Abstract: A system for improving consistent spacing between plant growing areas and for moving plant growing area comprising a plurality of beds arranged next to each other. Each bed comprises a receiving area for receiving plants and a perimeter, at least one movable element proximate to a bottom side of each of the plurality of beds allowing each bed to move in a first direction and a second direction, and an opening proximate to the perimeter of each bed. Further included is a u-shaped spacer comprising a first leg, a second leg, and a cross-member. The first leg is removably received by the opening of a first bed of the plurality of beds, and the second leg of the u-shaped spacer is removably received by the opening of a second bed of the plurality of beds that is adjacent to the first bed.

Abstract: A home appliance device, in particular a home appliance chiller device, with improved efficiency, includes a door rack container having an access opening and a pivot unit which is pivotably coupled to the door rack container about a pivot axis. The pivot unit includes a container door for closing the access opening and a receptacle coupled to the container door for storing products. The receptacle includes an extension which is at least substantially parallel to a main extension plane of the access opening and at least substantially perpendicular to the pivot axis. The extension of the receptacle is at least 5% shorter than a corresponding extension of the container door in a closed state of the container door. A home appliance, in particular a home chiller appliance, including a home appliance device, is also provided.

A harvest bin assembly is attachable to the at least one rail and includes a housing having a mount for securing the housing to the at least one rail. First pivot elements are disposed on each side of the housing. A removable bin defines a storage space and includes a plurality of holes formed in a bottom wall thereof. Second pivot elements are disposed on a side wall of the removable bin and engage a corresponding first pivot element on the housing. The first pivot elements and the second pivot elements define a pivot axis whereby the removable bin pivots between a first, closed position and a second, open position. A tray engages the bottom wall of the removable bin when the removable bin is in the first, closed position.

The supporting plate is coupled to a remote end of the holding bracket so as to be pivotable counter to a pivoting direction of the supporting ring. The holding bracket and the supporting plate are disposed radially within the supporting ring when folded into a retracted state.

Abstract: This invention relates to sliding shelves (2a, 2b, 4a, 4b) for refrigerators and freezers, which have a movement along side support guides (1) that enable the retracting, fitting and bounce of said shelves, allowing the choice of different configurations for the inner space of the household appliance, according to the area to be used to store food. This configuration enables different arrangement of shelves, including: extended shelves, retracted shelves, vertically bounced shelves, or even, in an associated form, an extended shelf and another bounced one.

After the oven rack is inserted into the oven cavity, the hinged support is pivoted to move the axles of the wheels to a generally horizontal position to cause the wheels to engage the horizontal slots and support the oven rack. The oven rack is removed from the oven cavity by lifting the oven rack to cause the wheels to disengage from the horizontal guide slots and to pivot so that the axles are at an angle with respect to the horizontal position. With the wheels disengaged from the guide slots, the oven rack is readily removable from the oven cavity.

A rotating drawer assembly comprises a drawer frame having opposed parallel side rails supported upon a pivot frame having a pair of opposed pivot wheels. A pair of circular sector-shaped pivot arms is attached to the upright members. A channel having a parabolic section and a pair of straight sections extends across each pivot arm, and receives a pivot wheel. The side rails of the drawer frame are supported by the pivot arms. A pair of flanged wheels engages an upper edge of each side rail to restrict the vertical movement of the drawer frame. Translation of the drawer frame relative to the support frame assembly is accompanied by pivoting of the pivot arms. During translation, the drawer frame remains in a horizontal plane and is held in a cantilevered configuration.

Abstract: A mixing and pouring apparatus for computer controlled processing of mixing and pouring operations includes a rotatable arm capable of holding vessels therein, the arm rotatable at programmable speeds and time lengths to perform automated moving and pouring processes. The present invention further provides a cap and vessel positioning system that securely locks a vessel in place and realigns the cap in essentially the identical position in relation to the vessel every time the vessel is capped. In one embodiment, both the cap and vessel have flanges that are aligned when the cap is properly secured to the vessel.

Abstract: Provided herein is a storage shelf upon which various wares which are commonly stowed during times of their non-use, including kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, and other wares having handles intended to be grasped by their user. The present invention provides a sliding storage assembly which stores such wares with their handles in a stowed position, until the storage shelf of the invention is moved laterally, such as pulling towards the user, at which time the handles of the wares are automatically caused to be tilted upwards towards the user for ready grasping and added convenience over storage devices of like import contained in the prior art.

A hole is formed on a side of the bracket opposite to the ears for fastening the bracket by a screw passing through and fixing to the computer case.

Abstract: A rejuvenator chill device that tempers (thaws) frozen food products to a state that very nearly approximates fresh. The device includes a sealable chamber that circulates water chilled to 3840.degree. F. around the subject frozen food product, particularly meat. The device tempers frozen meats in approximately 11-35 minutes.

Abstract: A spacing-saving undercabinet spice jar drawer comprises a tray (10) with five transverse, semi-cylindrical channels (11) for holding spice jars (12) in rows. The sides of the tray have raised front flanges (15A and 15B) and rear flanges (17A and 17B), the spaces between the front and rear flanges being notches (16A and 16B). The flanges of the tray slide into two guide rails (23A and 23B) of a mounting bracket (20). The front ends of the rails have sloped portions (24A and 24B) which terminate in deep cradles (25A and 25B). The tray can be opened by pulling it straight out until the notches are over the cradles. The front (F) of the tray is then lowered until the front edges of the rear flanges engage the bottom of the cradles, and the rear edges of the rear flanges engage the underside of the mounting bracket, such that the tray is angled downwardly about 45 degrees. As positioned, the tray allows convenient viewing and access to the spice jars.

In addition, the device comprises an element or elements for adjusting an elevation of an entry point of fluent supply into the supply receiving element or elements of at least one of the mouth downward containers from a first elevation to a second elevation while continuously maintaining at least this one container in an open-mouth downward position.

Abstract: Equipment for measuring the rate of erythrosettling of blood comprises a plurality of pipettes, a rack for holding the pipettes upright, and a closure element for the bottom end of each pipette. The rack includes an elongated pedestal, a portal attached to the pedestal, a plurality of seats adapted to receive the pipettes by snap action and formed in the portal, and a bridge element associated with the portal and straddling it. The bridge element is displaceable elastically from a home position to a working position interfering with the pipettes, for simultaneously removing the pipettes from their snap-action holding seats. The invention affords the advantage that the operator is not required to come in contact with the blood being analyzed.

Abstract: A refrigeration apparatus having a door wherein a food receptacle provided with a closure lid is mounted for selective positioning in a retracted position and in an access position. Positioning structure is provided for positioning the lid of the receptacle automatically away from the receptacle to permit access thereto as an incident of the user moving the receptacle to the access position. The receptacle is pivotally mounted to the door and the lid is pivotally mounted to the receptacle. The receptacle with the lid carried thereon may be removed from the refrigeration apparatus when desired.
