Abstract: The invention relates to a storage assembly for at least a medical device, an insert and tray assembly comprising such storage assembly, and a manufacturing method for such storage assembly. The storage assembly comprises a sheet material. The sheet material comprises at least a recess in a planar portion of the sheet metal and at least a holding structure. The recess is configured to surround the medical device to be stored. The holding structure protrudes into the direction of the recess and is bent out of the sheet material planar portion to extend below the sheet material planar portion, so that the holding structure is configured to hold the medical device to be received from above relative to the sheet material planar portion.

Abstract: A medication carrying case is provided having a first and second half hingedly attached and removably securable to one another along a removable line of connection. Within the interior of the carrying case halves is a removable medication support member having a plurality of surface depressions along its upper surface and a case connector along its underside surface. Each support member secures to an inner surface of the case halves and is designed to fit therewithin. The depressions are adapted to form-fittingly secure pill bottles, medication vials, syringes, and other medical supplies therein. Further provided over each depression is a securing strap, which is connected to the member upper surface along one end and is removably attachable across the depression along its second end. In this way, the carrying case provides a medication holder and support that securely holds medication and accessories on the go.

The base pad is coupled to the second flap with a collapsible fabric compartment therebetween, the collapsible fabric compartment configured to removably hold a correspondingly shaped support. Slots may be provided to receive a portion of the flexible cord therein to reduce and/or prevent the cord from twisting and/or tangling during storage or transportation. The closure member is out of engagement with the support member and the product when in the closed position. A retention flap is connected to one of the sidewalls and is movable between engaged and released positions. The retention flap, when in the engaged position, restricts movement of the support member and the product in a direction normal to the base. When the retention flap is in the released position, the support member and product can be moved normally relative to the base for removal from the shipping container.

A resilient spring clip is moved into a gripping position so as to impart pressure to the assemblage. Embodiments of the friction plates include a first U-shaped bracket element designed to be friction fitted along a side of one of the panels, while a second U-shaped bracket element is configured to be friction fitted along an opposing panel. The first bracket includes a detent arrangement for retaining the spring clip in a gripping position.

A tool slot is defined vertically through the frame and is adapted to hold a tool that is positioned head down. The removable locking stub prevents upward movement of the tool to prevent the tool from being easily pulled out of the tool slot to steal. The clip is used to hang the tool suspension device on a person's belt. Therefore, the tool suspension device is burglarproof and double-duty.

The bottom and rear supports have notches to receive edges of the panels. A spring loaded mechanism maintains the retainers in engagement with the respective panel, thereby holding the panels in the rack.
