Abstract: A foldable locker assembly is configurable between a generally laid flat configuration and an assembled configuration. A main panel of the locker assembly is configurable between a generally laid-flat configuration and a folded configuration, in the folded configuration the main panel forming a back wall and opposite side walls of the locker assembly. The opposite side walls have an upper terminal end defining an upper end of the locker assembly, and a lower terminal end defining a lower end of the locker assembly. A bench panel is formed integral with the main panel in the laid-flat configuration thereof. The bench panel is configurable from a laid-flat configuration to a folded configuration in which the bench panel remains integral with the main panel and at least in part forms a bench of the locker assembly intermediate the opposite side walls of the main panel.

The at least one shelf is configured in a first orientation or a second orientation. In the first orientation, the pair of brackets are configured to orient the first side to face in an upward direction and the opposing second side to face in a downward direction. In the second orientation, the pair of brackets are configured to orient the first side to face in a forward direction and the opposing second side to face in a backward direction.

Abstract: A material cart including a wheeled rectangular base frame includes corner members having an end portion of reduced size at one end thereof and which are arrangable in either reduced end-up or a reduced end-down orientation at the corners of the material cart to facilitate the stacking of the material cart with a material cart of like construction. If desired, these corner members enable the weight of the cart to be supported upon the underlying floor through the corner members, rather than through the wheels of the cart. The cart also includes a top assembly by which the cart is capable of being lifted, and a fork-accepting mount is securable to the top assembly in alternative orientations to enable the material cart to be lifted with the fork of a forklift which approaches the mount from either a side of the cart or from an end of the cart.

Abstract: A shipping and display container comprises an elongate display tower having an upper end, a lower end, a plurality of vertically spaced shelves, and a stabilizing base attached on the lower end to stabilize the tower in an upright position. The base has a first position folded against the tower so that the base has a small footprint for shipping, and a second position unfolded to a larger footprint to define a support for stabilizing the tower in an upright position. The base is in two separate base parts attached to respective opposite sides of the lower end of the tower. Triangularly shaped fins extend outwardly from opposite side edges of each base part so that a fin extends diagonally outwardly from opposite corners of the tower. The fins are foldable to the first position and unfolded to the second position.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure generally relate to a cable management system for use in the petrochemical industry. In one embodiment, a cable management system is provided. The cable management system includes an arm assembly coupled to a base that is movable relative to a track structure, wherein the arm assembly includes a first end to couple to a movable platform that moves the arm assembly during movement of the movable platform, and a second end of the arm assembly is coupled to the base and is movable relative to the base during movement of the movable platform.

Abstract: A crockery basket for a dishwasher includes a base frame having a base surface provided with an edge that is raised on at least one side. The crockery basket reduces the risk of injury caused by pointed elements and/or cutlery which project in an upward manner, in particular if the pointed end thereof if arranged towards the top, e.g. forks, steak knives, etc. As a result, the raised edge exceeds at least the height of the pointed elements of the cutlery basket which project in an upward manner and, optionally, the height of the cutlery which are pointed towards the top at least in a cutlery basket.

Abstract: A collapsible utility tray device with a flexible mounting feature. The device includes a main tray portion for holding various items as desired by a user. A combined back/top piece is hinged to the main tray portion, such that the back/top can be folded closed to serve as a lid for the tray, or can be folded open to serve as a back structure for mounting the device and holding the tray portion horizontal. The back/top piece is fitted with a large rubberized twist tie for flexibly attaching the device to an object. The large rubberized twist tie can also be used to keep the device closed when the back/top piece is folded down. The device further includes smaller rubberized twist ties which can be used for hanging other small items from the tray or securing items to the tray. A small light can also be included in the device.

Abstract: A compact, collapsible, self-erecting stand and a method of making the stand are disclosed. The stand is constructed for placement upon a supporting substrate to prop a hand-held electronic device to be placed on the supporting substrate and includes an elongate strip of material having resiliently flexible characteristics biasing the strip toward a substantially flat configuration. A plurality of substantially rigid plates are affixed to the strip and located along the strip to establish a corresponding plurality of panels.

Abstract: An adjustable folding utility tray for removable attachment to a tripod comprising a portable frame with attached collapsing or folding members is provided. The folding utility tray removably attaches to two legs of an easel or tripod. Once the device is positioned at the desired operational height, two slidingly attached arms are adjusted to engage and contact the easel or tripod legs. After use, the device is folded, or collapsed, into a compact size for transport or storage and removed from the easel or tripod.

