Abstract: A diamond-painting tray dimensioned and adapted to controllably store and selectively dispense diamond-painting gems. The tray provides a ridged working surface for storing a plurality of gems in an organized manner, wherein the ridged working surface facilitates both the selective presentation and accessibility of the gems for engagement with a diamond-painting applicator. The tray also provides a sluice gate and opening for controlled dispensing of the gems, wherein adjacent ridges act as rails along which gems controllable slide along when the tray is tilted. Also, a transparent lid encloses the compartment defined by the working surface of the tray.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure involve a pill-filtering article that is located and secured inside a pill container. According to one example embodiment, an assembly of articles distributes one pill at a time in the form of a single-pill dispensing apparatus that includes a pill-storage container and such a pill-filtering article. The container has an inner wall, an upper portion with a rim region where a cap may be secured, and a lower portion for containing pills. The pill-filtering article has a size and a shape that facilitates securing the article inside the pill-storage container near the inner wall, above the lower portion, and below the upper rim region, and also configured with a plurality of channel-defining regions including a first channel-defining region through which one-pill at a time passes and including a second channel-defining region through which one pill at a time passes.

Abstract: A pill container includes: a container body defining a pill-storing space for storing pills therein and having a plurality of sides, top and bottom walls and a plurality of first side walls interconnecting the top and bottom walls, and disposed respectively at corresponding ones of the sides, each of the first side walls being formed with an access opening for access into the pill-storing space; a plurality of first doors connected to the first side walls for closing and opening the access openings in the first side walls, respectively; and a plurality of different first marks, each of which is provided on a respective one of the first side walls or a respective one of the first doors. The first marks respectively represent different times of a day for taking the pills.

Abstract: A container adapted for dispensing a product is provided. The container includes an outer casing body for receiving a dispensing tray. The dispensing tray has an internal storage compartment for storage of a plurality of units of a product to be dispensed, and includes a cover portion defining at least one dispensing aperture through which a stored unit of product is accessible when the outer casing body is in a dispensing position. A sealing member is engaged with one of the outer casing body and the dispensing tray, and is configured to interact with the other of the outer casing body and the dispensing tray to form a seal about an outer peripheral portion of the dispensing tray when the outer casing body is in a closed and locked position. The container includes a locking mechanism that releasably locks the outer casing body in the closed and locked position.

Abstract: Disclosed is a package for storing a product, such as smokeless tobacco, which includes, inter alia, a container that has opposing upper and lower surfaces, and a container sidewall that extends between the upper and lower surfaces to define an interior for storing a plurality of products. The upper surface of the container has an apex intermediate a first region and a second region and the container sidewall defines an opening sized and configured to release at least one of the products. The package also includes an outer cover having an upper section and a cover sidewall depending from the upper section. The outer cover is configured to retain the container and selectively seal the opening. The container pivots about the apex to transition between open and closed positions.

Abstract: A personal medication in storage dispensing unit is provided for receiving and storing medication, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, pills capsules, gel tablets and the like in a manner which is easily accessible and which is conducive to inclusion within a medication regimen system. A medication regimen monitor can be included in this system in order to be programmed to signal proper medication dosage times. The monitor preferably provides non-compliance information, preferably information which persists and which designates which portion of the medication regimen was not complied with. The system also can include a holder for multiple storing and dispensing units in an ordered fashion consistent with daily requirements of the medication regimen.

Abstract: The invention relates a combined sample dispenser and order form comprising a backing sheet that may be prepared from cardboard and a generally planar retaining member, such as a clear plastic sheet, attached to the backing sheet along at least a portion thereof. The retaining member or plastic sheet defines a distention or pocket along a portion of its broad surface, that may contain samples of the product being dispensed, such as sample medications provided to physicians by pharmaceutical manufacturers. The invention is also useful for the sale of certain consumable items, including hardware, where the order form may be used by the consumer to directly request additional quantities of the product.

A plurality of studs (21 to 25) are formed on the inner surface of the top half case (10), and a plurality of sockets (41 to 45) are formed on the inner surface the bottom half case (30). A hinged cap (50) is formed integrally with the bottom half case (30) in a section of the side wall (31) excluding corners. The hinged cap (50) is provided on its opposite side surfaces with projections (53, 54) which are engaged with and disengaged from cap holding structures (35, 36) formed on the bottom half case (30).
