Abstract: Unitary blank for forming a cup sleeve is provided having a central body portion, a first side body portion, and a second side body portion, a central flap extending from the central body portion, a first flap extending from the first side body portion, the first flap including a first tab, and a second flap extending from the second side body portion, the second flap including a second tab. In addition, at least a selected surface area of the blank has a pattern of raised features. Raised pattern areas of inner fold-over flaps can overlay corresponding raised pattern areas of sleeve outer body panels thereby increasing a size or volume of air gap pockets created between inner flaps and outer body panels. A multi-layer cup sleeve and a method for forming a cup sleeve are also provided.

Abstract: This device is a flexible insulated beverage holder with a rigid arcuate plate and a rigid handle attached. This device allows a user to hold only the handle and insert a beverage container into the insulated beverage holder. This is achievable because the attached plate forces the insulated beverage holder to provide an expanded opening at its top. As the beverage is inserted into the opening created by the plate the user need only grip the handle as the beverage container is pushed to the bottom of the insulated beverage holder. This device provides the benefits of grasping a sturdy handle, while also providing significant portability with the flexible insulated beverage holder.

Abstract: The present invention provides a container comprising a cup; a protective member attached to a side wall of the cup, the protective member including: an outer side wall portion; an inner side wall portion contacting the side wall of the cup; a bottom end portion connecting between a bottom end of the outer side wall portion and a bottom end of the inner side wall portion; and a top end portion connecting between a top end of the outer side wall portion and a top end of the inner side wall portion, the top end portion having at least one hole; and an air gap formed between a side wall of the cup and the protective member, wherein the at least hole allows air to flow between the air gap and outside.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a paper cup provided with a heat conduction prevention plate. The paper cup is provided integrally with a heat conduction prevention plate by being attached to the paper cup, and thus it is not necessary for a user to frequently insert a separate heat conduction prevention plate into the paper cup when drinking a drink. Also, a certain space is formed between the integrated heat conduction prevention plate and the paper cup body, thereby effectively performing a heat conduction blocking function. Moreover, since the heat conduction prevention plate is provided in an area that can be held by a finger, it is possible to be manufactured at a low manufacturing cost, and the paper cup widens toward the top, so that the paper cup slips less from fingers.

Abstract: A holder for a single-serving condiment packet that allows an opened packet to maintain an upright position without spilling its inner contents and also without having the opening of the open packet touch any part of the holder. The single-serving condiment packet holder has a thin three-dimensional cavity which is defined by one or more internal sidewalls. The holder may also have sidewalls, a base side, and a top side that is any geometric shape. A clip may be used to suspend the holder.

Abstract: A liquid holding having a generally “U” shaped vertical frame with a first vertical arm having an outwardly extending first retaining fastener and a second vertical arm with an outwardly extending second retaining fastener. An upper ring is affixed to an upper portion of the first vertical arm and to an upper portion of the second vertical arm. The vertical frame is configured such that the first retaining fastener and the second retainer fastener fit into grip adjustment holes of a crutch. The vertical frame is further configured to retain a liquid container between the first vertical arm and the second vertical arm.

Abstract: A beverage container holder with air gap insulation that can be formed from a single sheet of material, can be formed with one single die cutting stroke, and does not involve glue or any other materials to retain the sections together as the sections are automatically retained together and formed into a round retaining member by the simple action of rotating the central sections approximately 90 degrees.

Abstract: A removable conformal liner for a beverage container is described. When the liner is inserted into an internal cavity of a beverage container, the body of the liner substantially conforms to the interior cavity. The container liner is adapted to provide snug cuffing over the lip portion of the beverage container. In one embodiment a container liner is configured for heat shrink cuffing. In another embodiment a container liner is configured for stretch cuffing. A system for manual, mechanized and a combination of mechanized and manual installation of the removable conformal liner is disclosed.

Abstract: A cup sleeve includes two opposing side walls, two opposing support brackets, and two opposing handles. The two opposing side walls are formed by folding a sheet of cardboard in half and joining two lateral edges of the sheet of cardboard, so that a beverage container can be placed between the side walls. The two opposing support brackets are respectively formed at the side walls. The two support brackets can be folded upwardly about their bottoms to extend above the top edges of the side walls. The two opposing handles are respectively formed at the two support brackets. The two handles can be folded outwardly about their bottoms to facilitate a user in taking the cup sleeve together with the beverage container. Moreover, the cup sleeve can provide the function of thermal insulation and heat preservation.

