Abstract: A micro puree machine has a drive motor positioned within a lower portion of a housing extending along a vertical axis. A mixing shaft positioned within an upper portion of the housing extends at a non-parallel angle relative to the vertical axis. The bowl of ingredients is installed to an angled surface of the upper portion of the housing along the mixing shaft axis, allowing for easier viewing of the bowl installation.

Abstract: Micro puree machines have a locking assembly for locking a container to a coupling on the machine, preventing the container from rotating out of the coupling during processing. The locking assembly includes at least one protrusion on the container configured to slidably engage a slot on an interior surface of the coupling when the container is rotated in a clockwise direction. The coupling has a clip that is moveable from a first position, in which the clip prevents rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction, to a second position, in which the clip allows rotation of the container in the counterclockwise direction. The clip is spring biased toward the second position. Pressing a button on the coupling moves the clip from the first to the second position.

Abstract: A stand for a vivarium has a side wall with a cutout and at least one first magnet closure element arranged adjacent to the cutout. At least one cover is provided that is to be inserted into the cutout and at least partially covers the cutout in an installed position of the at least one cover in the cutout. The at least one cover has at least one second magnet closure element that in the installed position is arranged so as to correspond with the at least one first magnet closure element so that the at least one cover is secured in the cutout exclusively by magnetic forces interacting between the at least one first magnet closure element and the at least one second magnet closure element in the installed position.

Abstract: A mobile proppant delivery system may include a system for unloading proppant transport trailers, storing proppant in silos, and feeding proppant to frac operations. The system may include drive-over conveyors, swiveling distribution heads, internal silo bucket elevators, gravity feed, choke filling, and bases designed with internal conveying systems.

Abstract: A spill-resistant water pipe, water pipe base, and water pipe assembly for filtering smoldering herbal materials. There is a fluid vessel having a bottom surface, a smoking bowl coupled to the fluid vessel, a neck with a mouthpiece coupled to the fluid vessel, and a base removably coupled to the bottom of the fluid vessel. The base has a rounded/convex bottom with a weight greater than a combined weight of the fluid, the fluid vessel, the smoking bowl, and the neck. There is also an annular bumper member (disc) circumscribing the base and extending laterally outward therefrom, with an exterior wall extending upwardly from a lateral edge of the annular bumper member and a container disposed thereon. There is a power module that powers one or more of: speakers, wireless signal transponders, scent dispensers, clocks, light emitters, light sensors, and position sensors.

Abstract: The discrete plunger holder is a container. The discrete plunger holder comprises a pedestal structure, a containment structure, and a plunger. The containment structure forms a protected space used to store the plunger. The pedestal structure forms a framework that elevates the containment structure above a supporting surface. The pedestal structure transfers the loads of the containment structure and the plunger to the supporting surface.

Abstract: An ergonomic mud pan having a base connected to upstanding sidewalls defining an interior volume, wherein the sidewalls extend from the base in an angular fashion forming a slightly flared open upper. The sidewalls include a first pair of sidewalls and a second pair of sidewalls, wherein the second pair of sidewalls provide a trapezoid shape in order to readily enable the user to place a drywall knife in the interior volume of the device in order to remove drywall mud therefrom. An ergonomic handle is provided that is disposed on one of the first pair of sidewalls, wherein the handle is concave in structure. The user can place one's palm against the exterior surface of the sidewalls, wherein the fingers rest against the base such that pressure is alleviated against the back of the user's hand to enable prolonged holding of the mud pan during completion of a task.

Abstract: A one-piece molded basket with a bottom defining an outer periphery and an inner section that defines a number of openings and is interior to, and at least substantially surrounded by, the outer periphery. The outer periphery is constructed and arranged to rest on a relatively flat surface and some or all of the inner section is located above the bottom of the outer periphery such that the inner section is above the flat surface when the outer periphery is on the flat surface. There are one or more indented vent channels that extend through the outer periphery and lead to the inner section, to allow air to pass through the outer periphery, a top rim, and a sidewall contiguous with and extending between the bottom and the top rim.

