Abstract: A flatware basket for use in a modular basket assembly in a dishwasher includes a bottom wall bounded by upstanding, spaced apart side walls joined by end walls. A first upstanding cross wall joins the side walls midway between the end walls and includes horizontal openings. A handle includes alternating, depending fingers with inwardly facing ribs. The handle is mounted on the cross wall with the fingers overlapping the cross wall and the ribs received in the cross wall openings. A cover mounted on the handle moves between a vertical position and horizontal positions on either side of the handle. Another cross wall supports the cover in one of its horizontal positions and ribs support the handle in its other horizontal position.

Abstract: A pill dispenser includes at least one closeable chamber for storing pills therein, and threads for attaching the pill dispenser to the opening of a drinking fluid container such that the dispenser serves as a cap for the container.

Abstract: An assembly is provided for housing multiple waste receptacles. The assembly includes a generally hollow enclosure that has a floor portion, a pair of spaced apart side portions attached to and extending upwardly from the floor portion, a rearward portion interconnecting the side portions and an opening into the interior of the enclosure, which opening extends between the floor portion and an upper edge region of the rearward portion and further extends between the side portions. A door is hingedly connected to at least one of the upper edge region of the rearward portion and side portions. The door is selectively raised to expose the opening, whereby waste receptacles may be introduced into and removed from the enclosure, and lowered to generally close the opening. The door has a plurality of drop holes in communication with corresponding waste receptacles in the enclosure for receiving waste therethrough and directing the waste to the corresponding waste receptacles.

Abstract: A bill payment center container is provided with removable trays so that the items desired for paying bills can be located in a single convenient location. A cover with a slot is provided so that when a bill envelope passes through the slot it is received by one of the trays.

Abstract: An apparatus and method for providing heated hair rollers wherein the rollers are suspended vertically in a heating chamber of a housing, an amount of water is introduced into the chamber and heated to generate steam which surrounds the rollers and condenses thereon heating and moistening the rollers which may then be removed and applied to a person's hair. The rollers are suspended by a horizontal plate within the housing which defines a steam chamber between the plate and the bottom of the housing. The plate has a plurality of holes sized to allow passage of the rollers. Each hair roller has a head portion which is larger in diameter than the respective hole whereby the rollers are suspended from the plate within the steam chamber such that the head portion of each roller remains outside of the heating chamber to provide a relatively cool handle for easy manipulation of the heated and moistened rollers.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a basket assembly for an apparatus for cooking and dispensing hot food products. The assembly may be incorporated into a vending machine to prepare fast food products such as (fried) fish, french fried potatoes, potato chips, chicken fingers, pasta, etc. The assembly includes carrousel container means and cover means for covering the carrousel container means. The carrousel container means is provided with integral receptacle members for receiving (measured portions of a) food product; the carrousel container means can rotate with respect to the cover means in merry-go-round fashion about a vertical axis. The food product is held by the receptacle members and is progressively cooked in a hot liquid such as water or oil. Once food product is cooked, the assembly is raised and food product is discharged from a receptacle member through the upper opening of the receptacle member.

Abstract: A partitioned container includes a container cavity partitioned into a plurality of container cavities by means of intersecting partition walls within the container. A container first lid is rotatably mounted relative to a container underlying second lid, with the first lid having a first lid aperture selectively aligned with one of a plurality of second lid apertures, with one of the second lid apertures aligned and positioned above each of the partition cavities within the container. A tubular drinking tube member is arranged for selective mounting to a side wall of the container.

Abstract: There is disclosed a child resistant medication container assemblage comprising a container base having a plurality of medication compartments formed therein to house unit doses of medication. The container base is provided with means to receive a slidably removable lid, means to prevent the lid from being returned to its normally closed position until a unit dose of medication has been removed and means coacting with catch means in the lid to resist efforts of children to access the medication.

Abstract: A holder has two main walls, a plurality of transverse walls, and an internal partition extending parallel to the two main walls to divide the holder into two compartments. At one side the holder has a first opening, which gives access to the first compartment, and a second opening, which gives access to the second compartment. The holder further comprises a cover arrangement with a first cover, which in the closed position closes the first opening, and a second cover, which in a closed position closes the second opening and extends both over the first opening and the second opening. The first cover is connected to the partition via a first hinge and the second cover is connected to the first cover via a second hinge.

Abstract: Disclosed is a bank for coins comprising a container having an open top and interior. A cover is rotatably associated with the container top. A plurality of dividers are connected to a support column. The column and dividers are insertable as a unit within the container to divide the interior of the container into a plurality of chambers. The column has an upper end bore and a lower end bore and a collar is associated with the container interior. The column lower end bore and collar are dimensioned to provide an axial interference fit therebetween. There is a pin with a shank end, the shank end and the column upper end bore being dimensioned to provide an axial interference fit therebetween. The cover is rotatable about the pin and is retained in associated with the container by the pin. The pin shank end and the column upper end bore cooperate in such fashion as to limit the interference fit therebetween and to enhance securement of the interference fit between the column lower end bore and the collar.

The container comprises a plurality of compact multiple sized compartments extending over and under one another. The compartments each have a respective cover member that only reveals the contents of one particular compartment. The container is designed with rounded edges both inside and outside the compartments to protect the contents and the container.

Abstract: A recycling trash box for holding different types of trash in separate compartments which comprises a box having a bottom wall, four side walls extending upwardly from the bottom wall, and a top wall positioned above the side walls, the box having an upright center dividing wall attached to and extending between two opposite side walls to form two compartments in the box, and the top wall having openings formed therein to permit trash to be inserted into each of the two compartments.A plastic disc is rotatably mounted to the top wall for opening and closing the box, and it has an opening near its rim. The box is opened by rotating the disc until the disc opening is aligned with an opening in the top wall of the box, and the box is closed by rotating the disc until the disc opening is not alinged with an opening in the top wall.
