Abstract: An instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) system includes a substantially flat massage tool, such as an instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) tool, and a case to hold the substantially flat massage tool in either a storage position or a display position. The case includes a structure with a top surface and the top surface has a recess shaped to receive and situate the first substantially flat tool in a horizontal position relative to the top surface. The structure also includes a slot shaped to receive and situate the substantially flat tool in an angled position extending away from the top surface. If the substantially flat massage tool is placed horizontally into the recess, the IASTM system is in the storage position. If the substantially flat massage tool is placed vertically into the slot, the IASTM system is in the display position.

Abstract: A fragrance sampling display for retail environments is disclosed. The sampling display may include a dock having a removable faceplate and sidewalls. The dock may include one or more receptacles and one or more scent modules, wherein each scent module is associated with and partially inserted into only one of the receptacles. The scent modules may be removably disposed in the corresponding receptacles by retractable cords. Each of the scent modules may include a different volatile active corresponding to a different fragrance product and vent holes to facilitate passive emission of the associated fragrance. The vent holes may be configured so as to be substantially sealed while the associated scent module is in its respective receptacle.

The holder includes an outer member restraining the selected product to the outwardly opening recess, such as a packaging label, having a transparent portion forming a viewing window for viewing the selected product. In yet another aspect, the plurality of products in the cavity may be identical primary products, such as screws. The selected product may be different from the primary product, such as a driver bit for driving the screws.

Abstract: A product sampler packet assembly includes a flexible packet bonded to a carrier card by an adhesive standoff having sufficient hardness (and resistance to creep) to increase the burst strength of the assembly above that of the packet alone. The adhesive standoff is disposed between the packet and the carrier card to define a well into which the packet is at least slightly deformed under compression such that the adhesive stand off distributes the compressive force without substantial transfer to the closure seal of the packet.

Abstract: Reclosable bags, plastic film for making the bags, and a method and apparatus for making the bags are disclosed. The bag has a reclosable fastener (26) connected to a single wall of the bag, and the film (55) has a reclosable fastener (26) connected to one side thereof which does not require attachment to any other portion of the film (55) when making a bag. The fastener (26) has a tamper-proof member attached thereto to indicate if the bag has been previously opened. The film (55) can be wound into a roll (54) suitable for use on conventional bag making machines including form, fill, and seal machines or a chain of coilable reclosable bags can be produced therefrom since the fasteners (26) are connected to the web preferably transversely to the bags longitudinal formation axis.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composite form and a method of printing the form. The composite form has a paper component and a flexible magnetic sheet component that are adhered to one another. The magnetic component is able to adhere to a ferromagnetic surface but does not adhere to other composite forms having a magnetic component through use of a shielding layer when the forms are provided in a stacked configuration for feeding into a printer. The composite form may be fed through a printer without jamming or magnetic attraction to components within the printer. The composite form is constructed to facilitate printing by having a single thickness entering the printer with a small area of overlap between the paper component and magnetic sheet component or the magnetic component may be inlaid into an opening in the paper component.

Abstract: A container for storing a plurality of individually packaged sticks of rock crystal candy for selection and sale to the public and having a transparent plastic case attached to the container and extending across a front surface thereof, which case houses a series of unpackaged sticks of rock crystal candy for viewing by the purchasing public of samples of the packaged sticks stored in the container is disclosed. The case is removably attached to the container so that the samples can be removed and replaced as necessary but cannot be easily entered by members of the public. The display permits grouping of numerous different colors of the stick candy in a single upstanding row and presents the samples in their sparkling and glossy unpackaged form.

The display compartment, cavity and artificial fingernail of given size facilitate selection of a package retaining fingernails of sizes appropriate for a particular user.
