits. In a folded configuration the magnet assemblies overlie each other, and a flap on the magnetic portion overlies the pocket portion to retain the wallet in the folded configuration.

Advantageously, this permits a dynamic assignment of authority to access content that does not have to be actively managed by the user.

Abstract: A weatherproof document case with a table and a cover. The table has a table top, a table side and table lip, the table lip lower than the table top. The cover has a cover top, a cover side and a cover lip, with the cover lip lower than the cover top. The cover is coupled to the table such that when the cover is in a closed position, the cover lip contacts the table lip and such that when the cover is in the open position blueprints can be placed on or removed from the table top. A user simply raises the cover to place the blueprints beneath the transparent cover to protect them from the elements.

Abstract: A single use, disposable container for tattoo ink has a generally cylindrical body defining a reservoir for retaining tattoo ink, a base and a cap. The base has a bottom surface. At least one member extends radially from the bottom surface of the base. A layer of adhesive is provided on the bottom surface of the base, but not on the under surface of the radially extending member. A removable protective layer is situated over the adhesive layer. The protective layer has a radially extending portion aligned with the member radially extending from the base. The radially extending base member increases the stability of the container, facilitates removal of the cap from the container body and provides for easy removal of the protective sticker from the adhesive layer.

Abstract: The present invention is a case for the organization, storage, and transportation of a wide variety of writing materials, that includes means for temporarily fixing and supporting said case on a smooth surface such as a wall, a table or such in a way that the writing instruments are found to be perfectly located for the user during a work session and that the case can be removed from said surface for its storage and transportation.

Preferably the body is comprised of a plastic top shell and a plastic bottom shell each fixed together at a seam along peripheral edges thereof. An actuator activates the laser pointer device to produce a laser beam that projects through a laser beam aperture of the body.

The bottom portion includes a drink restraint for holding a drink item and a snack restraint for holding a snack item. A clip is operatively connected to one side of the top portion for holding paper.

The carrier includes a plurality of connected panels configured to permit the carrier to wrap around the portable display device and releasably latch to support the portable display device for carrying via an integral handle member of the carrier. The carrier may subsequently be unlatched to permit removal of the portable display device for use for display purposes, and relatched for subsequent transportation. The carrier may include integrally attached accessories die cut along with the carrier from a unitary sheet of corrugated paperboard for tear away removal therefrom. Such accessories may include a header, stencil cards, or alignment tools, such as a protractor, T-square or triangle. Removable adhesive labels may be provided on the carrier. The carrier may be scored for folding for compact storage, etc. A display kit including a portable display device and carrier is also provided.

Abstract: A pouch for a padfolio or other business accessory that encloses a PDA or other electronic device with an extraction or ejection strap having a pull-tab exposed on the top face of the pouch is provided. The pull-tab is connected to an outer free end of the strap, and the strap extends around the bottom of the device within the interior of the pocket. The strap is secured to an opposing bottom face interior of the pouch. When the tab is pulled, the strap engages the bottom of the device and urges the device upwardly out of the opening so that it can be grasped easily at its top end, which now extends from the opening. The top face of the pouch, as well as the side walls, can be sized so that the device is fully enclosed by the pouch for better security. The slot on the top face of the pouch from which the strap and pull-tab extend can be reinforced with a gusset formed from a durable material, such as soft polyvinylchloride (PVC).

The back of the Caddy is constructed with a storage area allowing for the safe and convenient storage of the cover when its use is not desired. The Caddy is equipped with two plastic lock down elongated clamps which fit into channeled grooves of the Caddy to support and restrain blueprints of either twenty-four or thirty-six inches in length with a wrap around storage slot to slide unwanted pages of any blueprints utilized. The top of the Caddy is constructed with two small contained storage areas for carrying wax pencils or other writing materials, erasers, cloths, etc.

The lower half case has a shaped retaining block respectively at two opposite sides for keeping a pen stably. A hang hook is also provided on an outer surface of the upper half case to be hanged on a pocket.

Abstract: A desktop storage device is provided comprising an elongated platform element adapted to be inserted and retained within an elongated container. The elongated platform element includes a lower platform upon which said pens, pencils and similar elongated objects rest, and an upper platform connected to the lower platform by means of an elongated connecting member. Disposed within the upper platform is at least one aperture, said aperture serving to allow the pens or pencils to be inserted therethrough, and further allowing the user to grasp the elongated platform in order to slide it out of the container. The elongated platform element is adapted to be inserted into and securely retained within the container. Pens and pencils may be inserted through the aperture in the upper platform, and thereupon come to rest on the lower platform, being bound by the interior surface of the container.

Abstract: A flexible writing utensil enclosure that provides for the safe storage and transportation of writing instruments while not in use. Specifically, the invention consists of a pocket device whereby writing instruments are placed in an enclosure formed by two opposite facing attached wall member forming a pocket. Once writing instruments are inserted into the pocket, a foldable flap is secured to an opposite wall member thereby providing an enclosure which may be placed in a clothing pocket, purse or briefcase for storage and transport by a user.

Abstract: A tool holder or writing instrument is provided which includes a formable modeling compound material positioned around a flexible rod or tube which in a preferred embodiment is capable of holding an ink or other writing substance. The material is capable of conforming to the fingers and grip orientation of a user of the writing instrument to provide a comfortable, ergonomically correct writing instrument. Additionally, a portion of this writing instrument (e.g., the flexible tube) may be wrapped around at least one digit of the user's writing hand, e.g. the index finger, to provide additional support and comfort. One end of the tube can include means for removably attaching various hand tools such as scribes, knives, electrical contacts or the like.

Abstract: An expandable, compact disc shipping container capable of securely holding a compact disc container and additionally providing added protection to the corners of the compact disc container, which usually is most vulnerable to damage during shipping, and to the compact disc itself. The expandable, shipping container is provided with a top closure flap that is at least as long as the width of maximum expansion and further provided with score lines that facilitate assembly of a container blank and provide the ability to hold compact discs containers of varying thickness securely during shipment.

The pencil box allows a method of sharpening pencils which includes the following steps: providing a pencil box having a lid and a pencil sharpener integrally mounted therein with a door for dumping shavings opening to the exterior of the box, inserting a pencil into the sharpener, sharpening the pencil so as to generate shavings, and opening the door when necessary to discard the shavings without opening the box.

This device has further paper-saving, trash-decreasing utility when it is attached by flexible bands to the hard back of a standard note-pad so that when the note-pad is placed on a desk, hard-back down, the resilient friction-pad of this device will be in contact with the desk top so as to stabilize the note-pad even when it is written on near its bottom edge.

Abstract: A kit for applying stamping identification onto compact discs includes a base for supporting a compact disc, and a hand stamp with a spring loaded spindle sized to fit into a hole in the base for centering the stamp relative to the disc. The spring force on the spindle must be manually overcome to apply the stamp to the disc and helps maintain uniformity of stamping force. The stamp assembles with an inkwell unit for clean and convenient storage of both stamp and inkwell.
