Die Embroidery Patents (Class 219/767)
  • Patent number: 9873240
Abstract: A continuous rotary heat-sealing machine, particularly for joining heat-sealable films, papers or ribbons, which comprises a frame provided with at least one first pair of rotating shafts and at least one second pair of rotating shafts, the machine comprising at least one pair of tracks, each one mounted on a shaft of the first pair of rotating shafts and on a shaft of the second pair of rotating shafts, the tracks being arranged substantially in contact with each other, rotating in opposite directions, and being adapted to create a pressure plane.

  • Patent number: 7220950
Abstract: An RF welder is disclosed that has circuitry that automatically affects system impedance so that, throughout the welding or embossing cycle, a generator is capable of sending energy through die and fabric at a predetermined frequency and cabling is capable of dissipating a load that is less than a preselected amount.

  • Patent number: 7208711
Abstract: Dielectric welding apparatus has opposed electrodes that can be engaged on either side of a product to be welded and a dielectric welding power supply that supplies welding potentials to the electrodes. The apparatus includes electrically insulating buffer material adjacent to at least one of the electrodes. A recess formed in a surface of the buffer material receives an end of an electrically-conductive member in the product. The buffer material prevents arcing between the electrodes and the electrically-conductive member.

  • Patent number: 5908576
Abstract: An insert for an oven, such as a microwave oven, includes an adapting mechanism compatible with a drive mechanism of the oven, a food treatment element, and at least one drive shaft coupled between the food treatment element and the adapting mechanism. The insert converts rotational forces conventionally used for driving a turntable into forces for driving a food treatment element, such as a rotisserie element.

  • Patent number: 5457304
Abstract: A method of forming a raised image of preselected pattern onto the surface of a fabric material by first laminating a thin film of vinyl onto the surface of the fabric and underlying the fabric with a thin layer of vinyl. A heated die of the image to be formed is then caused to be impressed in a highly forced engagement against the laminated film, while RF energy is applied to the die platen for a controlled time period. The die and image are permitted to cool in place after which the die is removed and any extraneous vinyl particles permeated during the heated engagement can be easily brushed from the fabric surface while the image pattern remains.
