Abstract: The present invention provides an eye shield dispenser. The dispenser includes a tower portion including a front wall, a back wall, a top wall, a bottom wall, and a pair of side walls, and an insert portion located within the tower portion, the insert portion including a front wall, and a pair side of walls attached to opposite edges of the front wall. The dispenser also includes an opening in a portion of the tower portion, and at least one tab located in the opening. The tower portion and insert portion are preferably made from a single blank of material. In another embodiment, the insert portion includes a front wall, and a first wing and a second wing attached to opposite edges of the front wall.

Abstract: The present application provide a packaging box for a Virtual Reality (VR) device. The packaging box includes: a first box body having a top cover and a first sidewall; and a second box body having a bottom cover and a second sidewall, wherein the first sidewall has a second edge opposite to the first edge thereof, the second sidewall has a second edge opposite to the first edge thereof, and the second edge of the first sidewall and the second edge of the second sidewall are adapted to fit with each other so as to form the packaging space for the VR device, and wherein the first surface of the first box body has a fixing structure for fixing the wearable component provided thereon, and the first surface of the second box body has an accommodating structure for accommodating the device body provided thereon.

Abstract: A package assembly suitable for use in storing and shipping a plurality of product containers includes a shipping configuration and a display configuration. In the shipping configuration the package assembly is constructed from a single blank of packaging material and formed into a case into which a plurality of product containers are inserted. In the display configuration a top portion of the case is removed from a bottom portion of the case along one or more tear lines on the blank.

Abstract: Trace detection media cartridges and kits to facilitate trace detection of contraband. A cartridge may store consumables to prevent contamination and may also aid in the dispensing of consumables. A housing may hold a consumables cartridge and further prevent spoilage, such as with a self-closing lid. A trace detection kit may include a housing and at least one cartridge storing consumables.

Abstract: A prophylactic kit apparatus configured to be used with only a single patient includes a plurality of sealed modules and a housing configured to contain those sealed modules such that only one of the plurality of sealed modules can be removed from the housing at a time. This kit may include a physically-discrete informational patient aid disposed within the housing and having information disposed thereon. By one approach these physically-discrete informational patient aids can have a bookmark form factor. So configured, a medical services provider can readily provide the physically-discrete informational patient aid to a patient to thereby facilitate the patient becoming informed regarding the corresponding prophylactic service with little or no burden on the service provider.

Abstract: The present invention extends to methods, machines, systems, and computer program products for producing multiple packaging products in a tiled configuration within source production material, enabling production of multiple packaging products in parallel. Embodiments include accessing item data identifying items that are to be packaged, and determining packaging requirements for each item. A pair of box sizes that satisfy the packaging requirements are selected for tiled production. A packaging production machine to be used is also selected. Selection of the box sizes and/or the packaging production machine is based on a collective analysis of packaging requirements, packing system characteristics, and packaging machine characteristics. Based on the collective analysis, it is determined how to allocate box production to the production machine, and the pair of box sizes is matched to the production machine. Box production instructions are generated and sent to the packaging production machine.

The packaging can have a finger or thumb loop attached to a panel that allows a user to use a finger of the same hand holding the package to open the package. The finger or thumb loop can be designed to have strength and structural integrity to open the package rather than just to hold the package. The package can have a finger or thumb grip portion attached to the panel to open the package. The package can have a finger or thumb hold attached to the panel to open the package.

Abstract: A package of multiple containers in a carton formed from a carton blank has a number of panels including a top panel, a bottom panel, opposed side panels and opposed end panels. The carton may include a dispenser defined by a dispenser tear line formed in one or more panels of the carton in which the dispenser tear line does not extend into the composite end panels nor does it remove corners from the panels. The dispenser may include a portion in the top panel of the carton and may also include a portion of the top panel and an adjacent side panel of the carton. In one aspect, the dispenser leaves the adjacent corners in the top panel of the carton intact thereby maintaining the structural integrity of the carton and the package containing the pouches or other containers.

