    Abstract: An adjustable shelving unit has a shelf support to which can be mounted one or more shelves. The shelf support has a slotted back panel and edge walls with laterally aligned notches. The shelf support fits through an opening between the bottom and a back cross-member of each shelf. Each shelf bottom has transverse openings in its back corners to accommodate the shelf support edge walls so that the shelf bottom engages the notches in the shelf support edge walls. The shelves are secured to the shelf support by engagement with the notches as well as by one or more tabs at the bottom of the shelf which fit into slots in the shelf support. The notches have upwardly canted upper surfaces allowing each shelf to be pulled outward and rotated upward to disengage the shelf from the shelf support so that it may then be removed or positioned to a different height.     Abstract: In a shopping cart, in which a basket is supported by a chassis, a tray is hinged within the basket so as to enable the tray to be selectively positionable in a generally horizontal, usage position or in a generally vertical, storage position. In a preferred embodiment, a hinge wire is located at what becomes an upper end of each hinge aperture in the storage position, in which the tray does not extend above the front wall of the basket. The tray is arranged so that it is necessary to move the tray so as to space the upper end of each hinge aperture from the hinge wire sufficiently to avoid interference between the tray and the front wall of the basket when repositioning the tray from the storage position into the usage position. Each side wall of the basket has a support projecting into the basket and adapted to engage the tray with the tray resting on the supports so as to stabilize the tray when positioned in the usage position.

The panels are foldable between a shroud forming position in which they cover the side faces of the merchandiser and a header forming position in which they project upwardly from the top surface of the merchandiser. The panels, when in the header forming position interlock with and hold one another in the header forming position. When the panels are in the header forming position, the product receiving interior region of the merchandiser is visible through the side faces of the merchandiser.
