Abstract: A prior art butane lighter fits into a hole in a hand sized case. The user can flip open a cap on the case and advance a thumbwheel which drives a wax coated hemp wick over the flame of the lighter. The user lights the lighter to ignite the hemp wick, and he then lights any object such as a pipe. The user can reverse the thumbwheel to snuff the hemp wick flame in a chute. A reel of hemp wick is encased in a lower recess of the case. A large lighter case may have a storage container for a pipe, a small lighter case for two and a quarter inch lighters would be minimized in size to eliminate a storage compartment. One embodiment provides a simple thumb advance slot to move the rope forward and backward.
Abstract: An automobile cigarette case with electrical lighter for dispensing lit cigarettes to the driver of an automobile, having a substantially rectangular case housing which is selectively mountable on the dashboard of an automobile. The case housing contains an electric lighter having an electrical cord which terminates in a lighter adaptor which may be plugged into a standard cigarette lighter outlet for powering of the electric lighter. The case with electrical lighter has a cigarette passageway which holds a plurality of cigarettes and directs and biases the cigarettes toward the electric lighter whereupon they are ignited. After the cigarette has been ignited, a coiled lighter spring is allowed to expand, and thereby raises the unlit end of the cigarette so that it partially protrudes from an opening on top of the case housing, where it may be easily grasped by a user.
Abstract: A lighter clip for use with a cigarette pack is inexpensively manufactured from a material such as injection-molded plastic. A generally three-sided clip is sized and shaped to fit across the width and depth of the pack, and contains an arcuate portion, suitable for holding a lighter, on one end. The clip is manufactured from a resilient material, and shaped in a manner that causes it to be lightly biased against the pack, thereby holding the clip in position. The two longer clip arms are sized to have a large enough surface area to be suitable for promotional use, and the clip arms and ends are shaped to securely grip the cigarette pack.
Abstract: A container for carrying cigarettes and a cigarette lighter having two open compartments wherein one open compartment slidably engages the second open compartment to form a sealed interior. The container includes a clip structure for attaching the container to another object. The container's surface preferably includes a raised area, a portion of that area being ribbed, as well as a cloth pouch for enclosing the entire container.
