Abstract: A surgical stand may include a vertical pole portion with a securing clamp junction holding a horizontal pole in a fixed position with respect to the vertical pole, and the horizontal pole includes a plate interface including a number of securing mechanisms for holding surgical instruments against the plate interface, and a number of rings disposed along the horizontal pole on both sides of the plate interface.

Abstract: The pathway/landscape lamps include an elongated fixture body having an upper end and a lower end; at least one light source mounted to the upper end of the fixture body; a ground engaging post provided at the lower end of the fixture body; and a telescoping shade with a reflective top cover provided over the light source and translucent sides at least partially surrounding the light source. The telescoping shade configured to move from a lowered position allowing light from the light source to be directed downward, to a raised position allowing for light to be emitted both sideways and downward from the light source. A second embodiment of the telescoping shade include at least one vertically adjustable side shade configured to selectively block light to be emitted in a sideway direction.

Abstract: A support pole system for supporting articles above the ground or earth includes a support pole formed from at least two elongated pole sections that are movably coupled together so that the pole sections can be moved relative to one another between collapsed and extended positions to shorten and lengthen the support pole. An article head piece is coupled to an upper end of the support pole for attaching articles to the support pole. A base assembly couples to the lower end of the support pole and has a stake configured for insertion into the ground or earth for supporting the support pole in an upright position. The stake has projecting members that engage the ground or earth when the stake is inserted therein to prevent rotation of the stake about the longitudinal axis of the stake. A cross member is positioned at an upper end of the stake to form a footrest to facilitate insertion of the stake into the ground or earth.

A method for displaying a plurality of nursing pillows on a salesfloor, is also provided.

Abstract: An improved artificial tree of the present invention is directed to a decorative artificial tree assembly which may be dimensioned and configured to fit on any supporting surface including, but not limited to, an interior floor, outside grounds, etc. The artificial tree may be disposed in an assembled or collapsed state. As such, the artificial tree may include a plurality tree segments and a cap member, vertically interconnected or stacked upon each other via a plurality of connectors. The artificial tree may be constructed from lightweight materials with decorative items attached to its outer surface.

Abstract: Apparatus and associated methods may relate to a collapsible tree system having limbs which automatically pivot from a low-profile position while the tree is in a collapsed state to an in-use position when the tree is in an extended state. In an illustrative example, the system may include limb supports movably disposed along a central support. Movement of the limb supports closer together and further apart may cause the limbs to pivot to and from positions. For example, due to limb contact with an adjacent limb support, the limbs may be caused to pivot to the low-profile position. When no forcible contact is present between an adjacent limb support and limb, gravitational forces may permit the limbs to freely pivot to the in-use position. In an illustrative example, each limb support may include a nesting cup for receiving a proximal end of the limbs while in the stowed position.

Abstract: A display rack for displaying articles comprises a base, a vertical post assembly mounted to the base and upstanding therefrom and at least one article holding assembly removably mounted to the vertical post assembly. The article holding assembly comprises a longitudinal mounting arm extending downwardly and away from the vertical post assembly. A pair of longitudinal carrier arms are mounted to the longitudinal mounting arm and extend rearwardly and away from the longitudinal mounting arm and from each other. At least one hanger element is movably mounted to one of the pair of longitudinal carrier arms and extends away from the carrier arm. The hanger element is movable along a longitudinal length of the carrier arm. The hanger element provides for mounting articles thereto to be displayed.

The wall assembly includes a post and a wall that is rotatably supported within the post to allow for controlled extension and retraction of the wall. An edge of the wall includes a key that is received within a keyhole of an adjacent post to secure the wall in an extended position between the adjacent posts.

Abstract: A bicycle rack for use in providing temporary parking for a large number of bicycles, comprising a rail and a plurality of tire trays evenly spaced, along said rail and pivotal in motion from a parallel position to said rail to a depioyed position, substantially perpendicular to said rail, each said tire tray including a recessed wheel bed for seating a wheel of a bicycle therein. “The wheel beds are adjustable to accommodate bicycles with tires of various widths. The tire trays have channels for holding printed signs. The rack is compact, modular, and stable. The rack breaks down for easy transport and storage and facilitates both, the rapid setup and breakdown of an orderly temporary parking area for a large number of bicycles. The rack is well suited for multisport races where an orderly transition area significantly enhances the profile of the event.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for securing a duct to a bracket or hanger using a duct saddle. The duct saddle includes a body that includes a first side and a second opposing side. The body includes a duct seating surface on the a first side. The duct saddle also includes a plurality of retention clips extending from the body. The retention clips include respective tabs extending over the second side of the body and spaced apart from the second side of the body. The tabs include respective retention surfaces facing the second side of the body. The duct saddle also includes retention bodies extending from the respective retention surfaces toward the second side of the body. The above-described duct saddles can be installed on brackets without the use of fasteners, such as bolts and nuts.

