Abstract: A smoking device comprised of a rectangular middle panel comprising a central rectangular subpanel hingably joined to a lower rectangular subpanel, and hingably joined to an upper rectangular subpanel; a left panel hingably joined to a left edge of the rectangular middle panel and comprising a plurality of left panel facets hingably joined to each other; and a right panel hingably joined to a right edge of the rectangular middle panel and comprising a plurality of right panel facets hingably joined to each other. The lower rectangular subpanel and upper rectangular subpanel are pivotable with respect to the central subpanel to an opposed position forming an enclosed cavity. The left panel facets and right panel facets are pivotable so as to collapse and be contained within the enclosed cavity. Alternative embodiments with additional multifunctional capabilities are also described.

Abstract: A pocket sized weed grinder is provided herein. The weed grinder includes a single board, including at least four panels, at least one folding line disposed between adjacent panels of the at least four panels, for forming a closed flat cell between two of the adjacent panels, and two grinding plates, each grinding plate disposed on each of two of the adjacent panels. At least one of the two grinding plates is movable in linear motion with respect to the other. The weed grinder enables grinding of weed, accumulating the ground weed within the weed grinder and pouring the ground weed to a smoking paper, while avoiding the need of a mediator element to which ground weed is poured and from which ground weed is poured into a smoking paper, as in currently used weed grinders.

Abstract: A pop-up dispenser is provided containing a stack of curved edge cigarette rolling papers. The papers are folded and interleaved within a box having a slot for dispensing one curved edge cigarette rolling paper at a time. A cover hinged to one edge of the box overlies the slot in the closed position. One paper is dispensed with its straight edge exiting the box first followed by a subsequent paper dispensed with its curved edge exiting the box first.

Abstract: A recloseable package for containing smoking papers to be dispensed therefrom, the package comprising: a body for holding the smoking papers, the body having a cover which overlays the body of the package for closure, wherein the cover has a first magnet, and wherein the body has a second magnet, the first and second magnets being positionally mounted to contact one another when the cover is folded downwardly over the body of the package for closure.

Abstract: A rolling paper and packaging combination that individually seals each rolling paper substrate within its own individual, moisture resistant compartment. The moisture resistant compartments are fabricated by bonding a first wrapper and a second wrapper along each longitudinal edge and each transverse edge. The wrappers are fabricated of a moisture impervious material. A series of rolling paper substrates can be spatially arranged along a length of the wrappers, wherein the wrappers would be transversely bonded between adjacent edges of adjacently located substrates. The intermediary bonds can be perforated to aid in separation of one compartment from the series of compartments. The individual packaging extends the useful life of packaged rolling papers, particularly for rolling papers fabricated of moisture sensitive materials such as homogenized paper, and the like.

Abstract: At least one embodiment of a package system for particulate organic product includes a box element and an insert element. The box element generally includes a side pocket for retaining an auxiliary packet, such as a packet of cigarette rolling papers. The insert element acts as a transparent window aligned with one or more window apertures in the first face panel of the box element, and is extendable from the box element to provide a tray which can be partitioned into a product measurement zone and a product retentions zone. The partitioning may be provided by a foldable closure panel and associated tuck flap acting in cooperation with one another. The box element and insert element may be formed from respective pre-cut and scored blanks.

Abstract: A cigarette pack made from cardboard paper stock and the like comprises a body portion and a hinge lid portion. The body portion includes a tear away card having a continuous outer boundary with perforations along the boundary to facilitate removal of the tear away card from the pack.

Abstract: A container for holding cigarette rolling papers is provided comprising a card having front and rear surfaces; and a rear panel fastened to the rear surface to define a cavity adapted to contain a plurality of cigarette rolling papers. Preferably, the card is approximately the same shape and size as a standard credit card and constructed from a plastic material. A ridge or other obstruction is included above the rear panel adapted to retain the rolling papers while inside the cavity. The card may further comprise a USB flash drive or portable media player flexibly attached to the front surface of the card.

Abstract: Rolling papers and apparatus for holing rolling papers are provided, In one aspect of the invention, a stack of individually removable rolling papers is provided, the stack including a spine, an initial sheet disposed on the spine, an end sheet disposed on the spine, and a plurality of sheets disposed on the spine between the initial sheet and the end sheet with each of the initial sheet, the end sheet, and the plurality of sheets therebetween having an adhesive disposed thereon and the adhesive is coupled to the spine to define a gummed edge, and the spine separates each the gummed edge from a proceeding gummed edge.

Abstract: Aspects of the invention generally provide methods and structures for rolling paper structures for an end user to create a cigar or cigarette. In one aspect, a rolling paper structure is provided including a first paper section having a first height, a second paper section coupled to the first paper section and the second paper section having a second height longer than the first height, and an optional adhesive disposed on the second paper section. The rolling paper structure may be folded between the first paper section and the second paper section having a portion extending beyond the first paper section. A plurality of the rolling paper structures may be disposed in a storage structure. A method for disposing rolling paper structures in and retrieving rolling papers structures from the storage structure is also provided.

Abstract: A method of repairing cigars and the storing and humidification of pre-coated adhesive backed cigar patches for sealing damaged cigars packaged in separate zip-lock bags stored in a small box with a Spanish cedar bottom insert having an optional humidifier compartment containing wet paper wads or wet Spanish cedar chips. The method of cigar repair includes applying vegetable glue to one or both sides of a wrapper leaf and allowing the glue to dry, cutting desired sizes and shapes form the dried leaf, selecting a patch and wetting it, and applying the wet patch to the damaged cigar and allowing it to dry.

Abstract: A nicotine candy is provided for consumption in small volumes and in a cigarette shaped package. Each portion of the candy is obtained by removing it from a cigarette shaped package from the end. In a first embodiment, standard paper is used to wrap the a series of linearly disposed candy portions. In a second embodiment, the package is made of edible rice paper, and may be torn off of the end in a single piece. The formulation of the candy preferably uses a food grade Beta-pyridyl-alpha-N-methylpyrrolidine dissolved into any standard hard sugar candy. This material is water soluble and is admixed into the sugar candy composition during candy formation. Preferably, the candy composition is available in a range of strengths which further enables users to regulate their doses. One or two or three pieces can be ingested simultaneously to enable control of the intake, in addition to the availability of the composition in different strengths.

Preferably, the rolling paper booklet is held by an inner rim integrated with the inner periphery of the enclosure. Abstract: The present invention relates to a fishing tackle protective case which covers both a reel and a reel-mounted section of a fishing rod with the reel mounted on the fishing rod. The present protective case comprises a box member for containing a reel mounted on a fishing rod and a cylindrical member for covering the reel-mounted section of the rod. The box member and the cylindrical member are made of transparent or translucent synthetic resin material in an integral form. The box and cylindrical members have an depression for receiving the foot of the reel.
