Abstract: An improved garment hanger retaining device discloses a convenient means to secure a plurality of hangers that hang on a suspended hangrod such as, a rolling rack, road case, trunk, crate, existing hangrod, or wardrobe truck, particularly while moving or transporting hanging objects such as, garments, wardrobe, costumes, or props. Various embodiments comprise an elongated, inverted generally U-shaped main body channel adapted to clamp onto the span of a suspended hangrod thereby capping a hanger hook portion of a garment hanger. With minimal action a user can engage by clamping on or disengage by lifting off. Improvement over prior art benefit a readily available, transferrable and reusable device, with no moving parts, components or assembly.

The bracket further includes a second ring, wherein the second ring includes an open central area sized to receive a rolled washcloth therein. The bracket can be affixed to a support surface, such as a wall, using any conventional fasteners, such as screws, or nails, among others.

Abstract: Foldable frame devices designed to transport fishing equipment and assorted items while functioning as a table and which are capable of being stored in confined spaces are disclosed. In an aspect, a foldable frame device may be carried by a user. The foldable frame device includes a rotating flat surface area which may be moved between a folded position and a usable position. In the folded position, the foldable frame device has a compact profile, thereby occupying a small amount of space for transportation or storage when not in use. In the usable position, the flat surface area extends away from the frame and may support items, such as fishing equipment.

Abstract: An improved system for protecting vehicles or other objects from rocket propelled grenade (RPG) attacks. A net panel of the improved system weighs and costs substantially less than a conventional protective system panel, and requires minimal manual work to manufacture, install, replace or repair. When assembled, the hard points, as well as the panels, are symmetrical meaning that a panel does not have a left, right, inward or outward face and may be used on either side of a vehicle. The net may be manufactured as a continuous web or roll and does not require any edging for securing it to a frame. In addition, a damaged net may be replaced easily and rapidly using a simple hand tool.

The hooked portion is designed to hook around a garment-supporting rod such that the first retaining portion is spaced a first distance from the rod, and the second retaining portion is spaced a second distance less than the first distance from the rod. The hanger retainer is rotated about the rod from a first position in which a hanger is received between the side portions on the hanger rod, and a second position in which the hanger is secured to the rod, thereby enabling transport one or more hangers on the rod without concern that the hangers may fall from the rod.

The assembly includes a rod and a tube receiving the rod for sliding movement between an extended position and a retracted position when the tube overlaps substantially the rod. The anchors include a first bore sized to receive the tube and a second bore perpendicular to the first bore and sized to receive a mounting element that engages the support surface. The anchors can also include a third bore where a tube retainer is positioned to engage the tube securably. The assembly can also include a plurality of hooks that depend from the rod, with respective components including slots to permit the hooks to engage the rod continuously while sliding.

Abstract: A motorcycle saddlebag hanger is described which includes a vertically disposed support which is secured to a wall or which may be free standing. The hanger includes two identical structures formed thereon for supporting a pair of motorcycle saddlebags when the saddlebags have been removed from a motorcycle. The saddlebags are secured to the hanger utilizing the hardware which normally secures the motorcycle saddlebags to the motorcycle. The hanger may also be free standing. Further, the hanger may be a two-component hanger so that the saddlebags may be positioned in either a vertically spaced-apart manner or in a horizontally spaced-apart manner.

Abstract: The invention relates to a traverse rod assembly for supporting a window covering. The traverse rod assembly includes a decorative arcuate member defining a channel at one end. A carrier tab is affixed within the channel, thereby maintaining the substantially vertical alignment of the decorative arcuate member even when the window covering is manipulated. By retaining a substantially vertical alignment, the decorative arcuate members more closely resemble the appearance of a traditional curtain rod, and they avoid potentially damaging contact with other decorative features of the traverse rod assembly.

Abstract: A blind rail to which blind fabric can be attached is disclosed. The rail has a main slot into which an edge portion of the blind fabric can be inserted, and an insert which can be inserted into and securely retained in the main slot with the edge portion to securely attach the blind fabric to the rail. The rail also has an additional slot into which a fold of the blind fabric can be inserted. The way the folded fabric can be secured in the additional slot enables the blind fabric to be attached to the blind rail of the present invention in two different configurations. In one configuration, most of the blind rail remains exposed to give the blind rail a ‘naked’ aesthetic. In the other configuration, the blind fabric may wrap around most of the blind rail giving the blind rail a covered aesthetic.

Abstract: A rail for use in a covering for an architectural opening to secure one edge of a retractable shade material includes a recess opening toward the top or bottom of the rail with the recess being adapted to secure an associated edge of the shade material so that the shade material covers a front of the rail to conceal it from view. The edge of the shade material can be releasably retained within the recess by being connected to a removable insert that can be slidably or otherwise retained within the recess. The recess opens upwardly when the rail is used as a headrail or downwardly when the rail is used as a bottom rail.

Each hanger has an attachment section which is shaped like a cane and a clothes section on which clothes are hung. In the first embodiment, hook and loop material is wrapped about the attachment section of several hangers thereby grouping together these hangers. In the alternate embodiment, a slotted tube of soft flexible material is placed over the attachment section of several hangers to hold the hangers together. A pigtail with a snap attached to the slotted tube is passed through the clothing and snapped to itself to prevent the slotted tube from sliding off the clothers hanger.

Abstract: A combination garment bag and luggage bag includes a relatively rigid outer luggage bag and a relatively flexible inner garment bag. According to one aspect of the invention, the garment bag is secured to the interior of the luggage bag with the aid of a releasable coupling mechanism. According to another aspect of the invention, the interior of the garment bag is provided with a spring expandable hanger bar. The hanger bar expands when the garment bag is removed from the luggage bag. This allows easier access to the contents of the garment bag.

Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for clothing organization include a first member, including a first hanger positioning portion, connectable to a second member. The two members may be movable between a first relative position and a second relative position, such as for loading/unloading and storage of conventional hangers. Additionally, a first suspension mechanism is attachable to the first member and, in one embodiment, a second suspension mechanism is attachable to the second member. The first suspension mechanism and the second suspension mechanism respectively support the first member and the second member in the first relative position and the second relative position. Associated methods of assembly of such hanger systems, and methods of clothing organization, are also disclosed.

Hangers (FIG. 9) incorporate a hanger eye (38) that slips easily on or off the hook (30). Hanger adhesive (44), which lines the hanger base (42), provides a (means) technique for attaching the hanger (FIG. 9) to the top of the receptacle to be stored.