Abstract: A wishing card binding structure includes: a lighting seat, including a card seat main body, control circuit module and a plurality of light emitting diodes (LEDs), the card seat main body being configured with at least one positioning groove; and a plurality of wishing cards, each being constituted by a card body and second binding element, and said first binding element and second binding element being a magnetic attraction pair capable of attracting each other. Whereby, the wishing card is attracted to and positioned on any position of the first binding element through the second binding element. With the use of the wishing cards, the lighting seat can be modeled more flexibly such that more people can use the wishing cards at the same time, and the appearance of present invention is much more eye-appealing.

Abstract: A merchandise display shelving unit comprised of a perforated center support pole, a base, a plurality of shelf supports, and a plurality of shelf inserts. The shelf inserts nest inside the shelf supports. The shelf supports have a mating collar that attaches to the perforations of the center support pole through the use of fasteners. The shelf support and inserts can be a variety of shapes, such as round, square, triangular, and rectangular. The shelf supports and shelf inserts can be of incrementally decreasing size, so as to create a terraced effect.

The telescopic pole is pivotally connected to a holder attachment configured to hold strands of hair extensions. The holder attachment includes opposing face panels and at least one sidewall that connects the opposing face panels along their edges. The opposing face panels include a plurality of fasteners that are aligned in rows, wherein each fastener is configured to hold a separate strand of hair extension.

Abstract: A mounting bracket system for mounting a loudspeaker monitor onto a microphone stand pole without requiring disassembly of either the loudspeaker monitor or the microphone stand. First and second mounting brackets may be mounted to a loudspeaker monitor or other product to be mounted. An indent on each mounting bracket is configured to engage a microphone stand or another elongated, pole-like structure, supporting the weight of the loudspeaker monitor through frictional forces.

Abstract: Holders for maintaining personal items such as dental and hygienic products are disclosed. The holders include a series of sections, particularly, holding sections having different geometrical structures related to the different items intended to be hold. In this manner, they may be assembled at the convenience of the user and its holding units may be increased or decreased as well as selected based upon the particular structure of the holding units at the will of the users. The holder may be self-standing when using a disclosed base or alternatively, it may be secured to a commonly used toothbrush supporting base or even be supported via a suction cup over a given surface.

Abstract: A pole shelf for mounting to a pole has a two-piece bracket and a two-piece shelf. The bracket is removably secured to poles of different diameters by adjusting a sliding engagement existing between pairs of male and female mating sleeves. The bracket pieces have a lip between upper and lower hub protrusion ribs and the lip has an outer cam edge with detents. The shelf pieces have a protrusion rib, an outer wall and a shelf bottom between the protrusion rib and outer wall, a retention post on the underneath side of the shelf bottom, a connector for releasably connecting ends of the two shelf pieces to each other and one or more shelf bottom connectors for releasably connecting the shelf bottoms to each other. When the shelf is in a closed state it is secured to the bracket, which itself is secured to a pole, by engaging the retention posts of shelf pieces with the outer cam edges of the bracket pieces and rotating the shelf so that the outer cam edges become removably locked into the retention posts.

The assembly includes a sub-assembly having a base, supporting shroud, left and right side walls, and slotted metal spine. An inner sleeve is held adjacent the supporting shroud. Metal shelves with plastic trays are hangable at different heights along the slotted metal spine. A first transparent plastic panel is sized to cover a rear graphic sheet which is removably insertable between the first transparent plastic panel and the supporting shroud. A second transparent plastic panel is sized to cover 5-50% of an upper area of the inner sleeve and is attached to the inner sleeve. A front graphic sheet is sandwiched between the second transparent plastic panel and the inner sleeve. The configuration of the flexible panels readily permits in under 5 minutes to replace rear and front graphic sheets with alternative advertising.

The yokes grasp the containers between outwardly extending arm segments. A straight post handle is joined to the center of the underside of the planar portion of the rack.

The post may include a plurality of arms that may extend outward from the post or may be folded in against the post. A retractable line may extend from the arms on one of the posts to interconnect with a receptacle on the arm on the other post.

Abstract: The free-standing bicycle rack includes a base having at least two legs, a vertical support member projecting from the base, and a hook attached to the vertical support member for holding the wheel of a bicycle, such that the bicycle is stored in a vertical orientation. The bicycle rack is readily expandable to accommodate different numbers of bicycles, and the hook may be repositioned to different heights to accommodate bicycles of different sizes.

