The mounting bracket readily supports the insulation (e.g., curtain wall insulation) without the need for separate fasteners, locking washers, etc. As a result, the insulation can be mounted more quickly than with conventional mounting systems.

Abstract: A trim structure intended on one hand to receive a door, in particular an internal door, and on the other hand to be joined to a partition. The structure includes two lateral walls facing one another and spaced apart by a thickness. The thickness being adjusted with respect to the thickness of the partition such that the lateral walls form an external surface that is flush with the external surface of the partition when the structure is joined to the partition. A transverse end wall connects the two lateral walls. The transverse end wall includes a planar surface that is configured to butt up against the thickness of a vertical edge face of the door and a projecting element forming a bearing surface for the door. The walls being formed from at least one composite panel, the panel comprising a central layer sandwiched between two facing layers.

Abstract: Disclosed is a foldable container. The container comprises a base (5) and two pairs of side plates (1, 2, 3, 4). The side plates are connected to the base in a manner such that the side plates can be folded relative to the base. Each of the side plates is provided with at least one first reinforcement member (6). Where the side plates are in an upright state, the first reinforcement members of the adjacent side plates are mutually connected so as to form an annular integral body. By means of the structure of the reinforcement member, the strength of the side plates of the foldable container is improved, and the defect where the side plates turn white, and even bulge, deform and fail when the foldable container bears a heavy load is overcome.

Abstract: A modular, multiconfigurable container adapted to collapse for stowability and portability which is capable of being arranged in several geometries; whereby the container is operable to enable a user to assembly the container without tools, screws or external fasteners, and customize the container with minimal effort and skillset requirements for assemblage, so as to enable a user to customize said container for optimal stowing of categorized items in multiple interior bins, the container further configured to facilitate disassembly and stowage, one-man portability, and minimal tool and skillset requirements for assemblage. In various embodiments, the side panels and base panel are affixed together using a live hinge. The tote container further operates to allow a user to apply labels forwardly and rearwardly on the container within a recess adapted for that purpose.

Panels having the defined connector mounts may be connected by one or more panel connectors which engage the connector mounts.

Abstract: A method for packaging and displaying knockdown crates for sale at a retail location is disclosed. The method of packaging and displaying knockdown crates generally includes: (a) providing one or more unassembled knockdown crates having two end panels, a bottom panel, and two side panels; (b) uniformly stacking and packing each unassembled knockdown crate into a rectangular tray; and (c) each rectangular tray containing an unassembled knockdown crate stacked into a display box, wherein the exterior of the display box advertises the contents therein for display at a retail location.

Abstract: A locking system for an enclosure, including a control bracket mounted to a door of the enclosure and configured to slide in a longitudinal direction along a guide rod running through a pin bracket of the control bracket. The control bracket further includes a latching pin to secure the door of the enclosure. A handle mechanism has a push rod that causes the control bracket to slide along the longitudinal direction, also causing the latching pin to move into a position that secures the door.

Abstract: In an illustrative embodiment, a panel assembly for partitioning a trailer cargo space is provided including a first insulated panel and a second insulated panel, each insulated panel including a first side vertical edge having a connecting edge, and a second side vertical edge having a connecting edge. One of the insulated panels includes one or more spaced apart vertical cut lines proximate the first side vertical edge, where, when a given cut line is cleaved, the cleaved cut line is configured to form a new second side vertical edge having a connecting edge. A first mating extrusion may secure with a second side vertical edge of the first insulated panel, and a second mating extrusion may secure with a first side vertical edge of the second insulated panel where, upon mating the first and second mating extrusions, an insulated wall is formed.

Abstract: A modular shipping container includes a layer of two side pieces positioned against sides of a component of several components with a same width. The side piece include pegs protruding from a top of each side piece and bottom openings in a bottom of each side piece sized and positioned to conform to the pegs. The container includes one or more end pieces on the same layer as the side pieces. Each end of the end piece is shaped to attach to an end of a side piece and is shaped to maintain a width between the side pieces. A length of an area formed by the side pieces and end pieces is sized to accommodate a maximum length of each component. The components have a height that is an integer number of standard units and a height of the side pieces matches an integral number of the standard units.

Abstract: A cabinet assembly and cabinet assembly kit include two side panels and a rear panel coupled by hinge assemblies. Each hinge assembly includes a first bracket, a second bracket, and a linkage. The first and second brackets each include a key that alternate to create a key channel when the one of the side panels is positioned at a generally right angle relative to the rear panel. Each hinge assembly permits the cabinet assembly to be configured in a folded configuration in which the side panels are parallel with the rear panel. A locking bracket includes a locking member sized and shaped to be inserted into the key channel. The locking bracket locks the side panel into a substantially right angle relative to the rear panel when the locking member is inserted into the key channel.

