Abstract: An enclosure comprises a bottom container and first and second shelves hingedly connected to the enclosure. The first shelf is movable between a storage position in which its shelf receiving portion is positioned entirely within the bottom container and an in-use position in which its receiving portion at least partially extends beyond a first corresponding wall of the bottom container. The second shelf is movable between a storage position in which its receiving portion is positioned entirely within the bottom container and an in-use position in which its receiving portion at least partially extends beyond a second corresponding wall of the bottom container. When the first and second shelves are in their respective storage positions, the receiving portions of the first and second shelves are positioned in a stacked arrangement such that the second shelf receiving portion is higher than the first shelf receiving portion within the bottom container.

Abstract: Structures and methods of fabrication for articles of furniture that include generalized sideway-disposed containers and outside frames configured to maintain the structural integrity of such containers, to prevent and/or avoid problems of deformation of the furniture piece that carries a weight-load, especially deformation caused by lack of support of such article from the bottom. The frame is juxtaposed with at least two outside surfaces of the piece of furniture article along the lengths of such surfaces.

Abstract: A game apparatus and method for bag toss includes box sections connected end to end to form a cascading arrangement angled from a rear box section to a forward box section towards a playing position. Each box section includes a back plate and a peripheral sidewall projecting outwardly from a front side of the back plate. Each box section is connected with a sidewall of an adjacent box section in sequence. A leg section is attached to a bottom of the sidewall at the box section at one end opposite the section at a base. The leg section supports the game apparatus in an elevated angle inclined towards the forward box section. The method discloses a different scoring value for each box section dependent on the size of the box. The box sections may be nestable within one another for compact storage.

Abstract: A storage apparatus includes trays, a shaft, a base element and two wheel assemblies. The shaft is inserted in the trays to connect the trays to one another so that each of the trays is rotatable between a withdrawn position and a spread position relative to a lower one of the trays. The base element is attached to the shaft. The base element is connected to a second one of the trays by a connecting element. The base element is located below the lowermost tray when the trays overlap one another. The first wheel assembly includes wheels attached to the lowermost tray. The second wheel assembly includes wheels attached to the base element. The wheels cover a first area when the trays overlap one another and cover a second area when the trays fully spread from one another. The first area is smaller than the second area.

Abstract: An interlocking crating batten system may include a middle section that has a top portion, a top edge, a bottom portion, a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion has a concave area and the second end portion has a convex area. The first end portion has a least one tab extended out from the bottom portion of the middle section. A base section may have a least one slot along a primary end. The base section may lay between the middle section and a crate, with at least one slot removably engaged with at least one tab. An attachment device may connect the middle section and the base section to the crate.

Abstract: A motor vehicle storage apparatus comprises a tray. Opposing doors are pivoted to the tray. The doors are displaceable between a raised position and a lowered position. Ends are pivoted to the tray. The ends are displaceable between a raised position and a lowered position. The doors and the ends cooperate to form peripheral walls for bounding a storage area when in the raised position.

Abstract: A case for holding and carrying plumbing connections, tools and the like when closed has two opposed hinged doors covering one face of the case, the free edges of which doors meet midway between the opposed hinges. A handle held centrally above the open face of the case when the doors are opened and secured to the box allows the use of the open case as an open work tray. Brackets attached to the inside faces of the doors provide a resting place for a second case thus allowing stacking of the cases for a parts bin to be used at a job site.

Abstract: A container for collecting products to be recycled comprises a tall, long and relatively narrow generally rectangular body having openings along the top of its longer side walls for introducing products, and an outlet in a narrow end wall for removing collected products by tipping the container. The container body is preferably divided by transverse partitions into separate compartments of adjustable volume for receiving different products which can be removed separately through the outlet by freeing lower flaps on the partitions.