Abstract: A foldable air insulating sleeve for insulating beverage and food containers is herein provided. More particularly, the foldable air insulating sleeve secures a cup in a manner that leaves a pocket of air surrounding the cup. This provides for improved temperature regulation and sufficient thermal insulation to assist the user in firmly grasping and handling the cup despite excess heat or condensation caused by the temperature of the cup's contents. Because the bases of most disposable cups are narrower than their respective rims, more air and thus greater insulation is found towards the bottom of cups secured by foldable air insulating sleeves. The wider base also gives such cups more stability. Support rings may be placed medially in on the inside of the sleeve to strengthen the sleeve and prevent it from collapsing when held by a user. The sleeve may also be short so as to insulate a medial portion of a cup.

Abstract: Disclosed is a design for a combination cup and base structure, including cooperating structural features such that the cup snaps into the base structure. Disclosed are embodiments for a combination cup and lid which include features such that the lid may act as a lid, a coaster, and a stable supporting base for the beverage cup in different configurations, including a single or multi-beverage tray, or stacked beverages. In a disclosed combination design cup and base, the cup includes an annular bead on a protruding edge of the bottom of the cup. The base design includes an inner annular protrusion sized to guide the annular bead on the bottom of the cup into an annular grove on the top inside surface protrusion. The annular groove is sized to fit the bead firmly, forming a stabilizing structure for the beverage cup.

Abstract: A folding support device and methods for constructing and using the same are provided by the present invention. A foldable support member contains a series of hinge sections and support and stress limiting members. Construction is provided enabling the device to safely collapse and stow while traveling, but to unfold and provide a gripping tension on both a support member and a support device in a reliable manner. Force analysis is provided securing the item in an upright way via a force transfer generated by the supported weight itself.

Abstract: A disposable cup holder comprising: a curved top, where the curved top includes an underside; a body portion extending downward from the curved top; and a lip extending inward from the body portion. In one particular embodiment, the body potion may include a curved surface. The curved top may also include a series of reinforced ridges along a top surface of the curved top. A sleeve may extend around the body portion and a coffee cup during use.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a heat-isolating cup sleeve, which comprises a main body and at least one fixer disposed on the main body and able to be folded inwards to insert between a cup and the cup sleeve. The present invention employs a die-cutting part and folds inwards the die-cutting part to form the fixer similar to a wedge, so as to increase inner tensile forces of the cup sleeve sleeving a cup so that the cup sleeve is in a tensioning state and closely attaches with the cup. Therefore, the cup sleeve is difficult to slide from the cup. When the beverage is cooled, the cup sleeve is conveniently taken down from the cup, and is simple and environmental.

Abstract: A portable cup holder includes: a cup-holding unit including a first cup-embracing wall that is formed with two first wall holes and a second cup-embracing wall that is formed with two second wall holes aligned with the first wall holes; and a handle string unit including first and second string parts, each of which extends from outside of the cup-holding space through one of the first wall holes into the cup-holding space and then through one of the second wall holes to the outside of the cup-holding space and then extends therefrom through the other of the second wall holes into the cup-holding space and then through the other of the first wall holes to the outside of the cup-holding space. Each of the first and second string parts is shiftable along a transverse direction.

Abstract: A foldable container module includes a body and a foldable container. The body has a sidewall and a room. The foldable container has a panel, multiple folding line sets formed on the panel, and a joint. The foldable container can be transformed by folding along the multiple folding line sets. The joint connects to the sidewall of the body. The foldable container module can be held in one hand by a user, and the other hand of the user can swing freely or take the solid food from the foldable container, such that the user can also suck the liquid from the body by the straw at the same time. Moreover, when the foldable container module is to be stored, the user can fold the foldable container along the multiple folding line sets to reduce a volume of the foldable container.