Abstract: The present invention may comprise a corner mounted bracket for an indirect lighting fixture, mounted flush against vertical walls in a building. The bracket may engage a mounting bracket along an edge. The bracket may have a transverse cross-section in a trapezoidal shape. The bracket may be attached to a vertical wall with screw fasteners. An engagement edge of the bracket may interface with a hook or other structure to engage with a structure to be hung, suspended, or otherwise supported. The bracket may be used in conjunction with a lighting fixture, shelving, or other structures for hanging or supporting securely on vertical walls.

Abstract: A cornhole game board providing an interchangeable faceplate display is provided. The game board includes a framework having a plurality of peripheral elements defining an opening into which a faceplate may be inserted. Each peripheral element may define a portion of a coplanar slot extending along the game board framework, wherein one of a plurality of faceplates may be slidably received or removed in the resulting coplanar slot. Thereby the game board provides a variety of interchangeable playing surfaces of cornhole.

Abstract: A drinking straw and a method of manufacturing a drinking straw. The drinking straw is made from any type of protein. Meat slices are placed in a freezer and the slightly frozen and pressed meat slices are then rolled lengthwise onto greased rods. The meat covered rods are again rolled on a flat surface. The meat covered rods are spaced apart and placed in a marinade. After the meat covered rods soak in the marinate, the meat covered rods are removed and placed on a rack, where the rods are spaced apart. The rack is placed into a 350° F. oven to bring the meat temperature up to 350° F., then the oven temperature is reduced to 165° F. The meat covered rods on the rack is dehydrated for four to five hours. After the dehydrating time has elapsed, the meat drinking straws is removed from the rods.

The first wall includes a longitudinal section and a transverse section transversely connected to the longitudinal section. These two sections define a recess. The mounting fitting is attached to the first wall and includes first and second mounting portions, which are perpendicularly connected. The second mounting portion divides the first mounting portion into first and second portions. The second mounting portion is mounted in the recess. The longitudinal section of the first wall is allowed to press against the second portion of the first mounting portion. The second wall has an end portion mounted between the first portion and the second mounting portion of the mounting fitting.

The modular building unit is suitable for handling as a shipping container for transport.

Abstract: An extendable and retractable column which is formed from at least three linked sections. The linked sections include a plurality of individual sections linked end to end. As the linked sections are extended, each of the individual sections engage adjacent individual sections to form a column. As the linked sections are retracted, each of the individual sections disengage from the adjacent individual sections and the column may be retracted for compact storage. Methods of forming such an expandable/retractable column are also presented.

The comb connector elements connect to the edges of the planar polygonal shapes. Each comb connector has at least one pair of connector members. Each connector member has a proximal end connected to the polygonal member, and a distal end. Each connector member having a face portion that includes a recess extending from a central region of the face portion. The recess extends to the distal end of the face member.

Abstract: An oven in which a cooking space in a cooking chamber is dividable into a plurality of individual cooking spaces by a partition member. The oven includes a door assembly including a main door rotatably combined with a main body and provided with a plurality of openings corresponding to the respective plurality of individual cooking spaces and a plurality of individual doors rotatably combined with the main body to open and close the respective plurality of openings. The door assembly may selectively open and close the entirety of the cooking space or the respective plurality of individual cooking spaces, and thus a heat loss or danger of burn generated due to opening and closing the main door when only the individual cooking space is used may be prevented.

Abstract: A composite duct panel assembly is provided. The composite duct panel assembly includes a composite duct panel having a curved cross-section in a circumferential direction and a width based on the panel including a portion of a circumference of an annular bypass duct. In one embodiment, at least two adjacent corners of the panel are greater than 90°. In one embodiment, the panel includes a circumferential flange along a circumferential edge and an axial flange along an axial edge, and the assembly further includes a corner bracket coupled to the panel, the circumferential flange, and the axial flange. The corner bracket includes a flange corner having an approximate 90° angle, the flange corner extending the axial flange and the circumferential flange to an intersection at a corner of the panel.

Abstract: An edge trim for display cases, and methods for making edge trim, are described. Instead of using tape or an adhesive to attach trim to the outer rims of end panels, a shape pattern is created in an extruded trim piece. Then polyurethane liquid can be added to the interior of the panel so that it also fills in the shape pattern. When the polyurethane solidifies into foam it will create a tight bond between the panels and the trim pieces.

