Abstract: An apparatus for displaying palleted items includes a generally flat main panel under the palleted items, having flaps with the palleted items positioned along fold lines, and with separable side panels configured to engage the flaps at the fold lines. When folded away from the palleted items and engaged together, the side panels securely hide a stack of multiple pallets under the palleted items, and present printed sides for advertising.

Abstract: A method of opening a box includes providing the box in a closed configuration, the box comprising a first top panel attached to a second top panel, the first top panel comprising a first sealing flap, a second sealing flap, and a middle flap disposed therebetween; removing a first tear strip of the first sealing flap to detach the first sealing flap from the second top panel; and removing a second tear strip of the second sealing flap to detach the second sealing flap from the second top panel and to configure the box in an open configuration.

Abstract: A package (30) is provided for containing, dispensing and displaying products (64) such as confectionery products. The package includes a floor (32) and an upstanding perimeter wall (40) bounding the floor and defining an open end (42). The floor includes a detachable portion (70) which can be detachably removed therefrom and attached to an upper edge of the perimeter wall to form a display header (52) which can display information regarding the product at the point of purchase.

Abstract: The disclosed apparatus may include a hang tag including a frame, a flap, and a strip. The frame may define an opening dimensioned to receive a display fixture and be secured to part of a package that is removable from a second part of the package. The flap may be coupled to the frame, and may fold over an edge of the frame to attach to the second part of the package, forming a seal between the two parts of the package. The strip may be disposed between, and removably coupled to, the flap and the frame. Removing the strip may break the seal between the two parts of the package, thereby enabling the parts of the package to be separated. Various other apparatuses, systems, and methods are also disclosed.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a simple, integral, sliding door track and hook assembly for a box or carrier. The door track and hook assembly includes a frame having a pair of tracks, a panel in slidable engagement with the pair of tracks, a slot present in the pair of tracks. The door (or panel) and track assembly is configured to arrest the panel in a fixed position when the panel is in an open arrangement without the need for additional hardware to keep it open. The invention eliminates or minimizes use of hardware. The hook portion of the assembly has no lock mechanism, and no special door is required.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for at least one of storing and transporting a plurality of packaging containers comprises a tub-shaped lower part and an upper part for closing the lower part in a closed position in which they enclose an interior of the device. The lower part has a bottom and a lower-part wall projecting from the bottom in the direction of the upper part. The lower part comprises a wall element which with the lower-part wall forms a circumferential wall of the lower part. The wall element is movable relative to the lower part in order to at least partially open the wall.

Abstract: A container for receiving a gift, having an articulating closure feature such that arms extending from the flap mimic a waving or hugging motion of a character or other design depicted on the character. The container includes pleated sides to accommodate different size gifts and may further include a closing tab to securely close the container and a handle for carrying the container.

Abstract: A multipurpose box includes a receiving case having a space therein, an auxiliary plate extended upwardly from the receiving case, and a pair of cut portions spaced apart from each other on the auxiliary plate. The multipurpose box is capable of packaging a product and concurrently having a business card, a photograph, or the like, placed therein. The multipurpose box can be reused as a frame, or to store simple things such as office supplies and/or the like at a later time.

Abstract: In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, a greeting card is disclosed that includes a plurality of panels connected such that the greeting card is reconfigurable between a closed configuration and an open configuration, at least one object positioned between the plurality of panels that is reconfigurable between a collapsed configuration and an expanded configuration, and an attachment member connecting the at least one object to the plurality of panels such that the at least one object can be detached from the plurality of panels. In various embodiments, the greeting card may further include a locking member that is configured and dimensioned to maintain the expanded configuration of the at least one object.

In one embodiment, a container comprises a housing comprising a side wall, a lid comprising a top surface and a lip depending from the top surface, and a detent mechanism disposed between the lip and the side wall. The lid is pivotably coupled with the housing and is configured to rotate between a first position covering an open end of the housing, a second position substantially exposing the open end, and an intermediate position between the first and second positions. The detent mechanism is configured to arrest the rotation of the lid at each of the positions.

Abstract: A four-ply paper board hanging hole in a display box for hanging a display box from a support rod. This is accomplished by the use of a paper board die blank having a hanging hole in four layers of the box such that, when the box is assembled, the four hanging holes are aligned to provide a strongly reinforced hanging hole which proves quite difficult to rip. Therefore, an increased aesthetic appearance of the display box is achieved, resulting in increased sales and minimal wasting of display box products.

Abstract: A display package comprising a single sheet template adapted to receive printing on one side thereof is disclosed. The package comprises a container front panel, top panel, bottom panel, rear panel and two side panels, in combination with a display flap. Selected walls or “panels” may be extended to provide structures or reinforcement adapted to serve as load bearing hangers or other attachment means so that the product package may be displayed to consumers. Through the use of adhesives or other fastening means, the single piece construction may be made more rigid or durable at selected locations to promote resistance to disfiguration when manipulated by consumers at the point of display and prior to purchase, and to minimize undetected violation of product security. The package may be displayed in a variety of positions due to the use of printing in a variety of directions and selected placement of hangers.

Abstract: The present invention is a combination card/personal message gift box for the presentation of various gifts such as cash, checks, certificates or other small items such as keys or coins. The box is weighted such that the receiver of the gift will not be able to recognize that it is simply a paper or light weight gift. When the box is opened, it is hinged at one side and inside the top flap would be a card or other decorative greeting. The greeting could be printed inside the box, hand written by the giver, or even a photograph of someone or something special. Once the box is opened the gift would be displayed on the bottom of the box and the top decorative flap would then be pulled out and inserted at the bottom to form a three-dimensional display of the card and gift.
