    Abstract: The present invention is directed to an open-top container for shipping and displaying products which comprises a plurality of side walls and end walls. Bottom wall flaps are foldably joined to bottom edges of the side walls and end walls and are folded inwardly therefrom into overlapping relationship with one another to form a bottom wall closure. A respective plurality of beams foldably joined to upper edges of the respective plurality of side walls and end walls. Each of the plurality of the beams is defined by a shoulder panel and three folding flaps foldably joined to one another. A bumper sticker panel is foldably joined to upper edge of one of the plurality of side walls forming a partial top closure when the open-top container is in the shipping position and partially prevents products from falling out when the open-top container is in the displaying position.

    Abstract: A carrying case for a notebook computer includes front and back panels configured to cover opposite sides of the notebook computer, a top panel flexibly connecting top edges of the front and back panels, a bottom panel flexibly connected to a bottom edge of the back panel, a closure flap flexibly connected to a bottom edge of the bottom panel and overlapping a bottom edge of the front cover when the carrying case is in a closed position folded around the notebook computer, and a pair of tabs depending from opposed lateral edges of the front panel toward the back panel when the carrying case is in a closed position. In the closed position, the carrying case serves as a folio to protectively cover the notebook computer and, in an open position, can also serve as a computer stand supporting the notebook computer in an ergonomic position.

    Abstract: A convertible shipping container includes, as its main components, a tray-shaped receptacle for accommodating objects to be shipped in the container in its collapsed condition and displayed in the container in its erected condition, a base connected to the receptacle for displacement between its collapsed position in which it is flat and substantially coextensive with a bottom wall of the receptacle and an erected position in which it has a substantially box-shaped configuration. A securing arrangement, especially such constituted by a tray-shaped cover, secures the base in its collapsed position to the receptacle prior to conversion of the shipping container into a display stand.
