Abstract: A Self-Standing Merchandise Frame is provided for displaying merchandise items on a store and allowing the attachment of multiple racks of numerous sizes, for instance, 24 inches, 48 inches and 96 inches. The embodiment is configured of a sign plate, a first and a second vertical tubes, an upper and a lower support and a base plate which structurally support the self-standing of the frame. Depend on the particular application, Self-Standing Merchandise Frame could be assembled as a single stand or a double stand, without any limitation and restriction.

An upper panel is coupled to and extends from the post. The upper panel is pivotally coupled to the post. A support assembly is coupled to and extends downwardly from the shelf. The support assembly has a bottom panel and a vertical panel coupled to and extending upwardly from a top surface of the bottom panel.

Abstract: A pole shelf for mounting to a pole has a two-piece bracket and a two-piece shelf. The bracket is removably secured to poles of different diameters by adjusting a sliding engagement existing between pairs of male and female mating sleeves. The bracket pieces have a lip between upper and lower hub protrusion ribs and the lip has an outer cam edge with detents. The shelf pieces have a protrusion rib, an outer wall and a shelf bottom between the protrusion rib and outer wall, a retention post on the underneath side of the shelf bottom, a connector for releasably connecting ends of the two shelf pieces to each other and one or more shelf bottom connectors for releasably connecting the shelf bottoms to each other. When the shelf is in a closed state it is secured to the bracket, which itself is secured to a pole, by engaging the retention posts of shelf pieces with the outer cam edges of the bracket pieces and rotating the shelf so that the outer cam edges become removably locked into the retention posts.

Abstract: A free-standing display assembly is provided holding products for retail sale. The assembly includes a sub-assembly having a base, supporting shroud, left and right side walls, and slotted metal spine. An inner sleeve is held adjacent the supporting shroud. Metal shelves with plastic trays are hangable at different heights along the slotted metal spine. A first transparent plastic panel is sized to cover a rear graphic sheet which is removably insertable between the first transparent plastic panel and the supporting shroud. A second transparent plastic panel is sized to cover 5-50% of an upper area of the inner sleeve and is attached to the inner sleeve. A front graphic sheet is sandwiched between the second transparent plastic panel and the inner sleeve. The configuration of the flexible panels readily permits in under 5 minutes to replace rear and front graphic sheets with alternative advertising.

Abstract: An outdoor table organizer assembly is provided for storing multiple items commonly used in association with an outdoor table in an organized and easily accessible manner. The assembly includes an elongated pole inserted through an outdoor table. A utensil holder has a bottom and a perimeter wall extending upwardly from an outer edge of the bottom. The bottom further has an inner edge defining a hole. The pole is inserted through the hole in the bottom of the utensil holder frictionally coupling the pole to the utensil holder. A napkin holder is coupled to the perimeter wall of the utensil holder for holding napkins and a platform is coupled to and extends outwardly from the utensil holder. A post extends upwardly from the platform for supporting a roll of paper towels when the post is inserted into the roll of paper towels.

Abstract: A tile holder and methods of its use are described. Embodiments of the tile holder are adapted to mounting to suitable objects and removably and replaceably receiving tiles and the like. Embodiments of the tile holder comprise a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shaped tile frame having a frame having a face plate having an aperture for exposing a face of the tile and the like, a back plate removably and releasably fastened to the frame and having a stud for mounting to a post having a receiving hole for receiving the stud of the back plate and locking the back plate to the post with a fastener, another fastener for fastening the post to a suitable object, and an optional escutcheon for optionally fastening the post to the escutcheon and the escutcheon to a wall or other suitable object.

Abstract: The present invention is a portable literature display. The preferred embodiment features a collapsible stand and sign, with a literature carousel that mounts upon the stand. The carousel is formed from a plurality of closable clamshell cases mounted upon a plurality of cross-beams and secured together in a ring. Leg flags are also provided to increase visibility.

Abstract: A tray is disclosed for carrying food on dinnerware between a restaurant kitchen to customers. The tray includes a vertically disposed support member having upper and lower ends with a handle being secured to the upper end of the support member. A plurality of vertically spaced and horizontally disposed disc-shaped members are selectively rotatably secured to the support member. Different sizes and shapes of dinnerware may be carried by the tray by inserting the inner ends thereof between the outer ends of the support members. The tray is also designed to be able to carry wine bottles and wine glasses.

Abstract: A bird feed tray has an integral, unitary body. The tray is separated into a plurality of segments by partitions and circumscribed by an outer wall or rim. Each segment has dual surfaces which are sloped both downward toward the outer rim and inward to form a drain trough. The troughs terminate at the outer rim. A number of drain holes are provided adjacent to the outer rim. Water which collects on the surface of the tray funnels down into the troughs, where it is discharged through the drain holes.

At least two arm assemblies (40) are perpendicularly mounted to elongated supporting members (60) to support additional tray assemblies (80). Additional trays (80) are supported by the arm assemblies (40). These components are stored and transported by the invention when transformed into a wheelbarrow configuration with wheel assemblies (70) at one end (79) of elongated supporting member (61).

Abstract: A product display system (10) constructed in accordance with the principles of a preferred embodiment of the present invention and configured for displaying products above a conventional clothing rack (R) is disclosed. The inventive display system (10) broadly includes a base assembly (12) for supporting the other system components above the rack (R), a plurality of product display trays (14-28) supported on the base assembly (12) for displaying the products (P), and a sign assembly (30) supported on the base assembly (12) for displaying product information and advertising indicia. The inventive display system (10) enables cross-merchandising at the point of sale by utilizing previously unusable space above the conventional circular rack (R) while still complying with display requirements of most mass marketing retail stores.

Each receptacle (14) is provided with a bracket (16) arranged to support the receptacle and coupled to the shaft (12) in a manner to allow the bracket (16) to pivot about the shaft (12). In this way, each receptacle (14) can be individually pivoted about a shaft (12) to allow access to that receptacle and any article stored therein. The storage system (10) makes more efficient use of space and can be accessed more easily than a conventional chest of drawers or cupboard.

The connecting member is configured to allow visual inspection of the chest drain through the front face of the housing when the chest drain is positioned in the holder.
