  • Patent number: 12091217
Abstract: A beverage container includes a vessel and a stopper. The vessel includes a body with a neck portion. The body has an outer wall and an inner wall, and the neck portion defines an open end of the vessel body. The stopper selectively seals the open end of the vessel body in a closed, sealed position and selectively unseals of the open end of the vessel body in an open position. The stopper includes a body having an outer sidewall and a bottom wall. A seal is releasably connected to the body. The seal has a seal sidewall and a rim extending inwardly from the seal sidewall. The seal sidewall sealingly engages the outer sidewall and the rim sealingly overlaps the bottom wall. The outer sidewall together with the seal define an air pathway for the flow of ambient air into an interior of the vessel.

  • Patent number: 8881931
Abstract: A waterproof and breathable plug is provided. A protection net is assembled with one side or two sides of a waterproof and breathable membrane, to prevent insects from contacting and damaging the waterproof and breathable membrane. A collet is further assembled with the waterproof and breathable membrane, to prevent the waterproof and breathable membrane from moving, contracting and being deformed. The collet is also easily to be assembled in a breathable bolt. The waterproof and breathable plug is adjustable to regulate the breathing rate, fitting different electrical boxes or different weather conditions. Therefore, the problems of the prior art that the conventional waterproof and breathable membrane is easily bit by insects, the waterproof and breathable membrane has a constant-sized opening that cannot regulate the air amount, and the waterproof and breathable membrane is likely deformed due to the bad weather and high humidity and temperature are thus overcome.

  • Patent number: 8360256
Abstract: A storage and drinking container for pressurized beverages includes a drinking vessel 1 having a lip 3 and a lid formed from a cap 5 and retaining ring 12. The cap 5 seals with a surface 4 on the inside neck of the vessel and is retained in place by fingers 8 engaging under a lip 3. The fingers 8 are retained in position by a retaining ring 12. Cooperating sets of cammed surfaces 10 and 13 on cap 5 and ring 12 act on rotation of the ring to axially separate the ring 12 from the cap 5, releasing the fingers 8 from under the lip 3 and permitting the lid to be removed. A drinking vessel with a wide neck can be reliably sealed without the necessity to provide screw threads on the outer surface of the vessel 1.

  • Patent number: 3963120
Abstract: A container for prepackaging materials, as for example silver alloy and mercury for dental amalgam, which must be kept separate until just prior to combination and use is disclosed which comprises two chambers. During storage of the materials, the two chambers are separated by a barrier to prevent mixing of the ingredients therein. Combination of the ingredients is effected by twisting the top portion of the container to align a conduit therein with an opening in the barrier between the two chambers. After the material in the upper chamber flows into the lower chamber, the top portion is twisted back to close off the opening and the materials are mixed together by agitating the container.