Abstract: A plug-in type container including: a bottom plate configured to prevent leaking through the container bottom; side walls; and side columns. The bottom plate, the side walls and the side columns are connected in a plug-in manner to form a trough body. The bottom plate and the side columns are provided with plug-in structures configured to engage with each other. The side columns and the side walls are provided with plug-in structures configured to engage with each other. The plug-in type container is formed by connecting the bottom plate, the side columns and the side walls in a plug-in manner. The components are plate-like or columnar structures and can be directly stacked for packing, thereby occupying little space and convenient to transport and carry. Moreover, assembly of the container can be done in a simple manner, thus a common consumer can assemble the container without using tools or screws.

The left side and the right side of the doorframe structure is configured and fixed at the front end of a left lateral plate of the toolbox and a right lateral plate of the toolbox by a fastener. The upper side of the doorframe structure is connected to the inner side of the left lateral plate of the toolbox and the inner side of the right lateral plate of the toolbox by a screw. The lower side of the doorframe structure is configured at the front end of a bottom plate of the toolbox, and is clamped and fixed by the left lateral plate of the toolbox and the right lateral plate of the toolbox. A bolt of the toolbox is connected to the inner side of the doorframe structure.

As the linked sections are retracted, each of the individual sections of the linked chains disengage from the individual section of the adjacent linked sections and the individual linked sections may be rolled up for compact storage.

The cover is disposed at a side of the top frame, that is opposite to the side facing the base. A vertical pillar assembly includes a pillar, an inner clamp, and an outer clamp, wherein the inner clamp includes a first and a second side edge, and the outer clamp includes a third and a fourth side edge. The pillar is clamped between the inner clamp and the outer clamp. Space between the first side edge and the third side edge of the outer clamp is used for clamping a side plate, and space between the second side edge and the fourth side edge of the outer clamp is used for clamping a side plate.

Abstract: A construction system uses a comb connector element in combination with flat or generally planar polygonal shapes of various types. The comb connector elements connect to the edges of the planar polygonal shapes. Each comb connector has at least one pair of connector members. Each connector member has a proximal end connected to the polygonal member, and a distal end. Each connector member having a face portion that includes a recess extending from a central region of the face portion. The recess extends to the distal end of the face member.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate generally to a locker bay system. Specifically, in some embodiments the locker bay includes a catch loop coupled to the locker door and a locking mechanism that releaseably secures the catch loop to lock and unlock the locker bay. The locking mechanism, in some embodiments, includes a lock bar that pulls and pushes the catch loop in and out of the lock bar to lock and unlock the locker bay.

Abstract: Disclosed is a modular building construction having interlocking wall panels that mate with one another and with the frame of the building unit without screws, bolts or other fasteners, but while ensuring a water-tight fit. This configuration significantly simplifies installation of the wall panels into the skeletal frame of the modular building unit, allowing a first wall panel to be joined to an adjacent wall panel in a quick and easy installation step while maintaining the ability to later adjust and/or replace the wall panel.

Abstract: Disclosed is a system of interlocking door frame and wall panels for modular building units. Both the door frame panel and the wall panels are provided for easy installation into the skeletal frame of the modular building unit, and are provided with mating male and female connecting edges on opposite sides of each panel. This allows the door frame panel to mate with an adjacent wall panel in the same manner in which adjacent wall panels mate with one another, ensuring a clean, finished appearance for the connecting edges, a strong, reinforced frame having long durability, and a connection having the same physical, structural integrity as the connections between adjacent wall panel units. The door frame panel itself is particularly configured to receive a traditional, commercially available steel door frame and door assembly, but allows fitment of such commercially available steel door frame and door assembly without cutting a wall panel to receive that frame.

Abstract: A raised garden bed is provided including wood plank sides that are secured at their joints with corner brackets forming corners. The brackets have two panels joined along one edge with a U-shaped channel at the base of each panel to receive a wood plank. Louvers extend into the channels to hold the planks with a press fit and allow the bed to be assembled and used without screws.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a frame piece for a rack, comprising a hollow profile which extends along its longitudinal axis and is brought into its cylindrical profile shape by shaping a substantially flat starting material. Abstract: A knock down wood box system is a storage container system that is provided with an initial easily transportable disassembled configuration that is constructed into a sturdy assembled configuration without tools or adhesives. The knock down wood box system creates an enclosable storage compartment that can be collapsed when not in use such that it inhabits a much smaller amount of space. The knock down wood box system accomplishes this through the use of a plurality of panel sections that are particularly arranged to a plurality corner clips. The knock down wood box system in the assembled configuration may also serve as a decorative piece. Resultantly, it is also an object of the knock down wood box system to create a box that is aesthetically pleasing to the user.
