Abstract: A cup holder comprises a collar and a handle. The collar comprises a loop of flexible sheet material which extends, in use, around and engages the outer surface of a cup. The handle comprises an elongate strip of flexible sheet material whose ends are connected to the collar at positions which are in use, diametrically opposed. Each end portion of the handle has first and second preformed fold lines formed in it. The first fold line extends perpendicular to the length of the handle along the line where the handle meets the collar. The second fold line extends transversely across the handle at an angle of substantially 45° to its length from a first point where one side edge of the handle meets the collar to a second point spaced from the collar on the other side edge of the handle.

Abstract: The invention relates to a carry basket, preferably a cardboard carry basket, having a carry basin for receiving a product to be transported, and having a carry handle connected to the carry basin, wherein the carry handle is designed as a grip handle, wherein the carry handle is designed as a handle strap connected to at least two side walls of the carry basin and shortened by at least one fold prior to being used, and wherein the handle strap overlaps the products present in the carry basin and/or engages as a spacer between the products, and thereby secures the products during transport, for example.

Abstract: A portable case for a tablet includes a back and an opposed windowed front, opposed first and second ends, and opposed first and second sides which together define a receiving area for receiving and containing a tablet, as for carrying or safekeeping, so as to juxtapose the touchscreen with the windowed front to permit the viewing and the touching of the touchscreen in the operation of the tablet at the windowed front. The back is formed with a first length of elasticized material for suspending the portable case in a direction from the first end of the portable case, and a second length of elasticized material for suspending the portable case in a direction from the first side of the portable case.

Abstract: A hand-held vessel has a bottom wall, a sidewall and a supportive strap attached to the bottom wall and the sidewall. The bottom wall and sidewall have an inner and outer surface. The sidewall extends from the bottom wall, whereby the inner surfaces of the bottom wall and sidewall define a cavity for holding fluids or loose materials therein. The strap has a first end and a second end, whereby the first end is fixedly attached to the sidewall and the second end is selectively secured to the bottom wall. The strap is adaptable to accept a user's hand disposed between the strap and the outer surface of the sidewall. The strap urges the hand against the outer surface of the sidewall to secure the vessel to the hand and stabilize the vessel with respect to movement relative to the hand.

Abstract: A detachable handle for a child's sippy cup. The sippy cup includes a cup portion and a lid portion coupled to the cup portion. The lid portion includes a drinking spout having apertures. The detachable handle includes a ring portion that engages the lid and/or the cup portion, and a pair of grasping portions that extend axially and radially away from the ring portion. Hook portions are radially aligned with, and extend axially opposite the grasping portions, and are engageable with an upper surface of the lid portion. Moving the grasping portions radially inwardly causes the hook portions to move radially outwardly for disengagement from the upper surface and removal of the handle from the sippy cup.

Abstract: A container for holding and delivering liquids is disclosed. A method of making the same is disclosed. The container can have a molded container top, a molded container bottom, a flexible film reservoir, and a handle extending from the container top to the container bottom. The reservoir can be laterally exposed around the entire circumference of the reservoir along a part of the longitudinal length of the reservoir. A thermally insulated reservoir system is disclosed. The reservoir system can have a bag having a multi-layered bag wall. The bag wall can have a first layer sealed to a second layer. The volume defined between the first layer and the second layer can be partially or completely filled with a fluid insulator, such as air or saline solution. The volume defined between the first layer and the second layer can also or alternately be partially or completely filled with a solid insulator, such as a matted fiber layer.

Abstract: A collapsible enclosure having two opposed side panels, opposed front and rear panels, a floor panel, and a top panel having an opening. The opposed side panels, opposed front and rear panels, and floor panel are connected to one another to form a substantially rectangular enclosure having an opening in the top panel for access to the structure. The side panels include a peripheral edging containing a looped frame. A method of collapsing the structure is also disclosed.

Abstract: An ice chest or portable cooler is disclosed which includes a unique construction which enables the cooler to maintain the contents therein at or below a desired temperature for an extended period of time. The top, walls, and bottom of the cooler utilize a shell which includes an inner and outer layer of a plastic and a relatively thick layer of an insulation material between the layers of plastic. The construction adds strength and rigidity to the cooler, while not increasing the weight as a result of the relatively light insulation material.

