Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method of forming a container comprising forming a basket portion of metal mesh material and a rail connected to the basket portion. The rail extends substantially outwardly from the outer surface of the basket portion and the rail extends continuously around the outer surface of the basket portion. In one example, the method includes forming the rail so that it does not contain or surround a free edge of the basket portion. In another example, the method includes forming the rail so that it includes an opening for containing or surrounding a free edge of the basket portion. The method may also include forming a lower rail. The present invention is also directed to a container formed by such method.

Abstract: A supporting structure for supporting a substrate in an oven is disclosed. The oven is for baking the substrate in a production process of liquid crystal panel. The supporting structure includes: a fixing frame including a frame body, and a fixing portion and a support portion fixed to the frame body, wherein the fixing portion provides with a sliding slot, the fixing portion is provided with at least one positioning region located inside the sliding slot, through a fastener passing through the positioning region, the fixing portion is secured and fixed to a heating platform of the oven such that the frame body is fixed to the heating platform; a supporting strip engaged at the support portion; and multiple supporting pins disposed separately on the supporting strip to support the substrate. The supporting structure can move positions of the supporting pins. An oven applying the supporting structure is also disclosed.

Abstract: A support structure has a pair of elongate side panels and a pair of end support frame assemblies for maintaining the side panels in a mutually spaced relationship and at an elevation to enable suspension of hanging file folders from upper surfaces of the side panels. Each of the side panels includes a top member having the upper surface, a bottom member spaced apart from the top member, and at least one reinforcing member interconnecting the top and bottom members. Each of the top and bottom members has opposite terminal ends each formed as a connecting member having a vertical slot. Each of the end support frame assemblies includes a pair of support legs configured to extend through the vertical slots of the respective connecting members of the side panels and includes at least one transverse support member having opposite terminal ends configured to be releasably mounted to respective ones of the support legs.

Abstract: This invention provides an accommodating device provided with a plurality of accommodating portions configured to accommodate plate-shaped members to be accommodated by being separated away in a thickness direction thereof, having: at least one wall body constructing the accommodating device; and a plurality of segments having the accommodating portions respectively and arranged adjacently each other along a wall surface of the wall body, wherein each of the plurality of segments has an engagement portion to be engaged with an adjacent segment, and the plurality of segments are connected to each other through engagement between the engagement portions of each segments and are detachably mounted on the wall body.

Abstract: A storage system comprising: a cartridge, said cartridge including an upright having mounted to one side a plurality of guide blocks; a plurality of first drawer information means for providing information on at least one of position and movement of respective drawers; and a plurality of latch mechanisms, said system further comprising a plurality of drawers, each said drawer including: guide block engaging means extending in a depth direction of the drawer and mounting a first side of the drawer adjacent a respective guide block; second drawer information means disposed adjacent the first drawer information means; and at least one stop on the first side of the drawer for engaging with a said latch mechanism, wherein the latch mechanisms are electronically controllable, whereby access to the drawers can be controlled.

The shelf wedge can have an adjustable length which can be selectively established by moving a base section relative to a back section, for example by sliding the base section on projections extending from the body of the back section. A method of displaying products is also provided.

Abstract: A combination drawer assembly includes a combination drawer holder and one or a number of basket drawers. The combination drawer holder includes a bottom frame, and two support frames connected to the bottom frame in parallel. The support frames provide horizontally aligned seat tracks. Each basket drawer is slidably mounted in two horizontally aligned seat tracks, and prohibited by the respective seat tracks from falling out of the combination drawer holder.

Abstract: A foodstuff drying enclosure particularly suited to aid in the drying of foodstuffs such as meat and fish is provided with a frame covered with a mesh net providing an open air structure on all sides. The mesh net comprises a zippered top opening which enabling access to the foodstuffs. The frame supports a horizontally removable mesh tray having openings which provide sufficient air flow to dry the food placed upon it.

Abstract: A feeding device includes a storage mechanism and an adsorbing mechanism. The storage mechanism includes two side plates substantially parallel to each other, two support members slidably coupled between the two side plates, two driving members, and two feeding trays. The driving members are mounted to one of the two side plates and coupled to the corresponding support members. The driving members are configured to drive the two support members to move out of the storage mechanism one at a time. The feeding trays are configured for receiving workpieces and coupled to the corresponding support members.

The cross member defines a second channel having a guide member disposed therein. The guide member defines a third channel and a flange. A container includes side walls having a rail. One of the rails is movably disposed in the third channel. The rails include a first locking element and a second locking element. The handle includes a third locking element that engages the first locking element. The handle is movable between a first position in which the second locking element engages the flange and the container is fixed relative to the guide member and a second position in which the second locking element is spaced apart from the flange and the container can translate relative to the guide member.

Abstract: A combined rack for connecting two sliding rails includes a front plate, a back plate, a left component, a right component and a carrying component. The front plate, the back plate, the left component, the right component and the carrying component together form an accommodation space. The left component and the right component are used for being installed on the two sliding rails respectively, in a slidable manner. The carrying component includes a carrying member, a front combining component and a back combining component. The lower edge of the front plate includes a back support structure, and the front combining component and the back combining component on opposite two sides of the carrying component are installed on the front support structure and the back support structure respectively.