Abstract: A hunting equipment rest for use in a tree stand allows the hunter quick access to a weapon, thereby avoiding excess movement. A rigid member is affixed to the tree by a cinch strap. The apparatus is initially positioned such that a first trunk rest, fixed to the rigid member, sits against the tree horizontally, and a second pivoting trunk rest sits against the tree vertically. The second pivoting trunk rest is fixed to a pivot arm. The combination is attached to the rigid member by a pivot pin. The apparatus is locked into place by lowering the pivot arm, which levers the second pivoting trunk rest toward the tree to create tension in the strap. Attached to the pivot arm is a weapon hook, which swivels horizontally. The rest is suitable for a variety of weapons, and is easily installed or removed. The apparatus does not harm the tree.

Abstract: A fireworks launching stand comprises a post, a cap attached to a top of the post, and at least one horizontal arm attached to the cap. The horizontal arm can be tilted. Fireworks tubes suitable for use with rockets and/or Roman candles are attached to the horizontal arm. The use of the stand reduces the risk of injury to the user due to improper handling of lit fireworks.

The pole device generally includes a first tubular body, a second tubular body, a toothed rack, a locking pawl, and a base-mounted lever for operation of the locking pawl. Preferably, the first tubular body includes a base end for contacting a surface and a telescoping end, while the second tubular body has a base end for contacting a second surface and a telescoping end coupled with the telescoping end of the first body. The toothed rack is affixed within the first body portion proximate the telescoping end, with the locking pawl within the second body and capable of movement to engage and disengage the toothed rack. The lever is coupled to the locking pawl via linkage, such that operation of the lever between a first and second position actuates the locking pawl to engage and disengage, respectively, from the toothed rack, wherein the lever is positioned at the base end of the second tubular body.

Abstract: An outdoor Christmas tree assembly includes a cone-shaped frame (10) formed of frustum-shaped frame segments (12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24) detachably stacked one on top of the other. Each frame segment includes annular frames (30) and slanted lateral frames (40). One or more frame segments are formed of end-to-end detachably connected arc-shaped frame sections. Tree branches (50) are detachably mounted on the annular frames. Each tree branch may include at least one set of lights, an electric socket, and an electric plug. A harness cord system (78) runs from top to bottom along a lateral side of the frame, and has socket outlets for electrically coupling to the electric plugs of the tree branches. Harness cords are secured to the frame by clamps (71). The frame may be supported on a base structure (200) having therein a working platform (250). The outdoor Christmas tree assembly is also applicable for indoor use.

The tray includes a vertically disposed support member having upper and lower ends with a handle being secured to the upper end of the support member. A plurality of vertically spaced and horizontally disposed disc-shaped members are selectively rotatably secured to the support member. Different sizes and shapes of dinnerware may be carried by the tray by inserting the inner ends thereof between the outer ends of the support members. The tray is also designed to be able to carry wine bottles and wine glasses.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system for collecting, sorting, counting and consolidating an unorganized pool of solid or semi-solid articles such as pills for dispensation. Specifically, the articles are extracted from inside a bin using attraction points on a transport substrate and sorted into containers in finite quantities. The system consists of several components, preferably including a torque source, a counter and a vacuum source, which are uniquely integrated onto a single end-effector to reduce cost and redundancy by servicing several bins. Further, the system presents a method of attracting and carrying pills using negative vacuum pressure, gravity and centrifugal force. This centrifugal force holds articles to the local attraction points and is provided by the spinning of the transport substrate. Pills are collected from the bin or plenum at the local attraction points, counted, cleaved from the local attraction points and guided to a container or vial.

Abstract: A tool device is disclosed to include a hollow upright pivot shaft, coupling rings rotatably mounted on the hollow upright pivot shaft at different elevations, and support arms respectively coupled to the coupling rings and turnable with the respective coupling rings about the hollow upright pivot shaft, each support arm having a plurality of open receiving chambers respectively vertically cut through the top and bottom walls thereof for holding hand tools, each open receiving chamber having a front opening, a top opening connected to the top open side of the front opening, and a bottom opening.

Abstract: A portable and multi-purpose T-shaped closet and coat rack includes a foldable flat base made of four equal plates which are joined together by hinges beneath the plates. A removable hollow cylinder which is a stabilizer/coin holder/piggy bank is mounted over the base. The stabilizer has a mass of at least three kilograms when filled with coins, sand, marbles or like materials. A single post directed vertically and divided into three separate sections allowing different height adjustments is mounted on the base. Two of the segments of the post are equipped with a motion control apparatus to neutralize to the arms' motions. A special bi-functional cap completes the erecting of the post and comprises of two opposite threaded extensions which are designed to receive the arms of the unit. Two removable and identical, trombone-shaped arms mounted on either sides of the cap constitute the racks for the hanging of garments. Two security extensions secure the bases of the arms with the post on either side.