Abstract: Described herein is a skid for transporting and storing pallets. The pallets may be loaded with any cargo but in one example are loaded with drilling mud or its components. The skid comprises a base, and a container on the base defining a plurality of compartments each sized to hold a loaded pallet. The container comprises a floor, interior side walls, and exterior side walls, which together define the compartments. The exterior side walls are situated at the periphery of the skid, and each of the exterior side walls is removable to permit a compartment to be accessed, and a pallet to be easily loaded or unloaded from the periphery of the skid. Pallets may be individually accessed from the outside of the skid, and may be removed from the skid by workers using available equipment, with no need to climb, mount, or enter the skid.

Abstract: A bucket stabilizer including a disk-shaped base with an annular wall having a top perimeter, an inner surface, an outer surface, and a lower perimeter continuously disposed on the base. A plurality of securement tines are disposed on the inner surface proximal the top perimeter and are configured to removable secure a bottom portion of a five gallon mixer bucket. Right angled brackets configured to support the mixer bucket are disposed on the inner surface. A hemispherical opening configured to receive a user's foot to stabilize the device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a rotatable mud pan and knife organizer. The mud pan includes a trough and a wrist strap disposed a bottom side of the trough. The wrist strap is configured to enable the trough to provide rotation of the trough while holding the wrist strap. Advantageously, the rotatable trough allows a worker to more efficiently utilize the mud pan while applying a compound. Additionally, the wrist strap can include a hook for storing a blade not in use.

The beverage container has a container body having a side wall member and a bottom member, and a liquid retaining cavity therebetween. The container body has a first mating member adjacent a bottom of the container body. The two-part base comprises an inner member partially surrounded by an outer member, and wherein the inner member is preferably made of a rigid material and wherein the outer member is preferably made of a thermoplastic elastomer. The two-part base has a second mating member, whereby the two-part base is connected to the container body adjacent the bottom of the container body via a mating connection between the first mating member and the second mating member. Portions of the two-part base contact the bottom member of the container body to define seal areas that create a substantially fluid-tight seal between the base and the container body, thereby allowing the beverage container to be top-shelf dishwasher safe.

Abstract: A molded bottle for liquids is disclosed. In a particular embodiment, the bottle includes a hollow body portion adapted to store liquids therein, with an opening on a top of the body portion to access an interior of the bottle. In addition, the bottle includes a sidewall that extends outward around a bottom periphery of the body portion, where the bottle is supported by an edge of the sidewall when the bottle is placed on a planar surface. The sidewall is configured to flex when the bottle is pressed down onto the planar surface to form a vacuum between the body portion and the planar surface to prevent the bottle from moving.

A front cut-out is defined along the front which is well-suited to allow the tray to be secured to a workbench by way of workbench swivel pegs. Slots are defined within the underside traveling an entire width of the tray body. A stair adaptor is adapted to engage the slots. As a result, upon placement of the tray body on an upper step of a stairway the stair adaptor levels the tray while the base of the stair adaptor rests on an adjacent lower step.

Abstract: A container adapted to be lifted by a forklift having a pair of prongs, including a receptacle having a floor, a front wall, a rear wall, and a pair of opposed sidewalls, wherein a front edge, a rear edge and side edges of the floor define a perimeter of the floor. A plurality of bolsters is attached to the floor such that each bolster is within the perimeter, each bolster including a lower panel and a pair of sidewalls extending upwardly to the floor and forming a first entry window configured to slidably receive one of the prongs of the forklift. The container and base cup are fitted together by a mechanical engagement having portions on the container and base cup. The mechanical engagement of the container is disposed within the bottom cone of the container. The mechanical engagement of the base cup is cantilevered from the bottom of the base cup. Such disposition reduces stress at the interface between the side wall of the container and edge of the base, providing for a smoother transition and better appearance. Also, this disposition provides resistance to separation of the container and base cup during drop impact. The bottom of the container may be curved and have a well therein for receiving the contents of the container and a dip tube.

