The inner tube is configured to removably retain at least one cigarette inside the inner periphery of the inner tube. The inner tube is configured to be slidably positioned inside the outer tube. The top cap is configured to be lifted off the open end of the outer tube when the outer tube slides relative to the inner tube. The cigarette packaging closure is configured to be accessed by a user that is capable of applying sufficient force, thereby ensuring that the children's accessibility of the cigarette(s) placed inside the inner periphery of the inner tube.

Abstract: An apparatus has a housing that has a first section and a second section. The first section has a first compartment for storing a cigarette and a second compartment for containing a cutting device having a blade. The first compartment is sealed from the second compartment. A slide button on the housing allows the user to move the cutting device within the second compartment. The second section has an opening and a hollow interior that are sized to allow a user to insert a portion of a cigarette through the opening and into the hollow interior. A user inserts the used portion of a cigarette into the opening and hollow interior and then uses the slide button to move the blade into the hollow interior to cut off the used portion of the cigarette. The user then places the remaining portion of the cigarette in the first compartment.

Two second tubes are respectively movably mounted to the tow open ends of the first tube and a collar extends radially inward from an inside of a first end of each of the two second tubes to prevent the second tubes from being separated from the first tube when pulling the second tubes. Each second tube has a cap mounted thereto so that the length of the cigar receiving tube can be adjusted according to the length of the cigar to be received in the cigar tube.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cigar holder provided with a detachable tip-cutting knife and a plug-removing member inside a cap of the holder. The knife has an inwardly extending portion and exterior portion hinged together and secured within a slot formed in the cap. The exterior portion lies flat in the recess formed in the cap, while the interior portion extends perpendicularly to the exterior portion, transversely to the cap opening. The plug-removing member is fixedly attached to the interior of the cap. It is adapted to pierce through the end of the cigar and remove a small portion of the cigar thereby forming a distinct channel for penetration of the tobacco smoke to the end of the cigar.

Abstract: An improved combination portable ash receptacle and saver for cigars with an area for a cigar cutter, 20, and matches, 16, all in a hinged, two part case* consisting of a top, 2, and a bottom, 4, that shut tightly together via a built-in latch. The top portion of the latch, 6, located on the top of the case, catches firmly on the corresponding bottom part of the latch, 8, located directly beneath on the bottom half of the case. The hinge, 30, is located on the opposite side of the latch and is durable in order to accommodate frequent use. The interior of the case is divided into 6 compartments via two ribs in each half, one rib running the length of the case on the top, 24, and 34 on the bottom, and another rib dissects it perpendicularly in each half, 10 on the bottom and 26 on the top. This creates three compartments in the top portion, or lid, and three more in the bottom.

The lid portion is hingedly coupled to the base portion. A cigarette cutting portion is extended from the bottom of the base portion. The cigarette cutting portion comprises a cutting blade and a sliding portion.