Abstract: Described herein is a coffee cup plug that includes a combination cup/container sleeve and plug assembly. The coffee cup plug includes a sleeve for disposable beverage containers as well as a detachable plug. The plug includes a fold line such that when the plug is detached from the sleeve and folded the folded plug is configured to be inserted into a dispensing aperture formed in the lid of the cup/container. Abstract: A cup holder sleeve comprising a substantially flat continuous elongated band forming a hollow tube. The band comprises a top edge in an arcuate form and a bottom edge in an arcuate form. Each band edge being concentric with and parallel to each other. The tube having a circumference and at least one moveable tab located on the top edge of the band. The band further comprises a top part and a bottom part. The bottom part comprises an arcuate form having a crown. The band lies in a first plane and the tab lies in a second plane. The tab further comprises hinge means on the bottom part for facilitating the movement of the tab between a first position and a second position. The first plane is coplanar with the second plane when the tab is in the first position and the first plane is non-coplanar with the second plane when the tab is in the second position.

Abstract: A sleeve containing an insert forming a cup holder is described. The inserts are placed in the sleeve. The sleeve is customizable by varying the color, writing and bar coding. The individual business may also display their logo on the sleeve or insert. These cup holders are personal to the user and can be repeatedly used. This enables the individual business to save money. The sleeve and insert as cup holder can be made up of recyclable material. The user may use a device implanted on or in a sleeve to pay and/or order the product using the sleeve.

Abstract: A sleeve for use with hot or cold beverage cups. The sleeve is composed of three layers. The inner layer or lining is water-absorbent. This prevents condensation from dripping onto the table. The outer layer is made of a non-woven synthetic fabric for purposes of keeping the hand dry. The inner and outer layers are adhered together with a polyethylene film, which is not visible after fabrication. The two ends of the sleeve may be glued or hot-melted together. The sleeve is extremely lightweight, thin, inexpensive, and disposable.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a device for holding a container having a base and a wall extending up and in from the base. The base rings the bottom of the wall such that a cavity is formed into which a container is placed. In at least one embodiment, the base includes a trough and in other embodiments the base is an annular member without a trough. In at least one embodiment, the wall of the device includes a conical portion extending from the base up to a cylindrical portion that fits around the container.

The subject designs find use in various situations in which a user desires to hold a plate and a drinking cup simultaneously. Abstract: A cup holder for a shopping cart includes a container ring and a securing mechanism. The container ring is configured to removably hold a beverage container while the securing mechanism is configured for removably securing the container ring relative to a shopping cart. The securing mechanism includes a first portion configured for slidable mounting in a first direction onto a top edge of a wall of a basket of the shopping cart. A second portion of the securing mechanism is configured for slidable insertion, in a second direction generally perpendicular to the first direction, into a hole in the basket of the shopping cart.

Abstract: An insulating sleeve comprising a flat, elongated blank with straight top and bottom edges and end edges which are joined together at a glue flap. The sleeve includes a plurality of circumferentially spaced apart rows of generally longitudinally orientated and off-set slits. The rows of slits (5 to 10) are generally placed adjacent the glue flap and cover only a portion of the sleeve. Preferably at least one of the even or odd numbered slits extend to the top or bottom edge of the sleeve. In use, the sleeve is placed over the frustoconically shaped side wall of the cup which causes the sleeve to expand circumferentially until the desired fit is obtained.

Abstract: A thermal protection sleeve for use in combination with hot drink cups comprising a flat embossed sleeve or band of compressed paper embossed with straight-sided geometric figures over much of the surface thereof. However, overlapping end surface areas are not embossed but are glued together with a suitable biodegradable adhesive. In addition, an unembossed logo blank is provided substantially in the center of the band.

Abstract: A keg cup holder has a plurality of cup holder openings, each encircling a recessed cup support, for securely holding cups in place on top of a beer keg. A through opening in the center is provided to allow the keg pump and dispenser tube/handle to extend vertically above the keg cup holder, so as to allow for its free operation. A side wall is sized to allow the keg cup holder to fit atop standard barrel kegs. Support members extend downward from the side wall to prevent the keg cup holder from shifting and to provide added stability. To facilitate portability, the keg cup holder is preferably constructed of an inexpensive and lightweight yet robust material. In one embodiment, it may be folded into a compact position for moving and storage. A handle may be attached to the center support member.

