Abstract: A male belt-shaped base having a male member with a short width, and a separation strip are heat-sealed to a film. A female belt-shaped base having a female member with a long width is heat-sealed at a predetermined position so that the male portion and the female portion are at engageable positions. The film is layered and suitably sealed to form a zipper-tape bag. The film and the separation strip are cut to form a cut portion at a non-bonded region in which the film of the zipper-tape bag is not bonded, thereby forming an unsealing tab. The unsealing tab can be easily formed by simply cutting the film.

Abstract: A hinge assembly is provided. The hinge assembly includes a first hinge component and a second hinge component. The first hinge component includes a leaf portion terminating in a first knuckle and a second knuckle. The first knuckle includes a protrusion and the second knuckle includes a recess. The second hinge component is rotatably coupled to the first hinge component and is structurally identical to the first hinge component. The protrusion of the first hinge component is configured to fit within the recess of the second hinge component, and the protrusion of the second hinge component is configured to fit within the recess of the first hinge component.

Abstract: A trash bag apparatus for trash bags having a main body, front and rear panels, detachable cutout sections that may be perforated and a flip section that provides a user access to the trash bags within the trash bag apparatus. The detachable cutout sections, when detached, enable dispensing of trash bags from the apparatus. The trash bag apparatus also contemplates a number of mounting holes that align with the holes of trash bags and bars or mounting structures of trash bag receptacles.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a system and method for insulating a mill product during a transporting and storing process. The system includes a platform, an insulated enclosure, and an actuator system. The platform is capable of supporting the insulated enclosure and the mill product. The insulated enclosure includes a first clamshell enclosure member and a second clamshell enclosure member supported on the platform. Each enclosure member has an open position and a closed position. When each enclosure member is in the open position, the mill product supported on the platform within the enclosure may be accessed. When each enclosure member is in the closed position, the mill product is thermally insulated within the enclosure. The actuator system can move the clamshell enclosures between their open and closed positions.

Abstract: The present invention provides a container for holding product therein during shipment and being returned for reuse that has a body, tracks attached to opposite sides of the body, and a plurality of support members supported by the tracks. Rollers are located at the ends of the support members which roll in the tracks to move the support members. The support members have product receptacles whereby products may be suspended between adjacent support members, portions of the products residing in the product receptacles.

Abstract: A vacuum pump valve includes a valve body and a suction element. The valve body includes a sealing platform sealedly attached on the container at the opening thereof, and a guiding sleeve upwardly extended from the sealing platform to form a suction channel, wherein the sealing platform has an operation hole formed thereon at a position within the suction channel and at least a through ventilating groove communicating the receiving cavity of the container with an exterior thereof. The suction element is disposed within the suction channel of the valve body, including an enlarged sealing head adapted to seal on the sealing platform to enclose the ventilating groove thereof, and a guiding shaft extended from the sealing head to slidably mount at the sealing platform at the operation hole to move the sealing head between a releasing position and a sealing position.

Abstract: A container converting between a briefcase, a food and beverage carriage, and a mini-cooler. The container has a case which functions as a briefcase. The case includes a base and a top, each of which has walls defining a hollow center filled with insulating material. The top is secured by a hinge to the base along coextensive edges. A plurality of separate food and beverage carriage inserts may be removably positioned in the base to convert the case into a food and beverage carriage. An insulating mini-cooler adapter converts the case into a mini-cooler.

Abstract: A purse including a series of flexible plastic inserts that gives the purse shape when the plastic inserts are bent and placed into the soft "skin" of the purse. These plastic inserts can be removed, if desired, so that the "soft" purse can return to a foldable, storable, cleanable state. Purse straps may be detached and interchanged. Purse flaps may be detached and interchanged. A fitted, removable, liner/organizer lets the user change purses without removing the contents piecemeal.

Abstract: An insulated container and closure comprising a closure portion having spaced double walls filled with insulating foam and having an upwardly extending tongue around its upper periphery, the tongue having upwardly converging surfaces, and a closure portion having an insulated lid panel with a downwardly bifurcated flange extending around the lid panel and defining two legs with a groove therebetween to receive the tongue, the inner surfaces of the legs diverging downwardly at lesser angles to the vertical than the outer surfaces of the tongue to provide a frictional sealing grip on the tongue, the container having a compartmented liner to receive a bottle and having roughened outer surfaces to reduce heat transfer between the container and other adjacent bodies.

A member overlies the support and substantially encloses the same in relation to the side portions of the receptacle. When the unit is closed the protruding lips; (extending outward from the lower and upper portion of each individual side forming the housing unit), prevent the thermos jar from escaping from the housing unit, thus acting as retainers, keeping the thermos jars in place within the housing unit.The housing unit when in its open position, the sides form into a lunch tray with individual compartments, whereby thermos jars, cup or cups, utensils and other miscellaneous items relating to the consumption of the food product can be placed in these individual compartments and use them with a degree of stability.

Abstract: Thermoplastic film bags or like packaging sections with or without hanger holes are stacked and welded into pads from which individual bags are easily hand-torn for use. Bag sections, each with a hanger portion and having an arched cut in one wall, are produced three at a time from a continuously longitudinally sub-divided and side seam welded, wide flattened film tube stock web, after incising the cuts at three transversely spaced places in one layer; the sections are stacked and at the hanger parts welded into a pad, and the pad is transversely perforated through the incised arched cuts and hanger holes punched in the hanger part.
