Abstract: A laundry appliance includes a cabinet and a tub that is disposed within the cabinet. A first door is coupled to the cabinet and is operable between open and closed positions. A second door is operably coupled to the tub. The second door is configured to move with the tub and independently of the first door in the closed position. A coupling member is at least partially disposed on the first door. The first and second doors are operably coupled by the coupling member.

Abstract: Double-walled decorative articles such as flower vases and candle holders comprise an inner form defining a receptacle and an outer form, spaced apart from the inner form, to create a cavity. A bottom opening in the outer form enables decorative filler materials to be introduced to the cavity such that the decorative materials do not enter into the receptacle, which may contains flowers, water, candles, hot wax or other substances. A removably replaceable plug or cap is used to close off the bottom opening following the introduction of the decorative filler materials. The inner and outer forms may be provided as a unitary item or separate pieces may be joined. The decorative filler materials may be provided in conjunction with the article as part of a kit, in which case the amount of filler material is matched to the volume of the cavity.

Abstract: An ornamental cover for concealing an article includes an elongated shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, and a base member disposed at the proximal end of the elongated shaft. The elongated shaft may extend distally from an upper surface of the base member, while a lower surface of the base member defines an opening for receiving an upper portion of the article into the elongated shaft. A perimeter of the base member may be shaped to fit an opening of a container sized to receive a lower portion of the article.

Abstract: An integrated canning jar lid configured to cover a mouth of a canning jar includes a closure portion, a top portion, and a skirt. The closure portion, top portion, and skirt may be integrated into a single device. The size and shape of the skirt may enhance the aesthetic appeal of the integrated lid as well as the convenience and ease of use. Embodiments of the integrated canning jar lid have a decorative element on the top thereof to further increase the aesthetic value of the lid and/or increase the convenience and ease of use.

Abstract: A system for preventing beverage spills from disposable cup lids. More particularly this invention comprises a circumferentially ridged stopper adapted to fit within the non-circular sipping aperture of a disposable cup lid. Preferred embodiments of the system comprise indicia, packaging, and methods of use.

Abstract: A novelty item comprises a drinking cup having a sidewall formed with a groove extending about its perimeter. A jewelry item, preferably constituting a necklace, bracelet or the like, is formed with an elastic loop and a plurality of elongated jeweled dangles each having one end fixed to the loop, at spaced points, and the other end free. The loop is dimensioned so that its unstretched length is less than the perimeter of the sidewall of the cup so that the loop may be stretched to fit over the sidewall of the cup and into the groove to retain the jewelry on the exterior of the sidewall.

Abstract: This application is for a device and article of manufacture for the purpose of drinking, tasting, sampling, and nosing and evaluating alcohol beverages without alcohol nose burn and numbing; a procedure or method to manipulate said vapors for the same purpose; and a process to separate and dissipate ethanol vapors to accomplish the same purpose. Abstract: Systems and methods are described that facilitate generating a changing visual effect during opening and closing of a package for a product. The package includes first and second portions, each having thereon an polarized interference region with non-parallel planes of polarization. All or part of the second package portion is transparent to one polarization, permitting the polarized interference region on the first package portion to interact with a polarized interference region on the second package portion. The package portions are mated together (e.g., in a tube and sleeve arrangement or the like), such that the polarized regions are aligned and overlap each other when the package is closed, thereby permitting less light through due to the two overlapping planes of polarization. As the package is opened (or closed), the polarized regions move or slide past each other, creating the visual effect by changing the size and shape of the overlapping polarized region.

Abstract: A container particularly well suited to hold premoistened wipes is described. The container can be formed primarily from flat polymeric sheets. In one embodiment, for instance, the container can be formed and loaded with a stack of wipes all in a single process. Further, the flat polymeric sheets used to form the container can be printed with various graphics during formation of the container so as to apply any suitable graphics to the container. Through the process of the present disclosure, containers can be formed having a sleek and compact design.

Abstract: A fitted cover for vases and other containers comprised of an elastic sheet of material crafted into a tube. The ends may be left unfinished, finished by sewing or gluing, or heat-treated to reduce fraying. The material may be of any color, pattern, texture or fiber. Abstract: Covers for containers and specifically, beverage containers are disclosed herein. According to one embodiment of the invention, a cover has a breathable membrane and a peripheral rim. The membrane is substantially planar in shape and has a length and width to substantially cover a top opening of a beverage container. A plurality of orifices extend through a top surface toward and through a bottom surface of the breathable membrane, and are sized and shaped to allow air to pass therethrough, but are sufficiently small to prevent external contaminants such as leaves and insects, for example, from passing through the membrane. The peripheral rim is sized and shaped to receive an upper portion of a rim of the container, and be releasably attached thereto. Thus, the cover provides means for enjoying beverages such as wines requiring breathing prior to consummation, carbonated drinks, and other beverage, in the outdoors.

The container has a plane bottom surface, a substantially planar side wall surface which is formed to define a bottle, squeeze-tube, or jar, and a plane top surface of an upper lid. The reflective surface is secured firmly in place with an adhesive material which connects one side of the reflective surface to the plane top surface, the plane surface, or the planar side wall surface of the container. The reflective surface may be secured in place with a water resistant adhesive which attaches one side of the reflective surface to a plane surface of the container.

Abstract: A safety cap for a dispenser shaped to prevent choking thereof, particularly in small children. Specifically, the cap includes a lid portion including an attachment portion for securing the cap to the dispenser, and a flange portion extending radially from a lower portion of the lid portion to prevent the cap from becoming a choking hazard when removed from the dispenser. The flange portion is also shaped to complement a corresponding portion of the dispenser. Preferably, the flange portion is shaped to extend from the lid portion of the cap at an obtuse angle therefrom wherein the dispenser includes an upper surface which is also at the same angle. The safety cap of the present invention may also include a rotational assistance member which is attachable to the lid portion of the cap for frictionally engaging the flange portion.
