Abstract: The heat radiating device of an induction heater comprises a body, a heat radiating unit, and a ventilating unit. The body comprises a bottom housing provided at the front end thereof with a plurality of air admitting holes. The heat radiating unit is mounted on the air admitting holes and composed of a fan. The ventilating unit is disposed in the upper portion of the rear end of the body and provided with a ventilating seat and a horizontal air duct with an outlet whose level is higher than the bottom of the mounting portion of the body. The cool air is drawn in form the air admitting holes while the hot air is let out from the ventilating holes of the ventilating unit.
Abstract: An induction based point heating system for cooking utensils or the like contains induction coils positioned below a plate, e.g. a glass ceramic plate. It is constructed as a cohesive component and includes induction generating means and the associated power, frequency generation or control electronics for the induction coils. The component is in the form of a flat plate or tray, which can be pressed from below against the plate. The induction coil is constructed as a flat, disk-like coil, which on its side remote from the plate is adjacent to a magnetic yoke such as a preferably segmented ferrite layer.

Abstract: An overheat prevention circuit for an electromagnetic induction heating cooker. The electromagnetic induction heating cooker has a heating coil, a top plate disposed over the heating coil, on which an object to be heated is laid, a temperature sensing part for sensing a temperature of the object and a high-frequency power generation part for generating a high-frequency magnetic field to the heating coil to induction-heat the object.
