Abstract: A dual compartment dispenser for pill or other item storage includes a larger outer compartment container and an auxiliary smaller pocket container configured to accommodate a predetermined daily dosage of items, which the user can carry in a clothing pocket, backpack or handbag, without having to carry the entire bottle container of items. The smaller auxiliary pocket container compartment nests on an interior collar ledge within the outer compartment container It is loosely supported by a ledge within the neck of a bottle neck container. The daily dose container gyrates and pivots upward when pushed against on one side of a top edge thereof, so that the daily dose container is up-ended and provides a portion extending upward above a top of the neck of the main housing container housing, for manual grasping without the need to invert the main housing container to release the smaller auxiliary pocket container therefrom.

Abstract: Containers and dispensers for wiping substrates, and wet wiping substrates in particular, have been provided with lids, the containers have been susceptible to leakage, or difficulties in dispensing the contents. Provided is a refillable container for storing and dispensing wiping substrates. A refill cartridge containing wiping substrates having a peelable seal disposed on a first surface and a second surface for forming a seal with the container lid is provided.

Abstract: A chafing dish with handles allows a safe, efficient, and professional-appearing exchange and serving of food, keeping the servers hands away from the outer edge of the chafing dish where hot steam rises from the water pan. The chafing dish handles of the present invention are formed as part of a closed loop frame. The frame consists of rail members that are configured to align with and to be positioned beneath the chafing dish ledge. The rail members form a rectangular, depending on the shape of the chafing dish, structure. Handle members extend from the rail members on opposed sides of the frame and extend in a manner that does not prevent the lid placement or the nesting of chafing dishes in storage.

Abstract: In one embodiment, a modular dissolution-testing apparatus has a base unit adapted to hold and control operation of between one and eight dissolution-testing modules. The base unit has a programmable controller and a color touch screen for user interface with the controller and the modules. Each module includes a vessel for holding a solution of a dosage form dissolving in a solvent, an agitator apparatus for stirring the solution, and a motor to power—via a multi-motion assembly and a stirring shaft—stirring by, lifting of, and lowering of, the apparatus. Each module has a vessel heater and a temperature sensor, both communicatively connected to the controller for heating and regulating the temperature of the vessel contents. Each module is independently controllable by the controller, where control includes manually (by a user) or programmatically setting stirring speed, lifting and lowering apparatus, and starting and stopping stirring and heating.

Abstract: The present disclosure is generally directed to a container and dispensing system, and more particularly to a refillable container that includes a container base having a partially open bottom, a refill cartridge disposed in the container base and covering at least a portion of the open bottom, and a lid. Providing a container base with a partially open bottom provides the user with an easy means of removing the refill cartridge, as the user may simply contact the refill cartridge through the bottom opening and push it upward through the open top of the container.

Abstract: The invention provides an inner can which can be easily adapted to the household trash can. The inner can's exterior shape is substantially identical to the inner shape of the trash can. The inner can has two extensible handles which are used for the user to pull the inner can out from the trash can. It has at least one wheel at the bottom and an extensible handle for the user to pull the loaded inner can without carrying it.

Abstract: A collapsible drinking cup assembly having a plurality of annular ring segments each flexibly coupled together, end-to-end. An upper drinking lip segment of the ring segments includes an interior and exterior sidewall such that the drinking lip segment tapers inwardly from a lower base portion to an annular upper distal edge thereof. A support floor of the cup apparatus includes an annular bottom flange extending radially beyond an exterior wall of the bottom ring segment. Atop lid member extends over an opening into the cup apparatus, and includes a pair of opposed, inner and outer contact walls that collectively define an annular receiving groove therebetween. The cup apparatus can be expanded from a collapsed position to an expanded position when both the annular bottom flange and the lid member are radially gripped and axially pulled apart longitudinally thereof before separation of the lid member from the drinking lip segment.

Abstract: A foldable container module includes a body and a foldable container. The body has a sidewall and a room. The foldable container has a panel, multiple folding line sets formed on the panel, and a joint. The foldable container can be transformed by folding along the multiple folding line sets. The joint connects to the sidewall of the body. The foldable container module can be held in one hand by a user, and the other hand of the user can swing freely or take the solid food from the foldable container, such that the user can also suck the liquid from the body by the straw at the same time. Moreover, when the foldable container module is to be stored, the user can fold the foldable container along the multiple folding line sets to reduce a volume of the foldable container.

