Abstract: A gasket for a shaker screen in a vibratory separator includes an outer peripheral section including an end section from which a upper lip segment and a lower lip segment project inward to generally define a U-shaped channel, wherein the outer peripheral section is formed from an electrically conductive elastomeric material, a partial upper lip projecting inward from the upper lip segment, wherein the partial upper lip is formed from a white elastomeric material, and a partial lower lip projecting inward from the lower lip segment, wherein the partial lower lip is formed from a white elastomeric material.
Abstract: Separating device, comprising a rotatable double walled separating drum, where a first wall of the drum constituting the inner drum (2) is arranged concentrically inside and space from a second wall constituting the outer drum (3) of the separating drum, and that a plurality of apertures are provided in said drum walls, where the apertures in the first wall have larger openings than the apertures in the second wall, and that the axis about which the drum rotates may be arranged at an inclined angle in relation to a horizontal plane.
Abstract: A sifting machine comprises a stationary sifting basket, a rotor rotating within the sifting basket and a worm conveyor feeding into an end of the sifting basket for dosing and introducing the material to be sifted. The rotor and the worm conveyor are driven for rotation, wherein, in order to achieve an optimal rate of revolution adjusted to the desired mode of operation for both the worm conveyor and the rotor, each has its own drive device. In order to facilitate removal, the unit comprising the rotor, the sifting basket and the associated drive mechanism can be axially removed from the sifting machine housing and subsequently pivoted-out in a sideward direction via a pivot bearing.

Abstract: A filtration apparatus including a rotatable drum and a filter member defining at least a part of the side wall of the drum. A liquid containing solid particles, such as used wash water from a vehicle washing facility, is introduced into the drum by a sump pump or the like and a motor including an electrically-operated brake rotates the drum at a sufficient speed to force a liquid filtrate or filtered water outwardly through the filter member and cause a layer of relatively dry solids to collect on the inner surface of the filter member. Operation of the drum motor is terminated at the same time or shortly after operation of the sump pump is terminated and the brake is energized at the same time.