Abstract: A drink vessel holder holds a drink vessel on a target surface such as a plate of food and allows the user to hold both the plate and the drink vessel held thereon with the same hand in order to allow the other hand to be used for enjoyment of the products being held. The drink vessel holder has a body member with a convex upper surface that seats within a concave bottom surface of a drink vessel. A tab extends outwardly from the body member, the tab being used by the user to hold the drink vessel on the plate. The tab may have an arcuate channel that receives a portion of the bottom structural ring of the drink vessel or the structural ring may be depressed or slotted for passage of the tab therethrough.

The insulation sleeve includes a sleeve body having a hollow portion which is formed when a force is applied both corners of the folded sleeve body so as to accommodate and support the cup therein; and a pair of protrusions formed by a -shaped, ?-shaped, ?-shaped or L-shaped cut line provided on the sleeve body, and protruding from the sleeve body in an outward direction when the hollow portion is provided, so that the protrusions are caught by a an upper portion of a finger of a hand gripping the sleeve body.

Abstract: In one preferred embodiment, the invention is a cup holder sleeve comprising a quadrilateral planar sheet, defining a top and bottom concave edge parallel to each other, and a first and second edge at opposite ends of the sheet. The sheet is preferably air-laid non-woven cellulose, making it lightweight, biodegradable, heat transfer resistant, and cost-effective to transport.

The container sleeve defines an upper cross member with a first end connected to the first edge member and a second end connected to the second edge member, and a lower cross member with a first end connected to the first edge member and a second end connected to the second edge member. The container sleeve further defines a center cross member positioned between the upper cross member and the lower cross member. The center cross member includes a first end connected to the first edge member and a second end connected to the second edge member. A center region of the cross member is configured to be positioned away from a center region of the upper cross member and a center region of the lower cross member to enable the insertion of a container into an opening defined between the upper cross member, the lower cross member, and the center cross member.

Abstract: In one embodiment, the present disclosure includes a disposable cardboard juice box holder used for holding juice boxes and similar packaged liquid containers to prevent the spillage of the liquid contents of the juice box when opened and liquid contents are consumed. The juice box holder is collapsible into an essentially flat form and can be included with the drink boxes in an efficient manner. When ready to use, the user expands the holder into the intended shape and slides the juice box into the juice box holder. The somewhat rigid juice box holder surrounds the juice box on all sides, with at least the top open, making contact with at least two corners of the juice box.

Abstract: Several embodiments of a beverage carrier are disclosed. In one embodiment, four side walls and a bottom are joined together to form an open box-type structure. The open box-type structure comprises an opening sized and shaped to allow a disposable drink carrier to be placed inside. The beverage carrier additionally comprises an insert for placing and retrieving the disposable drink carrier inside the box-type structure, the insert comprising a frame for receiving the disposable drink carrier and placement handles connected to the frame for raising and lowering the disposable drink carrier into and out of the box-type structure. Further, the beverage carrier comprises means for removably securing the box-type structure to a portion of a vehicle interior.

Abstract: A collapsible beverage sleeve includes a single sheet of material having a bottom section defining a bottom of the beverage sleeve when the blank is folded into a use configuration; and a plurality of side sections defining sides of the beverage sleeve when the blank is a use configuration. The plurality of side sections are defined by one or more first fold lines extending therebetween and comprise: a first end side section; a second end side section; a plurality of standard length side sections, an extended length side section subdivided by second fold lines into a side portion, a hinge portion, and a bottom attachment portion; and a shortened length side section integrally connected by way of a third fold line with the bottom section. The second fold lines extend generally parallel to each other and extending orthogonally to the first fold lines.

Abstract: A disposable cup having an applied wrap or sleeve that at least partially covers the circumference and/or depth of the cup body. The disposable cup is made of typical cup making materials and the wrap is made from one of several materials, such as embossed paperboard, corrugated paper, plastic or foam. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wrap is attached to the cup at the time of the cup manufacture. The wrap has a shape that preferably partially covers the basic cup wall and is sufficient to provide thermal protection, and preferably, an attractive appearance.