Abstract: A device for the packaging and transportation of objects to be sharpened is presented. The packaging includes a box defining a space therein and at least one blade cover adapted to fit over a blade of a device to be sharpened and disposed inside the space defined by the box. The box includes a bottom; a first side in mechanical communication with the bottom; a second side in mechanical communication with the bottom and the first side; a third side in mechanical communication with the second side and the bottom; a fourth side in mechanical communication with the third side, the first side and the bottom; and a cover in mechanical communication with the third side and capable of being secured over the space and held in place by a locking mechanism. The box and blade cover are approved for use in the U.S. mail service.

Abstract: A device, system, and method system for manually aligning merchandise items in a display box. The merchandise is supported above the base of the container with product support rails. A pull member is positioned between the support rails. Merchandise is pulled forward by pulling the pull member forward. The pull member may be positioned before or after merchandise is placed in the box or carton. Multiple rows of merchandise may be provided.

Abstract: A display carton includes a bottom wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, a front wall with a rolled upper edge, and a rear wall, with the rear wall formed by overlapping, folded panels that are adhered together at the overlap. The display carton can be assembled from a blank, in part by folding panels together to partially overlap the panels, and adhering the panels together.

Abstract: A shipping container convertible into a display container comprises a top wall, a bottom wall, and opposed side walls foldably joined to the top and bottom walls to form an interior space. A tear away window panel is formed on one of the side walls. The tear away window panel includes width and height defined by a perforated line of weakness extending across the width and on a portion of height of the side walls. A displayable insert tray is configured to be disposed into the interior space of the container to receive products and concealed therein when the container is in a shipping position. The displayable insert tray includes a bottom panel and at least one feeder ledge foldably joined to the bottom panel wherein upon removing the tear away window panel and pulling away the feeder ledge, the container is converted to a display position to expose the products.

Abstract: A shipping container convertible to a display configuration has a removable cover base removable along perforated lines of weakness to form a display opening. Packages of product in the carton are supported in a horizontal orientation during shipping and in an upright orientation when the removable cover base is removed for display of the products at a point of sale. Roll-over flaps on one wall at the bottom of the display opening capture tuck flaps on opposite side walls, and full overlapping top flaps folded inwardly from opposite side walls close the display opening during shipment. An outer top flap has an end extending over the roll-over flaps, and the end is free of attachment to the roll-over flaps. The top flaps are removed with the removable cover base. In one embodiment a flange extends inwardly over an edge of the display opening to keep packages from falling out.

Abstract: The present invention provides a foldable shipping carton that easily converts to a retail display. The carton of the present invention incorporates an integral detachable panel that protects the product and the product's primary graphics area. Once at a retail location, the detachable panel is removed exposing the graphics. The carton then doubles as a display to draw attention to the product. The carton of the present invention replaces the unattractive brown cardboard shipping box and is intended to build brand awareness and drive sales.

Abstract: A video screen assembly for a vehicle seat is movable between an upper position and a lower position and includes a fitting and a pivoting arm. A belt drive connects the pivoting arm and the video screen such that a torque applied to move the pivoting arm results in a torque being transmitted to move the video screen by preferably a directly proportional angular amount. The video screen can be rotated to a storage position where the vide screen display is protected from cargo with in the vehicle.

Abstract: A combination shipping and dispensing carton contains a plurality of articles. The carton comprises a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. At least two end flaps are respectively foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels and are overlapped with respect to one another to at least partially form a closed end of the carton. The carton is for shipping articles to the point of sale vendor and can be converted to a dispensing carton that displays the articles and allows removal of the articles from the carton.

When the container is closed, the stack is securely contained between the shell portions and the side walls for shipping or storing. When the container is opened, at least two opposing sides of the stack are exposed to facilitate removal of paper from the container. The conversion is accomplished by removing a front cover panel. The front cover panel may be attached to the container using a variety of methods, including a perforated score line, a tear-away strip, adhesives, tapes, or a combination of these methods. When the front cover panel is removed for retail display, an access opening is uncovered, allowing users to easily view and access the contents of the container. The front cover panel may further cover graphics and text provided along the front of the container so that the graphics and text are not marred or otherwise damaged during distribution. In addition, the front cover panel may be provided with distribution information thereon, which is unimportant to an end user such as a retail customer and is easily removed for display of the container.

A large number of articles can be effectively displayed and a specified number of articles can be taken out smoothly.

