  • Patent number: 6626305
Abstract: A rotary shelf assembly mechanism has shelves mounted on a vertical post arrangement formed by a first lower post and a second upper post. The mechanism is connected to a cabinet by upper and lower mounting brackets interacting with the top and bottom of the cabinet to support the posts and shelves carried thereby. The mechanism is mounted in the corner of the cabinet. To fit the mechanism within the cabinet, a height adjustment device is formed by positioning the second upper post in the upper end of the first lower post for slidable movement therebetween. When securement of the two joined posts and mounted shelves is desired, the slidably movable second upper post is extended upwardly until it engages the upper mounting bracket mounted on the cabinet. An elongated recess in the second upper post aligns with an opening in the first lower post, and a threaded member extends into a casting positioned within the upper post.

  • Patent number: 6302285
Abstract: A merchandise display has a plurality of elongated panels joined together to form a column that is polygonal, preferably a pentagon, in cross section. Each panel has a male extension at one side and a female extension on the opposite side. The male extension on one panel cooperates and coacts with the female extension on an adjacent panel. More particularly, the male extension comprises an offset portion with a latch portion at the end. The female extension comprises an offset portion having a latch portion at the end and a projecting portion extending from the panel at a predetermined angle. The projecting portion is spaced from the end of the latch portion so as to define a channel. The male extension of one panel is constructed and arranged to be received in lengthwise sliding relationship in the channel to form the column. The shape and size of the male extension are complementary to the shape and size of the channel.

  • Patent number: 6206493
Abstract: A modular display structure that has a base and a transparent cover. The base and cover may separate to allow insertion of a collectible and may then join to close them and contain the collectible. The base and cover cooperate to define a top, a bottom and sides. A stationary display structure has a column sandwiched between two compartment holders. Each holder is wider than the column and defines partitions spaced apart from each other. The partitions on one holder are in registry with counterparts in the other holder. The modular display structure may be inserted between any pair of neighboring partitions of both holders that are in registry and then snapped into place. The stationary display structure may have levels of compartment holders spaced apart by respective columns, thereby permitting stacking.
