Rotary Transformer Part Patents (Class 219/63)
  • Patent number: 9959613
Abstract: This specification discloses an optical processing head including a light guide portion that guides, to a process surface, a ray for processing. The light guide portion is further configured to guide, to the process surface, a ray for inspection different in wavelength from the ray for processing. The optical processing head further includes an inspection portion that inspects the state of the process surface based on reflected light of the ray for inspection reflected by the process surface. With the optical processing head, the state of the process surface can be easily inspected even during optical processing.

  • Patent number: 8097825
Abstract: A laser-clad processing apparatus of the present invention is one which is for carrying out laser-clad processing onto a valve-seat portion of a cylinder head, and is characterized in that it comprises cylinder-head holding means (1) for holding a cylinder head (H) in an inclining manner so that the central axial line of a valve seat becomes the vertical direction, a laser-processing head (2) for irradiating a laser beam onto a process part of the valve seat and at the same time discharging a powdery material to this process part, rotary means (3) which rotates around the central axial line of the valve seat in such a state that the laser-processing head is inclined with respect to the vertical direction, and powdery-material supply means (4) for supplying the powdery material to the laser-processing head.

  • Patent number: 3996444
Abstract: A rotatable shaft has a roller electrode mounted on it for rotation therewith. A transformer and a rectifier are structurally integrated to form a unit which is also mounted on the shaft for rotation with it, and serve to convert high-voltage low-amperage net current into low-voltage high-amperage DC current. Slip rings are mounted on the shaft to transmit electrical current to the unit for supply to the roller electrode.
