The tray provides a ridged working surface for storing a plurality of gems in an organized manner, wherein the ridged working surface facilitates both the selective presentation and accessibility of the gems for engagement with a diamond-painting applicator. The tray also provides a sluice gate and opening for controlled dispensing of the gems, wherein adjacent ridges act as rails along which gems controllable slide along when the tray is tilted. Also, a transparent lid encloses the compartment defined by the working surface of the tray.

The container has an inner wall, an upper portion with a rim region where a cap may be secured, and a lower portion for containing pills. The pill-filtering article has a size and a shape that facilitates securing the article inside the pill-storage container near the inner wall, above the lower portion, and below the upper rim region, and also configured with a plurality of channel-defining regions including a first channel-defining region through which one-pill at a time passes and including a second channel-defining region through which one pill at a time passes.

A sealing member is engaged with one of the outer casing body and the dispensing tray, and is configured to interact with the other of the outer casing body and the dispensing tray to form a seal about an outer peripheral portion of the dispensing tray when the outer casing body is in a closed and locked position. The container includes a locking mechanism that releasably locks the outer casing body in the closed and locked position.