Abstract: A tray apparatus is described. The tray apparatus includes a collapsible tray. The collapsible tray includes an inner horizontal support. The tray may also include a plurality of outer horizontal supports. The tray also includes a plurality of collapsible extensions. The collapsible extensions are configured to lock into a perpendicular position from the horizontal supports. The tray also includes a plurality of hinged connectors. The hinged connectors connect the inner and outer horizontal supports with the collapsible extensions. Additionally, the apparatus includes a vertical support. The vertical support is connected to the tray assembly by a tray clutch assembly. The tray apparatus may be attached to a chair.

Abstract: A compressible and expandable sample tube holder includes a housing with a plurality of adjacent section members, movable toward and away from each other. Biasing members normally maintain the section members in an expanded condition. In the compressed condition the spacing between section members is reduced. A sample tube breakage detector includes slidable plungers having a protracted position that corresponds to a broken sample tube and a retracted position that corresponds to an unbroken sample tube in the sample tube holder. A detector compares the plunger positions before and after centrifuge spin to detect any broken sample tubes in the sample tube holder. A gripper device for the sample tube holder includes a lifting probe and a stabilizer to stabilize the sample tube holder during lifting. The gripper device and breakage detector are raised and lowered by a raising and lowering device having first and second telescoping members.

Abstract: A presentation display for use in displaying products, samples, premiums or the like comprises a center panel, a left tray, and a right tray wherein the center panel is hingedly attached to the left tray on one side and hingedly attached to the center panel on an opposite side such that the display can easily pivot between an open and closed position, whereby the closed position eliminates all non-product space and increases shipping efficiency to 100%. The presentation display is made from three pieces of paperboard or like flexible material and has a compact shipping or storage position that folds out to a larger open or presentation position.

Abstract: A foldable tray attachment for a chair comprises a middle member, a pair of side panels, at least one holder, at least one support member and a securing mechanism. The middle member is capable of supporting a body portion of a user seated on the chair. Each side panel of the pair of side panels is pivotally coupled to the middle member at a respective longitudinal edge for facilitating folding of the foldable tray attachment. The each side panel includes at least one recess. The at least one holder is capable of being removably coupled to the at least one recess. The at least one support member is fixedly attached to a portion of a front surface of the foldable tray attachment to support the pair of side panels in an open position. The securing mechanism is configured to detachably couple the foldable tray attachment to the chair.

Abstract: A planter includes a wire basket having horizontal parallel top rings, bottom rings, and connected vertical wires. Four folding legs each include a top loop rotatably attached to the bottom rings. The legs when in their extended down position each include a short inwardly angled section that nests into the bottom rings for stability. The legs also include an outwardly angled section forming a mid-height detent recess, and a foot. A retainer ring slides downwardly into engagement with all four of the detent recesses to secure the legs in their use positions, which is particularly stable due to the nested relationship with the recesses in the bottom rings. A drip pan, shallow secondary basket and alternative leg-latches are also disclosed.

The portable chafing stand system includes a pair of end members and a pair of side members attachable to one another. The end members each have a plurality of first slots and a plurality of second slots. The side members preferably have a lower lip for supporting the fuel unit. The end members each include a pair of upper supports for supporting an upper lip of a disposable food tray. The upper edge of the side members supports the floor of the disposable food tray.

The display stand also includes a first integral side panel and a second integral side panel of generally triangular configuration and a rear panel. The upper end of the rear panel includes an integral brace section which folds downwardly and inwardly to engage the locking slot formed in the front panel to create the transverse brace. The display stand, when fully assembled, is generally rigid and stable and well suited to support a hanging display tray.

Abstract: A display stand has supporting base which is self-erecting by a pivotal board located within the base. The pivotal board is biased by an elastic cord and is pivotable between a horizontal position transverse to the base and a vertical downward position at which it is juxtaposed to the front panel of the base. The pivotal board is engageable with a horizontal slot opening formed in the rear panel of the base for maintaining the base in the erected condition. The side panels of the base are also foldable inwards along two vertical fold lines formed in the middle therein. A second elastic cord is connected between these fold lines so that it would pull the side panels to fold inwards at the vertical fold lines when the pivotal board is pulled downwards to disengage from the horizontal slot opening. A display tray is disposable in a forward sloping position on the base and the base in the collapsed folded condition may be placed within the tray for shipping, transporting, or storage.