Abstract: A strap receivable water kettle cap includes a cap coupleable to a water kettle. The cap has a side wall forming an elongate slot and a bottom to which a rotary ring is mounted. The rotary ring has an upper portion forming a diameter reduced vertical wall. The vertical wall and the side wall of the cap form therebetween a receiving space for receiving strap in a winding fashion. The vertical wall forms an extension and retention section, and the strap extends through and is retained by the extension and retention section. The strap further extends through the slot of the side wall of the cap to have end extension sections of the strap projecting outside the cap. The tips of the end extension sections of the strap are processed to form a closed terminal. The strap can be selectively retracted back into the receiving space inside the cap.

Abstract: The handle end portions are attached to the tray by separate connectors. The tray has spaced openings to receive the connectors. Each connector has an anchor-shaped section which is received in a tray opening and a section which engages a handle end portion. The anchor-shaped section has arms which flex to permit the connector to be received in the tray opening and thereafter return to their extended position to cooperate with the tray to securely attach the connector to the tray and prevent free rotation of the connector. The handle engaging section includes a hook-shaped member which is received an opening in the handle end portion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a case for an electronic device that includes a retaining loop. The loop includes a first end, a second end, and a fastener. A recess on the interior of the case is adapted to house the fastener when the retaining loop is engaged therewith, while a pair of openings positioned over the recess allows the retaining loop to pass through. The loop is positioned so that a user can place a finger inside the loop, which in turn provides a secure grip on the case and electronic device. The fastener sits flush within the recess on the interior of the case, and can be used to detach the loop for replacement thereof as desired. The fastener and recess are positioned between the case and the phone, and includes a low profile design that prevents bulging in the case.

The latch arrangement, when in the latched position, is constructed and arranged to connect the first container portion to the second container portion. The latch arrangement is positioned and configured such that when it connects the first container portion to the second container portion, the first opening and the second opening face opposite directions.

In the second position, the latch member is engageable with a container portion of the other container to connect the containers. The latch member is pivotally movable in a clockwise and counterclockwise manner. The latch member can be pivoted upwards to the second position to engage the other container and the latch member can be pivoted downwards to the first position to engage the retaining member to inhibit movement of the latch member away from the first position.

Abstract: The bottle holder is formed of a synthetic fiber rope, allowing various portions of the rope to be fused together by heat or solvent. The ends of the rope are melted and pressed together to form a relatively large endless loop. The facing portions of this loop are then partially melted and pressed together to form a single fused handgrip portion having loops extending from opposite ends thereof. One loop is preferably larger than the other, the larger loop being adapted to fit around the base of a beverage bottle and the smaller loop being adapted to fit about the bottleneck. The fused central or handgrip portion of this structure is then helically wound with a smaller diameter cord to form a handgrip, the ends of the cord being captured by the juncture of one of the rope loops and by a bight in the cord.

Located at each end are respective outwardly-biased, inwardly-bendable clip arms that together establish a resilient clip for engaging a hub of a paint bucket. An alternate clip may be a single unitary arrow-shaped structure. Surrounding each clip is a respective raised hub cover with opposed chamfered sides configured for conveniently Fitting in a paint shaker machine. Wider portions of the body extend inwardly from each end and merge with a central narrower portion that has finger bumps formed on it for gripping. Owing to the small width of the central narrow portion, the handle is disposed very close to the paint bucket in a stowed position in which the handle is moved down against the bucket, to facilitate convenient close stowage of multiple buckets.

The container includes a flexible panels enclosing an interior of the container and forming a top segment, an opposite bottom segment, a front side segment, a rear side segment, and a pair of side segments bounding the interior. A rigid fitment provides an access opening through either the top segment or a front side segment. A flexible bottom handle structure surrounds a handle opening. It is defined by at least one of the flexible panels, the bottom handle structure being positioned along a center portion of the bottom segment between the front side and rear side segments. The bottom handle has a folded portion at the opening to provide a smooth gripping surface.

Abstract: A container lid retaining system includes a housing with a bottom wall and a perimeter wall attached to and extending upwardly from the bottom wall. The perimeter wall has an upper edge defining an opening extending into the housing. A cover is removably positioned on the perimeter wall to selectively close the opening. A flexible tether has a first end and a second end. The tether extends through the perimeter wall adjacent to the upper edge to position the first end within the housing. The tether extends through the cover to position the second end under the cover when the cover is positioned on the housing. A panel is attached to the first end to prevent the first end from is pulled through the perimeter wall. A stop is removably coupled to the tether adjacent to the second end to prevent the second end from being pulled through the cover.