Abstract: An egg caddy system for holding eggs in an immobilized position featuring a base with a plurality of egg protrusions disposed in the top surface. The egg protrusions may be arranged in a linear fashion or in parallel sections or groups. A flange extends downwardly and perpendicularly from the bottom surface of the base and forms a T-shaped cross-section. The flange can be inserted between two surfaces such as countertops, sinks, and stoves.

Abstract: An apparatus for production testing. According to one aspect, the apparatus is modular and suitable for transport and assembly in the field. The apparatus comprises a platform and one or more pressure vessels. The platform includes a mounting bracket for the pressure vessel and the mounting bracket includes a guide mechanism. The guide mechanism allows the pressure vessel to be lowered into the mounting bracket and coupled to the platform for example using a load sling on a helicopter. According to another aspect, the pressure vessels comprise spherical containers and the spherical containers are configured to be heliportable to a field site.

Abstract: A waste container provides at least one protrusion spaced below a lip extending radially outwardly from an upper edge of the waste container. The at least one protrusion is spaced below the lip to permit a gripper from an automatic lifter to grasp the waste container between the at least one protrusion and the upper lip. The at least one protrusion may be a plurality of triangular shaped bosses formed midway between the upper edge and lower edge of the waste container. Alternatively, the at least one protrusion may be a base portion which extends radially outwardly at a lower edge of the waste container. The at least one protrusion prevents the waste container from slipping completely through the grippers while the waste container is inverted while emptying the contents into a truck.

The outer framework is spaced along an outer perimeter of the bin and the inner framework includes a plurality of upper angled supports comprising an upper end and optionally a plurality of lower angled supports comprising a lower end.

Abstract: The present invention is directed a beverage container having a two-part base. The beverage container has a container body having a side wall member and a bottom member, and a liquid retaining cavity therebetween. The container body has a first mating member adjacent a bottom of the container body. The two-part base comprises an inner member partially surrounded by an outer member, and wherein the inner member is preferably made of a rigid material and wherein the outer member is preferably made of a thermoplastic elastomer. The two-part base has a second mating member, whereby the two-part base is connected to the container body adjacent the bottom of the container body via a mating connection between the first mating member and the second mating member. The hopper also includes a lower portion defining a lower portion of the interior and being positioned below the upper portion. The upper portion may be separable from the lower portion such that the upper portion is removable from the lower portion. The system also includes an adaptable base supporting the hopper, with the hopper being mounted on the adaptable base. The base comprises a support frame mounted on the hopper and extending downwardly from the hopper, with the support frame forming a perimeter about the lower portion of the hopper.

Abstract: An improved pet food bowl for resisting the infestation of crawling insects such as ants having a modular stand with a leg member supporting an inverted cup element, the two components being removable and replaceable, that cooperate to support a food bowl. The improved pet food bowl incorporates a repellant material and specially designed stem that prevents ants from ascending the stand to the bowl.

Abstract: A drinking container for decanting, filtering, mixing and/or aerating a beverage. The drinking container comprises a bowl having an upper opening and an aerating cell having a wall, an upper opening along the top of the cell and a plurality of openings or perforations through the wall. Abstract: A safe device for a squeezable container includes a protective cover, a body, and a bottom cap. The protective cover includes an idle cap, an inner cap, and a mouthpiece. The idle cap is rotatably mounted around the inner cap. The body includes a compartment for receiving a squeezable container. A plurality of non-return blocks are formed on an outer periphery defining an upper opening of the body and meshable with non-return blocks on the mouthpiece to prevent the mouthpiece from disengaging from the container. The bottom cap is engaged in and seals a lower opening of the body. A rotational force applied to the idle cap can only be transmitted to the inner cap when a force greater than a predetermined magnitude is applied to move the idle cap downward to tightly engage with the outer periphery of the inner cap.
