Plural Fluid Motors Patents (Class 212/288)
  • Patent number: 11358839
Abstract: A pipelayer machine is provided. The pipelayer machine has a main body, a boom pivotally connected to a first side of the main body, a hook winch provided on the first side of the main body and a boom winch provided on the second side of the main body. The boom winch and the hook winch can be connected to a structural assembly that positions the boom winch proximate the second side of the main body and positions the hook winch proximate the first side of the main body of the pipelayer machine. The hook winch can be provided in a hook winch frame and the hook winch frame can form a structural member in the structural assembly.

  • Patent number: 11332006
Abstract: The present invention concerns a hydraulic system comprising a hydraulic pump (130) installed on a truck tractor (10), a hydraulic pipe (160) connected to the outlet of the pump (130) and a connector (170) positioned at the outlet of the pipe (160) and designed to be connected to a complementary socket (180) provided on a trailer (20) in order to supply a ram (110) positioned on the trailer, for example for tipping purposes, characterised by the fact that it comprises a circuit selector (210) designed to connect said socket (180) selectively either to a ram (110) or a conduit (220) supplying a drive assistance circuit and an assistance circuit return conduit (250) designed to be connected to a tank (120) positioned on the truck tractor.

  • Patent number: 11274682
Abstract: A counter balance valve (71L) is located between a directional control valve (23) and a hydraulic motor (32L) and provided on the way of a pair of supply/discharge lines (25A, 25B). The counter balance valve (71L) allows a spool (72L) to be displaced axially based on a pressure difference between the supply/discharge lines (25A, 25B). The counter balance valve (71L) includes a communicating passage (73L) for communicating the supply/discharge lines (25A, 25B) when the displacement of the spool (72L) exceeds a predetermined amount (XCM), based on a pressure difference between the supply/discharge lines (25A, 25B). The communicating passage (73L) is provided in the spool (72L) of the counter balance valve (71L).

  • Patent number: 10183847
Abstract: A system and method for retaining a linear actuator on a crane component such as a mast is disclosed. In the system a retaining mechanism is mounted on either a body of the linear actuator or the crane component and a catch is mounted to the other of the body or the crane component. Retraction of a rod of the linear actuator causes a cap on the rod to contact the retaining mechanism, which causes the retaining mechanism to move into a latched configuration securing the linear actuator.

  • Patent number: 9114938
Abstract: A device for conveying packaged goods and/or bulk goods from and/or into a transport device includes a boom. The boom has a conveying unit, which is mounted to be vertically movable, for conveying the packaged goods and/or the bulk goods, and a force transmission unit. The conveying unit and the drive are arranged between fastening devices and/or between force deflection devices. The conveying unit can be moved substantially vertically by the drive.

  • Patent number: 9102412
Abstract: A braking apparatus of an aerial refueling boom system is provided to reduce the likelihood of or to prevent anomalous boom extension. The braking apparatus includes a pulley about which a cable wraps. The pulley is configured to be operably mounted to a first tube of the boom system and to rotate in response to movement of a second tube relative to the first tube as a result of the connection of the cable to the second tube. The braking apparatus also includes a lock, such as a brake or a pin lock, having open and actuated positions. In the actuated position, rotation of the pulley and movement of the second tube relative to the first tube are prevented. The lock is configured to be actuated by a reduction in performance of an actuation source that otherwise controls the relative positions of the first and second tubes.

  • Patent number: 6571902
Abstract: A method of automatically setting an auxiliary hydraulic valve's flow rate and returning to that flow rate automatically is disclosed. The work vehicle such as a backhoe has two hand controls, one of which has a button, and the other has a thumb wheel. To set the hydraulic flow rate, one both presses the button one hand control and moves the thumb wheel on the other hand control until the proper flow rate is reached. At this point, both button and thumb wheel are released. This causes the flow rate to be saved in RAM or ROM memory. The flow rate can be varied at any time by rolling the thumb wheel up or down. One can return to the previously save flow rate by pressing the button. Both controls are preferably spring loaded.