Abstract: A pan guide for use in a food storage apparatus is provided. The pan guide has at least two levels for supporting food storage pans. The levels can be removable. This allows for easy movement of the food pans, to accommodate for temperature changes in the vicinity of the food storage apparatus. Dividers for separating the food pans are also provided, which can connect to the pan guide.

Abstract: Provided is a drawer structure including a carrying device and a holding device. The carrying device has a support and two position-limiting rods. The two position-limiting rods are disposed on two opposing sides of the support. The holding device is disposed above the carrying device, slides relative to the carrying device, and has a frame and a first stopping rod. The frame is disposed on the support and between the two position-limiting rods. The two position-limiting rods are positioned above the bottom of the frame. Front and rear ends of the first stopping rod are fixed to the frame and disposed at the frame. The first stopping rod has a long straight section, concave section, and short straight section. Front and rear ends of the concave section are connected to the long straight section and the short straight section, respectively. The bottom of the concave section penetrates the support.

Abstract: A storage system for storing objects is provided. The storage system may include a frame having sides and a guide rail system supported on the frame between the frame sides, the guide rail system including a pair of slide members that are selectively extendable beyond the frame sides. The storage system may futher include a tray moveable within the guide rail system and releaseably supported by the pair of slide members for movement with the slide members relative to the frame, the tray may be selectively removable from the slide members and tiltable with respect to the slide members, and a mounting mechanism operable for securing the tray to one of the slide members, the mounting mechanism being selectively releasable for allowing manual removal of the tray from the slide members.

Abstract: A display rack comprises a display rack comprises a base adapted to be mounted to a wall, wherein the base defines an elongate slot having a retracted end, an extended end opposite the retracted end, a first groove and a second groove, wherein the first groove is positioned between the retracted position and the second groove, and a tray having a fin movable with respect to the slot as the tray slides along the base between a retracted position wherein the fin is generally adjacent the retracted end and remote from the first groove, and an extended position wherein the fin is at the second groove of the elongate slot. The fin preferably extends perpendicular to the elongate slot and the tray is movable to an initial position where the fin is positioned in the first groove. Abstract: A plurality of trays or shelves are adjacently connected to one another and mounted on a frame to rollout and drop down from a stored position in a cabinet to a display position out of the cabinet in a progressively elevated series of connected trays. The series of trays extending from a front tray to a back tray are hingedly connected to one another and slidable on guide tracks of a frame that is secured to the interior base of the cabinet. Link arms positioned laterally of the trays are connected to sidewalls of each tray. The trays move together as a unit on the guide tracks out of the cabinet to a point where the back tray is restrained from further movement out of the cabinet. The link arms pivot downwardly so that the trays slide forwardly in slots of the arms and drop vertically down to progressively elevated heights relative to one another in a tiered arrangement. In the display position all the containers in the trays are visible because none are concealed one behind the other.

A position retention device retains the tray in an upper, bag delivery position when engaged and permits the bag pack support tray to move to a lower, loading position when disengaged.

Abstract: A product display tray and associated mounting bar and bracket. The mounting bar and bracket are configured to minimize space occupied in a front to back direction and enable mounting of a tray in a manner to maximize the number of products displayed. The mounting brackets allow the bar to be turned end for end to adjust the vertical position of the bar by one-half spacing in order to maximize vertical density of the packaging display. The tray has specially configured, rearwardly opening recesses at its back edge to receive the mounting bar while allowing a base of the tray to extend underneath and behind the bar. The tray, bar and brackets are also uniquely designed to enable a tray to be mounted on two adjacent, aligned mounting bars, to maximize horizontal density of the packaging display. Other disclosed features enhance the usefulness and efficiency of the display.

Latch hold downs are formed on doors hingedly connected across the open ends. Abstract: A seal hardening furnace is presented in which seal lines in a liquid crystal display panel are hardened. The seal hardening furnace includes a cassette having a rack bar structure. The rack bar structure has rack bars for supporting the substrate along one direction and rack bar supports at ends of the rack bars that support the rack bars. The rack bars have air discharge openings therein. An air injecting passage is connected to the rack bar supports. An air supply unit supplies air through the air injecting passage and through the discharge openings to support the substrate thereon.

Abstract: A method and device for manufacturing a viscous or semisolid product. The device includes a versatile product holding tray for manufacturing or forming the product. This tray is a polygonal member that includes a top surface for receiving the liquid or semisolid product, and a plurality of sides wherein at least one side includes a registration recess that is configured and dimensioned to receive at least a portion of a retaining bar of an endless conveyor to facilitate positioning of the tray upon the conveyor so that the retaining bar advances the tray during manufacture of the product. The device also includes an endless conveyor that includes a plurality of spaced tray retainer bars thereon for holding and advancing the tray to one or more product forming stations for forming the product on the trays.

