Abstract: This invention relates to carrier straps for carrying prepared foods, such as rotisserie chickens, roasted turkey, roasted ham, side dishes or deserts. Such structures of this type, generally, employ a one-handed, paperboard strap which is wrapped around the plastic tray and plastic domed lid package in which the prepared food is located. The carrier strap secures the prepared food package and transports it so that the purchaser's hands do not get greasy or hot. Also, the carrier strap functions to provide a printable surface to identify flavor and brand.

Abstract: The present invention further provides a display having a header for advertising the product. Once an outer shipping box is removed from the display, the header is moved from its folded, storage position to its extended position. The display is provided with a locking member that locks the header in its extended position. Since the header is attached to the display, the likelihood of the header being lost or misplaced is eliminated. Further, errors in setting up the display are avoided.

Abstract: An electrician's combination tool box and wire caddy provides a support for multiple spools of wire of different size or gauge, and a storage area below the spools for holding articles and tools needed by the electrician during the wiring of a building. The spools are positioned well above the storage area, enabling a user to access articles in the receptacles, even when spools are being handled to pay out wire.

In the inner box body 20, a protection box portion 21 for protecting the screw portions 3d and the outer side electrodes 3e of the spark plugs 3 is formed by being bent. Screw portion insertion holes 30 capable of passing the screw portions 3d of the spark plugs 3 therethrough and bent tabs 32 being bent at the inside of the protection box portion 21 are provided on the upper surface of the protection box portion 21. The exterior surface of the first substantially horizontal panel is an enclosing surface of the shipping and display assembly when the tabs and the securing slots are mated.

Abstract: A shipping and display container for bottles or other frangible articles, in which mating insert half sections of cardboard or other material have recessed portions defining supports for nesting and supporting the articles along three spatial axes. An insert section may be used as a display container for the article or articles, and two insert sections placed together in mirror image relationship from opposite sides of the articles and placed in a box form a container for shipment. The insert sections are each formed from a single blank, and may be shipped flat or in an erected or partially erected condition. Panels of the insert sections interlock when erected to hold the insert section in erected condition, and adhesive may be used between some panels to assist in holding the insert section erected and to enhance the strength and rigidity of the insert section.

At least some of the outer side panels have integrally formed inner side panels. Abstract: A support structure for packaging is provided for containing, storing and transporting electronic components like liquid crystal modules. The structure includes a bottom plate and first and second side plates provided at respective sides of the bottom plate. Side surfaces of the bottom plate constitute first inclined planes slanted at a first degree. End surfaces of the first and second side plates on the bottom plate side constitute second inclined planes slanted at a second degree. The first and second degrees are selected such that, when the first and second side plates are erected to cause the first and second inclined planes to closely contact with each other, the first and second side plates are prevented from being bent inwards more than 90 degrees.

Abstract: A foldable carrying device includes a base member having a bottom hole formed in the base member for inserting therein a food container stored with roasted or baked foods or other foods, and two handle members formed on opposite ends of the base member and interlockable for portable use, each handle member having a fastener directly cut out from the handle member, whereby upon interlocking of the two handle members to allow the fastener to fasten a beverage cup (or container) which is loaded on the food container, the beverage cup as stacked on the food container will be simultaneously carried compactly and conveniently.

A shoulder with a seat portion supports one end of the product, while an opening on a slope portion supports the other end of the product. Movement of the product inside the outer box is therefore prevented by the seat portion, the opening, as well as by a back wall of the outer box.

Abstract: A stackable case for retaining and transporting containers having radially outward projecting lids includes a bottom panel member having a lower surface and an upper surface with a plurality of container support areas therein. It further includes a pair of opposing side walls and a pair of opposing end walls integrally formed with and projecting upward from the bottom panel member, the side walls having a lower wall portion and a plurality of spaced upwardly projecting pylons which includes four corner pylons defining four corners of the case. The unfolded carton is substantially symmetrical with respect to both its major and minor axes and comprises a bottom section from which two pairs of largely equal structural segments (a front and a back section) project outwards along the longitudinal axis. A cut at the boundary between the bottom section and each of these structural segments defines an extension sufficiently large to support the tips of the sides of the two spurs. The front section of the cardboard carton contains a cut that defines a substantially rectangular tab and a corresponding opening suitable for passing the sides of two spurs therethrough. The top of the front section also contains a hanging slot suitable for receiving the hook of a display rack.

