Abstract: The present application discloses a card vault that can be used for the storage of trading cards. The design of the vault allows for a penny sleeve to be stored within a toploader and the toploader to be placed within the vault. Collecting trading cards is an activity in which people store cards of various shapes and sizes. These trading cards may be sports cards or other types of collectible cards.

Abstract: Portable adjustable frame systems may be used in connection with mobility assistance equipment to improve accessibility for users. Various brackets may be employed to attach the portable adjustable frame system to mobility assistance equipment depending on the type of mobility assistance equipment to which the portable adjustable frame system may be attached. The portable adjustable frame system may include adjustable legs that may help to removably secure the portable adjustable frame system to the mobility assistance equipment. The portable adjustable frame system may be utilized by sliding in relative to the mobility assistance equipment without the need for brackets. Trays and/or baskets may be attached to the portable adjustable frame system to provide other means for accessibility for users.

Abstract: A divider panel having a top end with an angled v-cut portion, a bottom end with an open slot and an angle v-cut portion, and a plurality of side walls, said divider panel additionally having a plurality of raised projections spaced out such that a horizontal channel and a vertical channel is formed between the projections. Two or more divider panels may be provided which removably mate together and thus create an interlocking panel shape. The dividers are placed within an existing shipping container or crate, and thus the shipping container has different chambers therein for the insertion of internal material such as fruit, vegetables, or nuts to be segmented into each of the different compartment segments. The channel or channels allows the free flow of air or liquid therein to allow for quick washing and uniform freezing of the internal material while in the shipping container.

Abstract: Features for loading, transporting and unloading of items are disclosed. Systems, devices and methods for such operations using a tray are described. In some embodiments, a tray having a moveable bottom allows for switching between a configuration for loading and unloading items in and out of the tray and a configuration for transportation of items inside the tray. The trays may also be stacked, for transportation of multiple trays at once, and nested, for saving space when storing the trays. In some embodiments, the trays may be used in conjunction with loading and unloading systems.

Abstract: Described herein is a beads-free bioprocessor as an automated and cost-effective T cell processing and manufacturing platform. T cells are a core component in CAR T cell therapies for cancer treatment, but are difficult to manufacture to scale in clinically relevant quantities. The 3D bioprocessor provides an alternative device that is scalable, beads-free, easy-to-use, and cost-effective for using CAR T cell therapy in cancer immunotherapy. Besides CAR T cell application, this platform technology has potential for many other applications such as cancer cell isolation.

The present disclosure describes a system of shipping the components separately and assembling the components into a basket set prior to retail sale to customers. Exemplary basket components are configured to allow a first basket component to nest within a second basket component. In some embodiments, the basket sets herein can provide a centrally-located handle so that the set may be carried with one hand. A connecting mechanism is described wherein a handle component is connected to a basket component to create an integrated basket set that resists disassembly. Multiple embodiments of connecting mechanisms are described. One exemplary connecting mechanism comprises a handle component having two flanges that snap onto the base of a basket.

Abstract: A fishing rod wash-down station is configured to hold a plurality of fishing rods during wash-down, and also to carry the rods to/from a vehicle and/or a storage location. The station includes a frame on which there are a plurality of vertical rod holder mounted. The rod holders allow water to pass through them so that they do not accumulate water while the rods are being washed down. The station is portable, or mobile, and can be configured to orient big game rods in a common orientation for transport and storage.

At least one flap has a gripping portion which, when the pizza box is in a closed configuration, extends externally, allowing a pulling force to be applied to the gripping portion to disengage the at least one flap from at least one of the flap coupling seats and to bring the pizza box into a laterally open configuration. A blank for producing a pizza box in a single piece is also provided.

The containers of the system have interlocking components that securely interconnect the individual containers vertically, so that groupings of containers can be transported easily. Abstract: A unique pizza box apparatus and methods of forming and using said pizza box are disclosed. The pizza box is formed with an additional plate pocket for receiving plates therein. The pocket is connected to an inside surface of the pizza box lid and expands a distance less than that of the depth of the pizza box. On the pizza box lid is a cut or perforated plate pocket lid with a living hinge on one end and a lid tab on a substantially opposite end for grabbing and rotatably opening the plate pocket lid with respect to the pizza box lid. A pizza bumper may further be included within the box to ensure separation between a base of the plate pocket and a pizza once the pizza is placed within the box. Napkins and/or further utensils may also be placed within the plate pocket if so desired.

Abstract: A technique to desalinate seawater using melanin-concentrated solar energy wherein the melanin is extracted from a local isolate Aspergillus niger. A device consists of two fixed upper and lower containers with same volume of seawater in both, with or without melanin powder dissolved in the lower container at rate of 0.17 gm of melanin powder per 10 ml of water. The device is put outdoors under direct sunlight during daytime, circular water droplets free of salt starts to appear on the external bottom of upper container. Water droplets are collected by a sterile glass rod, pH of droplets water is about 7.1. Yield of fresh water is approximately 10 ml droplets water from 600 ml seawater per hour; after 24 hours day and night incubation, seawater in the upper container dries out leaving salt crystals. Yield of 1000 m3 seawater is 100 m3 freshwater (1000 L seawater yield 100 L freshwater).