Abstract: An artificial palm tree assembly for insertion into a table, preferably a patio table, is provided. The artificial palm tree assembly comprises a palm head comprising a crown element and a plurality of tree elements attached to the crown element of the palm head. Each of the tree elements comprises a branch having a plurality of artificial palm tree leaves thereon. In addition, the artificial palm assembly further comprises a trunk element adapted for installation through an opening in the top of the table. The palm head connects to the trunk element via an attachment formed between a bottom area of the crown element and the top end of the trunk element. Moreover, artificial palm assembly preferably further comprises a base portion for providing support for the palm head and the trunk element of the palm tree assembly installed within the patio table.

A lower rack is attached to the vertical shaft near the bottom. The lower rack has a hub attached to the vertical shaft, an outer ring, and spokes connecting the hub and outer ring. The outer ring has an opening between a pair of the spokes which facilitates stacking more than one personal rolling valet.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to plant hedges or barriers and provide a method, system and apparatus for creating artificial plant hedges or barriers. In one embodiment of the invention, an artificial plant barrier system can be provided. The system can include a starter unit, a middle unit coupled to a top of the starter unit, and a top end unit coupled to a top of the middle unit. The starter unit can include a channel defined between a first opening in a top of the starter unit and a second opening in a bottom of the starter unit, wherein the bottom of the starter unit is coupled to a base support. The middle unit can include a channel defined between a first opening of a top of the middle unit and a second opening of a bottom of the middle unit, wherein the bottom of the middle unit is coupled to the starter unit.

Abstract: A decoration assembly is provided. The decoration assembly includes a tree and a support member coupled to the tree. The support member includes an interior surface and an opposite exterior surface. The interior surface defines a cavity within the support member. The support member further includes an electrical distribution system positioned within a portion of the cavity. The decoration assembly further includes a secondary support member including at least three legs. The secondary support member substantially circumscribes the support member. A method of assembly is also provided.

Abstract: A rack for hingedly mounting at least one door has a lower mounting plate and an upper mounting plate which are jointed by a central, telescoping support shaft. A plurality of mounting apertures are formed, equally distanced from the center of each of the upper and lower mounting plates which receive the pins of upper and lower attachment brackets which are attached to the upper and lower surface of each door to be mounted. When mounted, each door may be pivoted about the upper and lower attachment brackets so it may be painted on each of its two sides without interfering with any other door mounted on the rack. The rack may be adjusted to receive over height doors, as well as standard doors.

Abstract: A modular, tree-like structure for holding or hanging potted plants is suitable as an indoor flower/herbs stand. A base on casters supports a height adjustable central stem. The central stem is assembled using a coupling device having means rotatably connecting a plurality of branch arms with brackets, or flower basket hooks, for supporting a plurality of potted plants in a horizontally tiered arrangement and un-obstructing tree configuration. The combination of various length/size brackets in a multi-tier arrangement which can rotate independent from the central stem, allows for an increased number of potted plants to be adequately displayed on a given floor surface.

Abstract: The invention is a rack holding hockey sticks and other sporting equipment. The base is comprised of a member to which is attached at right angles another two members on opposite sides and a post rising vertically from the point of attachment. A second vertical member slides over the first vertical member. Near the top of the second vertical member are attached two members. Attached to these two members are two additional members at right angles. To each of those members are attached a plurality of other members at right angles projecting outwards. There are two additional members attached lower on the second vertical member. Each of these members have an additional member attached at right angles and a plurality of members attached to such member at right angles, which members extend inwards towards the vertical member.

Abstract: A tabletop food tray support apparatus uses a number of support booms stacked axially upon a post. Each boom has a tray supporting platform at one end of a rigid beam and a bearing structure at the other end. The bearing rotatably and removably engages the post so the tray-carrying platform can revolve about the post. The platform attaches to the beam in an offset manner a radial distance beyond the center of gravity of the tray so that a heavier pot will tend to deflect the platform safely toward the post thereby discouraging accidental dumping of the food tray by overloading the boom and/or by rapidly revolving the platform In this way the angled platform provides a centripetal force component to a revolving tray carried on the boom. The platform can be formed from a steel ring sized to support common serving tray shapes. The post can be made hollow to accommodate insertion of an umbrella pole therethrough for use in patio tables.