The shipping container includes a top carton and a bottom carton integrally formed and connected along a score line around the container, in such a manner that the container can be broken into the top and bottom cartons along the score line. An upper insert is inserted in the top carton and a lower insert is inserted in the bottom carton respectively. The upper and lower inserts each has a plurality of slots configured for respective insertion of the plurality of pre-assembled packages. The shipping container can be used for storing and transporting the plurality of pre-assembled packages, and the top carton can be removed by breaking the container along the score line and the upper insert can further be removed to convert the container into a display case with the lower insert left in the bottom carton and the plurality of pre-assembled packages exposed for retail display.

The water heater and associated end assemblies are enclosed within a cardboard box having a vertical side wall portion spaced horizontally outwardly from the water heater, and vertically elongated reinforcing members extend along interior corner portions of the box between the upper and lower end assemblies and form therewith a vertical load path facilitating the stacking of water heaters packaged in this manner.

The carrier is configured to be disposed on a slide of an inclining tray within an enclosure. Data reflecting which vial is located in which compartment of a given carrier is collected and provided to the automated instrument prior to installation of the carrier into the enclosure.

The package is square or rectangular-shaped with three sidewalls with an open grid and one open side. The bulbs may be arranged in the groove of the upper board, and the bulb holders are arranged in the groove of the lower board. The spaces under the lower board are positioned to receive the wires and strings of the bulbs.

Each side panel includes a plurality of slots that correspond with slots in the other side panel. Each display pack is an approximately planar assembly formed from front and rear portions of transparent, vacuum-molded plastic. The front and rear portions are each configured with a flange, the flanges each forming conforming notches allowing the two portions to be adjoined and heat sealed or glued together. The display pack includes a product chamber configured to hold the product, and further contains a product display card.

A cover sheet is positioned on top of the container. The package is completed with shrink wrap so that the consumer can view the contents of the package.

Abstract: A shipping rack is provided for safe and secure transport of a plurality of generally elongate workpieces, each of the plurality of workpieces having a longitudinal axis and distinctly different first and second ends. The shipping rack comprises a rectangular base with a vertical members extending perpendicularly upwardly from the four corners of the base. Affixed to the vertical members are at least one pair of horizontal support members. Each such pair is positioned in spaced apart parallel relationship. Across the length of the horizontal support members are a plurality of pairs of alternating first and second slots for receiving the first and second respective ends of the workpieces. Because of the difference in depth of the first and second slots, the workpieces are held in the pair of support members with the axis thereof at an angle of about 5 degrees relative to the horizontal.

A restraining member is removably mounted to the lower end wall to prevent the tool held by the tool holder from being removed. The restraining member includes a number of second notches respectively aligning with the first notches and through which the other end of the tool extends.

Abstract: A container for holding and displaying elongated objects in an upright, vertical position. The container includes a double side wall assembly formed by folding a folding panel against a side wall and adhering it to the bottom of the container. Because the folding panel is of slightly greater length than the side wall, when the container is erected, the folding panel buckles inward to engage the contained objects and hold them in an upright position. The folding panel may form cavities for receiving and engaging the contained objects. The invention also provides a planar blank for making such a container, as well as a substantially flat, glued blank for use with automatic packaging equipment. The container of this invention is machine formable, thereby facilitating efficient forming and loading of the container by the packager, manufacturer or distributor of the merchandise to be displayed.

Abstract: A safety package of the strung up electrical lights comprises a first packing member and a second packing member made from carton papers. The first packing member has several rows of circular recesses for sequentially mounting the strung up electrical lights therein and places into a carton box and the second packing member has same rows of smaller circular recesses made in registry with the circular recesses of the first packing member so that the smaller recesses engage the topmost of the respective lights when the second packing member protects the top of the lights.

The container allows access to the tool without destruction or manipulation of the shipping and display container. In addition, the tool may be utilized as a handle for carrying both the tool and container. The container has display surfaces adapted to receive point of sale display graphics while greatly increasing the viewing angle of consumers approaching the container.

Abstract: A packaging system is disclosed for a number of elongate tubular lamps. The lamps are oriented along a longitudinal axis and each have a first end opposite a second end along the axis. A first spacer is provided to engage a first end of each of the lamps and maintain spacing therebetween. Similarly, a second spacer engages a second end of each of the lamps to maintain spacing therebetween. A third spacer is positioned between the first and second spacers and includes a first wall defining a first number of openings and second wall defining a second number of openings. The first and second openings are paired to define a number of passages each receiving a corresponding one of the lamps therethrough. The first, second, and third spacers cooperate to provide a packagable lamp set. Moreover, the third spacer includes a handle graspable from a top aspect of the set to lift and carry it.