Abstract: A surgical instrument tray assembly according to the principles of the present disclosure includes an outer case, an inner tray, and a handle. The inner tray is configured to fit within the outer case and is releasably attached to the outer case. The handle is securely coupled to the inner tray such that the surgical instrument tray assembly, including the outer case and the inner tray, is transportable with a single hand by engaging the handle.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pallet container (10), with a thin-walled, rigid inner container (12) composed of thermoplastic material for the storage and transport of liquid or pourable contents, with a trellis tube support casing (14) tightly enclosing the plastic container (12), and with a base pallet (16), on which the plastic container (12) rests and to which the support casing (14) is rigidly connected, wherein the trellis tube support casing (14) is constructed of vertical and horizontal tubes (18, 20) that are welded to each other, with the peripheral horizontal tubes (18) being rigidly connected to each other. The connection of the horizontal tubes (18) is accomplished by a positive clinched joint (24) disposed on the inside of the horizontal tubes (18), wherein the outside of the horizontal tubes (18) is free from any clinched joint deformations.

Abstract: Novel methods and devices for organizing and storing articles are disclosed. The storage devices may include a flexible inner container having one or more partition walls therein. An outer skirt may be attached to the top of the container wherein the skirt extends downward to the bottom of the container to form a sleeve. The inner container and the outer skirt are configured to be self-supporting, whereby one or more articles may be stored in an upright manner in the container. The sleeve is preferably configured to receive a basket to add further support to the device. If desired, a user may advantageously employ the disclosed methods or devices to organize and store articles in a container in a manner that maximizes floor space under low-hanging clothes in a closet, for example.

Abstract: The disclosed universal paint tray cart has a top surface for setting various sizes of paint trays on, wheels for moving the universal paint tray cart and one or more paint tray coupling devices. Each paint tray coupling device is coupled to a slot opening in the universal paint tray cart body. Each paint tray coupling device has a first end that is coupled to the slot opening of the universal paint tray cart, and a second end which couples to a paint tray. The paint tray coupling devices hold the paint tray to the universal paint tray cart so that the cart and the paint tray can be moved about without the paint tray falling off of the universal paint tray cart. The paint tray coupling devices slide along the length of the slot openings to adjust to the size of the paint tray being held.

Each of the containers has an inner sidewall, an outer sidewall, and a top sidewall having a spout sealable with a cap such that the container contains the fluid or other goods when the cap is engaged with the spout. The plurality of containers are shaped such that the containers are stackable or nestable within the receptacle such that the containers tessellate, the inner sidewalls of the containers abutting each other, and the outer sidewalls abutting the inner surface of the receptacle.

Abstract: A composite food storage container combines the advantages of glass and polymer while avoiding their disadvantages. A composite food storage container may include an outer polymer container that is configured to accommodate a glass container within the polymer container. Since the food does not contact the polymer, there are no potential concerns with chemicals leeching into the food. Since the glass is surrounded by the polymer container, the glass is protected from breakage and the composite food storage container does not become too hot to easily and safely handle upon removal from a microwave oven.

Abstract: A system for carrying a respiratory ventilator and respiratory ventilator power supply on a support. The support may be fixed or inclinable, and the device includes at lease one body portion having a first receiver that receives the respiratory ventilator and a second receiver that receives the respiratory ventilator power supply. A coupling is connected to the body portion that attaches the body portion to the support. The coupling is configured to cause the body portion to incline in response to, and generally to the same extent as, inclination of the support in order to present a relatively low profile to the surroundings.

Abstract: An apparatus for holding a pastry bag comprises a caddy and an ice-bath container that removably receives the caddy. The caddy includes a tapered receptacle and a flange arranged externally about the tapered receptacle. The container includes a first wall having a generally planar external surface, a second wall adjacent the first wall, the second wall having a generally planar external surface, and a third wall adjacent the second wall. The third wall includes an external surface engaged by the flange and an opening configured to allow insertion of the tapered receptacle into the interior of the container. The flange and/or the external surface of the third wall are configured so that the tapered receptacle is inclined relative to a support surface (e.g. a tabletop) whether the container is placed on its bottom (the first wall) or on its side (the second wall).

Abstract: Herein described is a bin for collecting solid waste, in particular urban waste, provided with a device for weighing the products deposited by a single user, of the type made up of two containers, the outer covering one and the inner one for collecting waste. Such bin includes a rigid frame arranged in the gap between the two containers. Such frame rests on four stanchions on the bottom of the more outer container, where the wheels are applied, whereas on the upper edge some load cells are arranged, which support the most inner container so as to be able to detect the weight of the waste deposited in the bin by the user.

Abstract: A double walled container is provided for insulating a beverage. An outer insulating shell or container is secured to the inner container that holds the beverage. A gap exists between the outer container and inner container and the air in the gap acts as an insulating barrier. The inner container is preferably a standard aluminum container. The outer container is preferably made from aluminum or a plastic polymer.

