  • Patent number: 11383880
Abstract: A plastic internally hollow body has a cavity for containing liquids, solids or gases, and includes a main body shaped and having an inner surface at least partially defining the cavity. The inner surface terminates in a shaped edge that delimits a coupling aperture to the cavity. The internally hollow body includes a closure body, having an outer sealing surface suitable at least partially engaging the inner surface of the main body. The closure body at least partially closes the cavity in correspondence of the coupling aperture. The main body is joined to the closure body at least partially along the shaped edge by a joining element over-moulded to the main body and the closure body and covering the over-moulding seat resulting between the main body and the closure body. A method for making the internally hollow body over-moulds the joining element by injection moulding with an over-moulding mould.

  • Patent number: 11046474
Abstract: A container has a head piece (7). The container can be or is filled with a medium and is produced of plastic materials using a blow molding, filling, and sealing method. A transition region (13) is between the container (1) and a first type of a head surface (11) arranged on the head piece (7) at an end face, can be penetrated by a piercing or cutting part and extends with a specifiable curvature. A second type of a head surface (41) has a specifiable curvature, which is the same as the curvature of the head surface (39) of the first type, but preferably is different from it and is present on the head piece (7). The head surfaces transition into each other such that a whole surface is formed, which whole surface spans the free end of the transition region (13) directed away from the container (1). The head piece (7) is an integral component of the container (1).

Abstract: A new method fills a dispenser with cyanoacrylate adhesive from the rear. The container is sealed by a pressed-in base section (4). The latter has a vent opening which can be sealed, preferably by a plug (68) pre-mounted on it. Preferably the contacting surfaces of the container and this base have an oval shape. In this novel method, the container is first filled, while the end is still open. The base is then pressed in, sealing it onto the container. In so doing, the air displaced, is released through the base vent. During the final phase of pressing-in, the vent is plugged, irreversibly sealing it. Also claimed is an adhesive dispenser, essentially as described, with further preferred detail of the seals, the pipette construction of the container and a slot valve in the plug unit. • Patent number: 5307950
Abstract: A pair of openings in the top of a container for liquids are normally closed by a pair of stoppers. The stoppers are mounted on the arms of a Y-shaped spring. The leg of the spring extends through a hole in the side of the container. The leg is connected to the upper end of a handle, which is connected to the container so that the handle pivots about the lower end of the handle. As the handle is pivoted, the leg of the spring is pulled outward through the hole in the side of the container. As the leg is pulled, the arms of the spring are pulled through a restraint, which pushes the arms together. This action pulls the stoppers away from the openings in the top of the container. • Patent number: 4285074
Abstract: A refillable bottle for use in dispensing cleaning liquid into a toilet tank has openings at both ends, the bottle being installed in the tank by an integral hanger so that one opening, which is always above tank water level, is used for refilling the bottle in place in the tank with cleaning liquid and, being open after bottle installation, allows aerosols in the cleaning liquid to diffuse into the tank air so as to be forced from the tank by rising water in the tank to freshen the surroundings. The other opening has a dispensing valve mechanism mounted therein. Removable caps close the openings prior to installation. A float attached to a movable member of the valve mechanism actuates the mechanism so as to dispense a constant quantity of bottle liquid upon toilet flushing regardless of liquid level in the bottle or the refilling speed of the tank. The movable member has two oppositely disposed valve heads which mate with fixed valve seats formed in the valve mechanism.