Abstract: A food warming apparatus has a heating compartment for maintaining previously cooked food portions in a ready-to-use condition. The food portions are contained in a tray that is placed in a tray handler. The tray handler may include a frame for receiving the tray, a handle, and rollers. A tray handler guide in the heating compartment has a guide surface on which the rollers are able to roll and stops for engaging the rollers at a maintenance position and an access position. In the maintenance position, the tray is positioned inside the heating compartment so that the food portions are maintained in a ready-to-use condition. In the access position, a user is able to access food portions in the tray. At the maintenance and access positions, the user may sense the engagement of the rollers by sensing that the tray handler's motion is impeded but not prevented.

Abstract: An article display tray is provided with a movement guide device, wherein cylindrical articles can move more smoothly in a communication portion of the article display tray, via which the pair of storage chambers are communicatively connected to each other, and further wherein an increase in size of the article display tray can be avoided. A pair of left-right force-applied portions and an arraying guide surface positioned between the pair of force-applied portions are formed on a rocking member positioned inside the rear-end communication portion of an article display tray. When one of the pair of force-applied portions is pushed rearward by a cylindrical article that is placed in one of a pair of left-right storage chambers, the other force-applied portion pushes forward a cylindrical article that is placed in the other storage chamber.

Abstract: A rack for use in an operating room during surgery to hold surgical instruments. The rack includes a vertical support (including an adjustable height portion); rack support braces; rack support arms; a base interface member; casters; a base; and lighted trays. The lighted trays radiate ultraviolet and/or visible light to provide visible light in low light conditions and/or to inhibit bacterial growth. The trays are detachably attachable from the rack support arms which helps the trays to be maintained in a sterile condition, even if the rest of the rack is not maintained in a sterile condition.

Abstract: A display apparatus for displaying and dispensing a plurality of items, the apparatus including a box having a front wall, a back wall, a first side wall, a second side wall, and a bottom wall. A dispensing mechanism is slidably disposed within the box and moveable along a longitudinal axis between the box front wall and the box back wall. A biasing device has a first portion secured adjacent the box front wall and a second portion secured adjacent the dispensing mechanism such that the biasing device biases the dispensing mechanism toward the box front wall as the items are removed from between the dispensing mechanism and the box front wall.

A housing is provided on a part of the frame assembly. A receptacle is provided in the housing and is positioned spaced from and faces away from the seat. A storage tray is located in the compartment and defines a storage space on the tray. The tray is movable between an opened position with the storage space and the tray extending outside the housing away from the seat and a closed position with the tray and storage space within the receptacle in the housing.

Abstract: A modular display system comprises a plurality of identical modules. Each module includes a vertical mounting surface, a pair of sidewalls, top surface and a bottom surface lying in planes which extend at right angles to the mounting surface. A pair of top rails lie above the top plane and form outward facing channels. A pair of bottom rails extend inward from respective sidewalls just above the bottom plane, each bottom rail engaging in a respective channel when two modules are assembled one above the other. The inner surfaces of at least one of the top rails and the bottom rails converge toward the top or bottom plane at an acute angle so that the inner surfaces of the top rails are received against the inner surfaces of the bottom rails in a press fit. The modules are latched in this position by a detent and shoulder arrangement.

Abstract: A display system having a shell module defining an interior region and a shelving module sized and configured to be received within the interior region. The shell module includes a display window and an access portal providing access to the interior region. The shelving module includes a plurality of shelves and at least one support member configured to support the shelves. Abstract: The present invention is directed to a container comprising a first piece of mesh material and at least one separate second piece of mesh material. The first piece of mesh is bent to form a bottom wall and a first pair of sidewalls. The second piece of material forms a second pair of sidewalls. When the pieces are joined together, a basket portion with an upwardly-extending opening is formed. The basket portion may further include a runner portion that may be a separate rail connected to the basket portion, thus forming a drawer. When the container is used with a drawer system including a frame, the runner portion is slidably received in a pair of frame runners. This allows the drawer to move with respect to the frame between retracted and extended positions. The present invention is also directed to a method for making such containers.

Abstract: A spice rack including an array of sliding drawers positioned on a base. The assembly will be placed on an existing kitchen cabinet shelf. It should be noted however, that the assembly may be made to replace the existing shelf if desired. The assembly is designed to store spice containers in a relative small space, which containers may be easily identified and retrieved. Each drawer includes a planar, horizontal bottom surface having a knob secured to the front end. Plural dowels are positioned along each side of the planar surface to define an enclosed area for the spice containers.

Abstract: A modular storage system which is suitable for storing various items such as screws, nuts, bolts, washers and paper clips in a space-efficient and accessible manner is disclosed. The modular storage system includes a storage shelf and multiple containers removably engaging the storage shelf. A tray assembly having multiple trays may be provided in at least one of the containers for storing additional items.

Abstract: A pushback cart storage system includes a cart having a first pair of wheels located at a front end of the cart, and a second pair of wheels located between a rear end of the cart and a midpoint of the cart. The wheels roll along rails on a storage rack or frame. The second pair of wheels is located closer to the midpoint than to the rear end of the cart, such that the rear end of the cart extends beyond the end of the rails when the second pair of wheels are rolled to the end of the rails. Accordingly, less steel, or other material, is required to construct the rails of the storage rack, which reduces the overall cost and weight of the system, while allowing the system to support the same number of pallets as a conventional system.