The perforations in the first and second side walls define curved slopes extending between the rear wall and the front wall. The top section may be torn away from the bottom section along the perforations formed in the container for converting the bottom section into a display container for displaying the one or more items, commonly referred to as primary packages, packed in the container.

Abstract: A shipping and display container having packaged product arranged for shipping and display to consumers that minimizes shipping space and manual handling of the individual packages contained therein. The container has side walls and top and bottom walls defining a compartment and a removable section that is affixed to the container during shipment of the packaged product and is removable to provide an opening for displaying product for sale to consumers. The container further includes a plurality of irregular shaped packaged articles each having a display card and a housing for housing one or more products, wherein the housing has a thickness substantially greater than the thickness of the display card. The arrangement includes an upper packaged article offset and supported on a lower packaged article to provide efficient use of container space.

A vertical divider panel disposed inside the box is oriented perpendicularly to front and rear sides of the box. The front side and a top side of the box include perforations defining a tear-out segment. The tear-out segment includes a front portion disposed in the front side of the box, and a top portion disposed in the top side of the box. The tear-out segment is spaced from all eight corners of the box.

Abstract: A corrugated board packaging box including an opening portion which is formed on a front surface portion of a box body, through which goods are taken in and out. On both sides of the front surface portion, a cut-off portion is formed to cut off by a cutting line, defined by a vertical supporting member disposed on the intermediate portion of the front surface, and on an edge of the one side of the cut-off portion, a cut-off protrusion is disposed by forming an inclined cutting line.

Abstract: A food container and its method of use are disclosed. The food container includes a top panel, bottom panel and plurality of sidewalls. A movable panel is hingedly connected to one of the sidewalls, allowing a consumer to open the container. Attached to the lower edge of the movable panel is a shelf supporting a food item. A consumer can access the food item by opening the movable panel, which causes the shelf to carry the food item outside the container into a position that permits the consumer to easily manipulate it. The food item or a portion thereof can then be replaced in the container by simply closing the movable panel. The shelf may engage one or more sidewalls of the bottom panel to assist in maintaining the container in a closed position after initial opening and reclosing. The container is suitable for packaging food items that include both microwaveable and non-microwaveable ingredients. A foldable blank for manufacturing the container is also disclosed.

Abstract: A bin loader package for shipping, storing and dispensing cut paper directly into the paper supply bin of a photocopier, printer or other equipment which uses the paper and which has a storage compartment for storing a supply of paper used in the operation of the equipment. The package includes a box enclosure having opposite side walls, opposite end walls, a bottom wall, and a cover or lid, enclosing a stack of paper sheets to protect the paper during shipment, storage and handling. The enclosure is defined by a first member formed from a single blank folded to define the bottom wall and the opposite side and end walls, with the side walls having inturned flaps adhesively attached to the end walls to hold the walls in their erected relationship, defining a wrapper. A second member is folded to define a tray having a bottom wall with a handle at each end. The tray is supported in the box enclosure on the bottom wall of the wrapper and supports the stack of paper.

Abstract: Foods cook especially effectively in microwave ovens when raised above the level of the floor of the oven, and arrayed to occupy the volume of the oven chamber while the food portions, such as bacon strips, are hung to permit grease to rapidly drain from the cooking strips. The disclosed system 10 includes a dish 12 sized to catch the resulting liquids. Food supports 14 which attach to protrusions 28 projecting up from the bottom of the dish. The system is held together for sale or storage by a clip 80 which attaches to these same protrusions to trap the upright supports in the dish cavity. The dish preferably includes a handle 24 with cooling ribs 26.

Abstract: A ready to stock multiple product package has upper and lower box portions. The upper box portion has an open bottom and the lower box portion has an open top. The lower box portion is selectively sized so that it can be slidingly inserted into the upper box portion to close the open bottom of the upper box portion. A plurality of identical product packages are contained within the lower box portion, each of which has a spike receiving hole proximate its top. The product packages are arranged so that the holes are in line. By holding the lower box portion in one hand, the spike can be passed through a notch in the top edge of the lower box portion and sequentially through the in line spike receiving holes of the individual packages whereupon the lower box portion can be lowered to separate the lower box portion from the individual packages.