The container, insert, and whole systems are suitable for use in gas plasma sterilization procedures, but especially in those procedures that include a hydrogen peroxide gas plasma “express” cycle.

Abstract: A paper cup or shell with a thin removable liner that is not laminated to the cup or shell such that the liner may be easily disengaged, removed, or separated from the cup or shell prior to disposal or the recycling process. The thin removable or detachable liner is preferably made from aluminum, aluminum alloy, or aluminum foil, as opposed to other recyclable materials. Aluminum is the preferred material for the liner due to the fact that aluminum is infinitely recyclable and can be used over and over again to make recycled aluminum products or recycled detachable cup liners.

The dividers defining each row are spaced apart so the coffee pods are suspended on the lips of the coffee pods or spaced apart to squeeze and hold the coffee pod body to suspend the coffee pod in the row.

In another embodiment, a separator divides the holding area in two or more parts. In another embodiment, the cover comprises a groove in which a seal can be lodged to hermetically seal the opening upon closure of the cover. The cover may also have a lip to hold liquid in the cover until the cover is sufficiently closed to release the liquid into the container.

Abstract: A portable cooler has a thermally isolating outer shell defining an internal compartment for holding contents to be kept cool, such as, for example, food, drinks and temperature-sensitive medicine. The portable cooler has a door connected to the outer shell for providing unrestricted access to the internal compartment. The portable cooler may have a shelf for holding a cold gel pack to help keep the contents cool. The cooler may also have a plurality of dividers (that are optionally reconfigurable) for defining variously sized storage spaces for the contents. The cooler may have an aesthetically pleasing curved outer shell and an adjustable shoulder strap so that the cooler can be carried on a person's shoulder. Because the cooler is easy and comfortable to carry and because its large swing-open door provides full and quick access to its contents, this cooler is more ergonomic and aesthetic than traditional designs.

Abstract: An exemplary device for semi-solid foods includes a separator for insertion in a food container having an optional lid. The separator provides an upper compartment for solid foods and a lower compartment for liquids. The separator has a base, and a ramp extending upwards therefrom. The separator preferably provides a barrier such that liquid in the container does not traverse the intersection between the separator and the container sidewall inner surface. When the container is tilted to dispense the food therein, liquid in the lower compartment flows out through a ramp opening (such as an aperture in the ramp or a separation between the ramp and the container sidewall), without flowing through a base aperture. When the container is returned to a level position, any fluid in the upper compartment may return to the lower compartment via an optional fluid channel in the ramp and through the base aperture.

Abstract: A system for stacking fire-resistant archive boxes on top of one another is provided. Each of the archive boxes comprise an outer shell, an inner shell disposed within the outer shell, a drywall support shell, and a lid. The inner shell has an opening defining a storage compartment, and is spaced apart from the outer shell defining a cavity therebetween. The inner shell includes a bottom wall and side walls. The drywall support shell is disposed within the cavity and surrounds a substantial portion of the inner shell. The lid is configured to be disposed over the opening in the inner shell to selectively enclose the storage compartment. The drywall support shell of the upper archive box is substantially aligned with the drywall support shell of the lower archive box whereby the lower archive box is supportive of the upper archive box.

The inner cap has a spray activator orifice large enough to permit a spray activator of a spray container to pass therethrough and small enough to prevent a spray container connected to the spray activator from passing therethrough. A user removes the outer cap, inverts it and pushes up through the bottom to raise up the spray container enough to expose the spray activator and its nozzle for spray use.

Abstract: An arrangement for transporting uranium hexafluoride, including an inner tank and an outer tank which holds the inner tank and which includes first and second shells. A valve extends from an end face of the inner tank, and is surrounded by the outer tank at a distance and is covered on the outside by at least one shock-absorbing element. In order to ensure a defined positioning of the valve extending from the inner tank and thus of the inner tank to the outer tank surrounding the inner tank, it is proposed that the shock-absorbing protective element extend in a pivoting manner from one of the shells of the outer tank, such that if the inner tank is properly positioned, the protective element can be pivoted into a position covering the valve, and such that if the outer tank holding the inner tank is closed, the protective element is covered on the outside by at least one of the shells.

Lifting means are arranged on the frame, and are engaged by a lifting mechanism (20) so the waste container can be lifted out from the outer shell and emptied and returned. The frame has protrusion(s) (18, 19) toward the inside of the frame and the top container has corresponding recesses (21, 22) which attach the top container to the frame.