Abstract: A one-piece handle with a strap, a pair of clip members and a gripping integrally formed to create the one-piece handle. The strap has a first end portion, a second end portion and a middle portion and each of the pair of clip members is formed on an end portion of the strap for attaching the handle to a container; and a gripping member formed in the middle portion of the strap. The gripping member has a closed side, an open side, and an interior portion with an exposed internal support structure. The internal support structure comprises at least one horizontal rib and at least one cross-sectional rib. The horizontal rib extends in a lengthwise direction while the cross-sectional rib is perpendicular to the horizontal rib and intersects the horizontal rib to create a plurality of hollow recesses in the interior portion of the gripping member.

Abstract: The present invention makes use of both the advantage of a traditional gift box and a traditional gift bag. By combining the structure of the traditional gift box with the handles of a traditional gift bag and inverting the normal structure of a gift box (having the top inside the bottom instead of top over bottom), the handled gift box, is a convenient choice for gift wrapping. A lower attenuated attachment leg is joined to the upper attachment stop and terminates in a lower attachment stop. Each handle receiver includes first and second resilient jaws that define a receiver mouth and a receiver central opening. The resilient jaws are movable between a minimum retaining position and a maximum receiving position to facilitate securement of an attachment portion to a handle receiver.

Abstract: A portable container with a sleeve and an adjustable handle. The adjustable handle allows the container apparatus to be removably attached to another object. In one preferred embodiment, the sleeve may be cylindrical in shape or shaped to hold a beverage vessel, such as a can, bottle, or cup. A sleeve made from an insulating material may be provided to maintain the temperature of the beverage in the vessel.

Abstract: Disclosed is a portable cooler device comprised of recyclable materials. Some embodiments of the device comprise components constructed entirely of, or substantially of, cellulose. Other embodiments may be comprised of recyclable materials not classified as cellulose such as, but not limited to, cotton, bamboo, hemp, or other natural fibers. The specific percentages of recycled and/or recyclable content are not limiting factors for the invention; however, most embodiments have consistent materials of construction such that the entire device may be recycled in a single recycling process without the need for deconstruction. Further, if not recycled, embodiments are operable to biodegrade within a reasonable amount of time when exposed to the elements in a landfill. Typical embodiments are comprised of an inner shell, an outer shell having an integrally hinged lid, and pressed cellulose insulating boards sandwiched between the shells.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for water storage and transport uses a container constructed from one of more flexible plastic sheets. A number of chambers for holding water are formed within the container. Each chamber is separated from an adjacent chamber by a web of the flexible plastic sheet. The web of the flexible plastic sheet is perforated to allow adjacent chambers to be separated from one another. In use, the water in the chambers may be liquid or frozen.

Abstract: A one piece adjustable strap-lock assembly (which we will call “Strap-Lock” hereinafter) for securing the lid of a container such as garbage bin with a minimum of two side handles to the base container in a closed position. The lid of the container may be fully detachable or hinged on one side of the container and covers the top opening of the base container. The purpose of the invention is to provide an assembly to prevent opening or separating the lid altogether from the base container by wind, or by domestic or wild animals such as dogs, raccoons, bears etc., until the Strap-Lock is manually disengaged. The length of the assembly is adjustable so that it can be used for household containers/garbage bins of most sizes available in the marketplace.

Abstract: A handle assembly facilitates the removal of a sterile inner tray containing sterile medical instruments from a medical kit during an OR procedure. The handle assembly may have a handle coupled with an elongated member having a male end and a female end. The inner tray may be wrapped in medical packaging. Subsequently, the elongated member may be wrapped around the inner tray and the male and female ends interconnected. The inner tray may be positioned inside of an outer tray. A bacterial barrier may be formed over a portion of the outer tray to enclose the inner tray. The inner tray, including the medical instruments, may then be sterilized by a sterilization process. During an OR procedure, the handle assemble allows a sterile nurse to remove the sterile inner tray from the non-sterile outer tray without making contact with the non-sterile outer tray and/or contaminating the sterile medical instruments.
