Abstract: A device for storing and dispensing both medication and liquid to take with such medication includes a flask which is such size as to permit storage of a sufficient amount of liquid to facilitate taking of at least one oral dose of medication. The flask is adapted for selective passage therethrough of a fluid substance and shaped for convenient comfortable long term carriage on the user's person. A medication container is fixed within the flask in such manner as to open outwardly therethrough and is provided with a selectively openable resealable lid. An adaptation for liquid dispensing is formed in the flask by which to provide access to liquid stored therein by the user when taking a dosage of medication which has been stored within the medication container. The liquid dispensing adaptation has a selectively openable resealable lid to prevent inadvertent spillage of liquid stored within the flask.

Abstract: A paper plate (1) is provided which is pressure formed from a substantially rectangularly contoured paper board blank having corner sections. The corner sections include a plurality of fanned indentations (2) with the paper board blank being fabricated into the paper plate (1) through pressure formation. The fanned indentations (2) form corner creases after the paper plate (1) is pressure formed. Additionally, the pressure plate (1) defines rib members (5) which divide the paper plate (1) into individual compartments. A plurality of crescent contoured indentations (3) are provided on the paper board blank with the crescent contoured indentations (3) forming a stiffening fold member (6) which lies adjacent to and spans a top surface of a respective pressure formed rib member (5) to provide a double layer of paper board adjacent the respective rib member (5) for resisting deformation of the paper plate (1) when loads are applied.

Abstract: A multi-compartment trash container that comprises two main components. An inner core consists of a circular bottom plate with a convex surface sloped downward toward the perimeter of the container and several vertical baffles connected to a common vertical shaft extending upward from the center of the bottom plate, so that wedge-like sections with slanted bottoms are formed around the vertical axis of the container. An outer cover consists of a conforming bottomless cylindrical structure having a top end with openings corresponding to the sections in the inner core and a collar at the center for slidably engaging the top of the vertical shaft in the inner core. Thus, the outer cover is slidably mounted on the inner core to form a container with multiple enclosed compartments and a spring-loaded push-plate is provided at the top of the shaft to push the inner core downward with respect to the outer cover.

Abstract: A receptacle for containing preferably medical instruments and/or parts thereof is disclosed. The receptacle is for storage, disinfection or sterilization of such instruments or parts, and comprises a first trough for receiving a second trough. The troughs when nested one within the other can be closed by a detachable lid and thus combined to form a single container. The instruments are laid on flexible spiked mats which rest on point or line supports on the bottoms of the troughs and on the underside of the lid, to which mats are releasably attached.

Abstract: An add-on compartment for a trash receptacle includes a open topped material receiving compartment having spaced apart front and back panels protruding transversely outwardly from one side of the compartment for receiving a trash receptacle between them. The panels extend outwardly sufficiently to overlie the walls of the trash receptacles so that the combination compartment and receptacle give the appearance of a unitary structure. A trash bag retaining lip is formed on the upper edge of the compartment and a depending skirt may be provided to cover at least the front wall and outer most side wall of the compartment to provide a smooth continuous appearance with the front panel and a trash receptacle to be received between the panels.

Abstract: The memento box includes a box-like structure having a floor, opposing sidewalls, and a lid hinged to one of the sidewalls. The lid covers the top of the box and defines a closed interior space within the box. A latch or releasable means is provided to keep the lid in a closed position on the box. A plurality of removable and changeable interfitting partitions form a matrix that is sized to fit within the interior space. The height of the partitions and, hence, the matrix is such that when the partitions are placed in the interior space, a book can be stored in the memento box and the interspace within the box above the partitions is at least one-half inch thick to accommodate the book. In addition, the memento box includes a pocket for retaining flat sheet mementos such as photographs. Preferably, the pocket includes a transparent cover. The pocket is attached to the inboard side of the lid.

Abstract: A cleaning center for use in a home, motor vehicle or the like. The cleaning center is constructed with one or more outer caddy units which may be locked together and covered and locked with a lid. The caddy units are designed to store cleaning supplies and to prevent access to the supplies by small children. Each caddy unit has an internal cleaning device positioned in the center thereof with the home caddy having a vacuum cleaner unit and the auto caddy having a pail. The caddies as well as the internal cleaning devices are interchangeable and can be used separately and in various combinations.

Abstract: A food supporting element is used to support food, such as dip, in position near the open mouth of a food container to be easily accessible for serving. The supporting element includes a bowl that is spaced from the container, and is mounted on the container near the cover for that container. When the cover is closed, the container is inverted so food product moves past the food supporting bowl, and is then re-inverted to an upright orientation so food is supported on the bowl. The container is then opened and the food supported on the bowl is in position for serving.

Abstract: A segregated trash receptacle which employs a multi-position divider. Also disclosed in combination with the securing member for an upper portion of the divider is a plurality of upwardly extending fingers for securably engaging a flexible bag. A shaped hook member is also taught which includes a securing portion and bag receiving portion. The invention may be fashioned using a container or be produced in a kit form for attachment to existing containers.

Abstract: An expansible garbage can, which comprises a main case having two side frames expansibly connected thereto at its front and rear sides. It can be flexibly arranged either in a single-bin status with the rear side frame and the main case received inside the front side frame, or in a double-bin status with the main case received inside the rear side frame, or in a triple-bin status with the main case, the rear side frame and the front side frame in an extended condition.
