Abstract: A single piece of material that changes from a cuboid to a wedge includes a central panel bounded by four creases and four sidewall panels extending therefrom, respectively. A fold-over panel extends from the second sidewall panel. The third and fourth sidewall panels each define first and second portions sharing a crease angled from the respective third or fourth crease. The central panel, fold-over panel, and sidewall panels define the top, bottom, and sides of the cuboid, respectively, with an interior label. In the wedge: the second sidewall panel and the first portions extend downward from the central panel, the second portions are folded inward from the first portions, the central panel overlies and is inclined at the angle with respect to the fold-over panel, which is attached to the first sidewall panel, and the label is exterior. Each crease is pre-formed in the piece.

Abstract: A cut-case with enhanced display of product information includes a product container having a front wall forming a surface area facing a viewing direction when on a store shelf. A lid at least partially receives the product container to close an open top to make the cut-case suitable and the products contained for shipment therein. A display panel is hingedly connected to the front wall for pivoting movements between a retracted position during shipment and storage substantially co-extensive with one of the product container walls and an extended position substantially co-planar with the front wall and extending below the bottom wall when placed on a store shelf to at least partially cover the shelf on which the product container is placed. The front wall retains products within the container and product information is provided on the display panel over a surface area greater than the surface area of the front wall.

Abstract: Prefolded cardboard blank for folding closed packaging boxes of varying height and length, said blank comprising a bottom panel, two side panels, each joined to opposite edges of said bottom panel and a first end panel joined with a first edge to said bottom panel, with a second edge to one of said side panels and with a third edge to the other one of said side panels such that the first end panel and the side panels when erected from the bottom panel form together with the bottom panel a box having an open top and an open side, the first end panel having an end portion intended to form a first top panel, each side panel having an end portion intended to form at least one second top panel and a corner panel, the bottom panel having an end portion intended to form a second end panel and a third top panel, and each side panel having a crease line running at an angle of 45° upwards from a corner, where the edges of the respective side panel, the first end panel and the bottom panel meet.

Abstract: A writing instrument case includes a base having a first member and a second member rotatably attached to the first member via a hinge. A flap is attached to the base and includes at least one button adapted to fit within at least one dimple of the second member. The flap further includes a plurality of grooves, at least one groove having a knob to secure a portion of a writing instrument to the flap. The second member of the base is rotatably moveable between a closed position, in which the flap fits within the second member of the base, and an open position, in which the projection of the second member fits into the slot of the first member of the base upon rotation of the second member toward the first member, forming a locking mechanism.

Abstract: A secondary packaging comprises a tray and an insert. The tray is configured to localize a lower end of primary packages and the insert is configured to localize an upper end of the primary packages. The insert is formed from the material of the tray.

Abstract: A reflexive lid having a top panel including a top-panel front section and a top-panel rear section connected along a fold line. The top panel rear section is foldably connected to a rear-panel top edge of a container, where the rear panel top edge of the container is at a height (H) above a bottom panel of the container and the fold line is a depth (D) from the rear panel top edge, wherein the depth is either one of substantially the same as height H or greater than height H.

Abstract: A dispenser carton including a removable bin dispenser. The removable bin dispenser forms part of the exterior surface of the carton, but may be detached from the carton to allow access to the carton. The carton has a dual dispensing feature in that the carton may either be displayed with the removable bin dispenser positioned on the carton to form a counter top dispenser configuration or a hanging configuration or the carton may be displayed with the removable bin dispenser simply removed to form a shelf-loaded carton configuration.

Abstract: A cover for an electronic device includes a bottom plate, a first support plate, a top plate, two bending plates and a rubber trim. The bottom plate has a first end and a second end that are opposite to each other. The first support plate is connected to the first end of the bottom plate. The top plate is connected to the second end of the bottom plate, for expanding or closing relative to the bottom plate, and the top plate having a through hole. The two bending plates are opposite to each other and connect the bottom plate and the top plate. The two bending plates, the bottom plate and the top plate form an accommodating space. The rubber trim is disposed on the first support plate. When the top plate closes relative to the bottom plate, the top plate pass through and protrudes from the through hole.

Abstract: A convertible food transporting box consists of a single blank which, when appropriately folded, serves the dual purposes of transporting food, i.e. pizza, and elevating the box for displaying and serving the pizza. The lid section of the box has a plurality of perforated inserts as part of the lid section itself. When used to transport pizza or like food, the box is a standard pizza box type container. To convert the box to an elevated food display and serving tray, the perforated inserts are pushed out of and locked to the lid section, such that they extend outwardly from the lid section. The lid section is then rotated to a position beneath the container section, such that the extended inserts act as legs to support the box, now converted to a food tray.

Abstract: Transportation packaging may be used to ship or transport a product, such as an electronic device. The transportation packaging may be reused subsequent to the transport of the product by removing a shape defined by a pattern included on the transportation packaging, assembling or altering a portion of the removed pattern, and engaging the assembled pattern with the product. In a particular embodiment, the assembled pattern may provide a usability surface for at least one peripheral device to be used with the electronic device.