Abstract: A modular point-of-purchase display system is provided with a base in which open-fronted trays are inserted, and an alternative base in which open-fronted trays are stacked onto a base having an inclined, L-shaped profile, when observed from the side, the trays being wider than the base surface upon which they rest. Vertical extensions are provided, for increasing the stacking capacity of each of the bases. Two tray sizes are provided, ones having a shallow depth, and ones having substantially greater depth. Front extensions are provided for the bases, in both modes, for accommodating trays having substantially greater depth. Trays are provided with interior wall components that enable the user to select between several alternative tray interior configurations, to accommodate products being displayed, products having different dimensions, and to accommodate products having different row and/or stack counts.

The stand includes foldable shelf support members that are formed from portions cut from the back wall and partially cut from inner panels of the side wall assemblies. Shelves are pivotably attached to the back wall, and swingable between positions substantially parallel to the back wall to positions oblique or perpendicular to the back wall.

Abstract: A foldable umbrella stand having two spaced apart upright posts with at least one grid frame and at least one water collecting tray pivotally connected to upper and lower ends of the upright posts. Connecting rods are provided on the lateral sides of the grid frames and the water collecting trays to movably connect them together. The umbrella stand thereby can be stretched and positioned for placing therein umbrellas, and can be folded into a flat form with a small volume for storage and transportation.

Abstract: A collapsible display structure and a shelf module for insertion therein are provided. The display structure includes a back panel and a first and second wing panel that are connected to the back panel and are movable between an expanded position and a collapsed position. The interior surface of the wing panels includes guides for receiving a shelf module. The shelf modules include a frame and a merchandise-receiving portion for holding an item of merchandise to be displayed. The shelf modules further include guide-engaging elements for engaging the guides on the display structure. The shelf module includes a locking device that is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position the locking device prevents the shelf module from being removed from the display structure. In the unlocked position the locking device allows the shelf module to be removed from the display structure.

Abstract: An upright display stand for mounting a hanging display tray erected from a corrugated paperboard blank. The display stand includes rectangular front panel having a locking slot for engagement of a transverse brace with the upper edge of the front panel including spaced apart notches for the engagement of hooks on the back of the hanging display tray. The display stand also includes a first integral side panel and a second integral side panel of generally triangular configuration and a rear panel. The upper end of the rear panel includes an integral brace section which folds downwardly and inwardly to engage the locking slot formed in the front panel to create the transverse brace. The display stand, when fully assembled, is generally rigid and stable and well suited to support a hanging display tray.

Abstract: An adjustable shelving unit has a shelf support to which can be mounted one or more shelves. The shelf support has a slotted back panel and edge walls with laterally aligned notches. The shelf support fits through an opening between the bottom and a back cross-member of each shelf. Each shelf bottom has transverse openings in its back corners to accommodate the shelf support edge walls so that the shelf bottom engages the notches in the shelf support edge walls. The shelves are secured to the shelf support by engagement with the notches as well as by one or more tabs at the bottom of the shelf which fit into slots in the shelf support. The notches have upwardly canted upper surfaces allowing each shelf to be pulled outward and rotated upward to disengage the shelf from the shelf support so that it may then be removed or positioned to a different height. The shelves and shelf support are constructed by folding separate corrugated paperboard blanks.

Abstract: In a shopping cart, in which a basket is supported by a chassis, a tray is hinged within the basket so as to enable the tray to be selectively positionable in a generally horizontal, usage position or in a generally vertical, storage position. In a preferred embodiment, a hinge wire is located at what becomes an upper end of each hinge aperture in the storage position, in which the tray does not extend above the front wall of the basket. The tray is arranged so that it is necessary to move the tray so as to space the upper end of each hinge aperture from the hinge wire sufficiently to avoid interference between the tray and the front wall of the basket when repositioning the tray from the storage position into the usage position. Each side wall of the basket has a support projecting into the basket and adapted to engage the tray with the tray resting on the supports so as to stabilize the tray when positioned in the usage position.

Abstract: A merchandiser which has a product containing interior region is provided with a plurality of panels secured to the top surface of the merchandiser. The panels are foldable between a shroud forming position in which they cover the side faces of the merchandiser and a header forming position in which they project upwardly from the top surface of the merchandiser. The panels, when in the header forming position interlock with and hold one another in the header forming position. When the panels are in the header forming position, the product receiving interior region of the merchandiser is visible through the side faces of the merchandiser.

Abstract: A carton box retainer for a plurality of carton boxes each having opposed ends. The retainer includes a retention member having a plurality of pairs of connection elements spaced along the retention member, each pair of connection elements being connectable to the opposed ends of a carton box for attaching the carton box to the retention member. The connection elements are detachably secured to the carton box and/or the remainder of the retention member in order to enable the carton boxes to be separated from the retainer.