Abstract: A package includes an article group formed of cylindrical articles disposed on their sides in a side-by-side parallel fashion, and a carton disposed around the group. The carton includes a top wall, opposed side walls, end walls and an article dispenser. The side walls are disposed alongside the ends of the articles while one end wall is disposed adjacent to the side wall of an endmost article. The dispenser is formed from the end and top walls and includes at least one retaining panel to hold all the articles in the carton until removed by the user.

Abstract: Collectable action cards, figure cards, panels, frames which are attached or detached as described below, and easel designs are featured. A paperboard sleeve with openings on its opposite ends defines a central cavity to receive a package. A front face of the sleeve includes perforations defining the perimeter of a removable segment that can be broken out of the sleeve, to produce a collectable item with a form such as is described below. Support members attached to the rear the removable segment allow it to be displayed. The removable segment may include a removable card, creating a frame with supports that can be displayed once the card is removed. Support members attached to the rear of the sleeve allow display of the sleeve, whether or not it includes the removable segment. The removable segment may be supported and displayed by a second set of support members.

Abstract: A single piece blank and resulting container having an operable tray panel for easily viewing and accessing products contained within is disclosed. Specifically, the container is designed to have an operable tray panel in an upper portion of the container. The operable tray panel allows easy access to products in the container. Further, it provides better viewing of contents such that the urge to access the contents is increased via the increased visibility. The structure provides a strong and stable container that may be constructed to varying sizes and geometries.

Abstract: An elongate blank for forming a sleeve includes a plurality of panels. The panels include two rear panels. When the blank is folded to form the sleeve, an outer rear panel overlies an inner rear panel and a pocket is formed between these panels. The pocket is configured to contain one or more objects. The sleeve is adapted to be placed on a container, such as a package containing smoking articles. The pocket can contain another tobacco product, such as one or more promotional smokeless tobacco products.

Abstract: A single piece container blank for the storing and displaying of product utilizing corrugated flutes horizontally and vertically oriented to provide strength while limiting cost. The multi-thickness side panels and top panels, and flute arrangements form a container that is highly stable and strong that is efficient in its use of materials. Further, the structure includes a plurality of side walls that prevent nesting of vertically stacked containers.

Abstract: A display carton, convertible between a closed configuration and an open display configuration, is used for storing and displaying a packaged product therein. The display carton comprises a base member and a lid member connected to the base member and foldable into a built-in stand-up display or support system. The lid member is folded back behind a bottom wall of the base and a front flap of the lid containing a tab can be folded out to minimize the angle of elevation of the carton, such that the contents therein cannot slide or fall out. In the closed configuration, a fastener is placed at a portion of the lower edge of the front flap, i.e., the tab, and a portion of the bottom wall of the base member, such that the adhesive spans two generally perpendicular surfaces for a secure closure.

Abstract: A portable accessory box is disclosed. The portable accessory box comprises: a bottom plate; two side rectangular bodies fixedly connected to two sides of the bottom plate; and a lower side plate fixedly connected to the lower side of the bottom plate. The portable accessory box can further comprise an upper side plate fixedly connected to the upper side of the bottom plate. The bottom plate includes a hand-held hole for carrying and two fixed pieces used to fix the side rectangular bodies. In addition, each of the side rectangular bodies comprises an embedded slot, and the lower side plate and the upper side plate both include an inner side piece. When the lower side plate and the upper side plate are folded inwardly, the inner side pieces can be embedded into the embedded slots of the side rectangular bodies to divide each of the side rectangular bodies into two rectangular sub-bodies and form a lower rectangular body and an upper rectangular body between the side rectangular bodies.

Abstract: An open-topped, open-fronted tray for displaying articles for purchase is provided with a reinforced, drop-down flap for bearing advertising or product information indicia or the like. The drop-down flap has an exposed outer surface, which is contiguous with the remaining outer surfaces of the tray, so that only one side of the flat blank, prior to articulation, needs to be printed or otherwise have indicia applied thereto. A blank for forming the point of purchase display tray, and a method for employing the point of purchase display tray, are also disclosed.

Abstract: A parallelepiped package box is made of continuous boards and has front, rear, top, bottom and opposite side surfaces. Two parallel first tearing lines are formed on the box and extend along the front, rear and side surfaces to delimit a tear strip that are removable from the box to separate the box into a top cap and a bottom receptacle. An opening zone is delimited in the front surface of the cap by two spaced, first hinge lines extending in a vertical direction and two spaced, second tearing lines extending in a horizontal direction to connect between the first hinge lines. A third tearing line is also formed on the front surface of the cap, connecting between the second tearing lines and located between the first hinge lines. By tearing off the second and third tearing lines, two flaps are formed on the cap. The flaps are selectively folded along the hinge lines into the cap for forming an opening in the front surface of the cap.
