Patent number: 6415943Abstract: A container for fluids, in particular fluids containing gas, comprises an outer casing of flexible, pressure resistant material, at least a gas and/or fluid tight inner casing of flexible material lying inside the outer casing and being separated therefrom, and at least a filling connection for filling the inner casing. As a result, the container is collapsible so that filling the container may take place from the collapsed condition and filling is therefore possible without pressure difference while the fluid does not enter an empty space. The egress of gas from the fluid is substantially reduced thereby. When fluid is discharged from the containe, the volume of the container can also decrease by collapsing so that also during use of the fluid gas is prevented from egressing. Consequently, the quality of the fluid is maintained, both during filling of the inner casing with fluid and during discharge of fluid from the inner casing.Type: GrantFiled: March 14, 2000Date of Patent: July 9, 2002Assignee: Euro Maintenance Lease Produktie B.V.Inventor: Johan Arie Brambach

Patent number: 6095333Abstract: A bucket that children cannot put over their head, having a bottom wall, side walls, a removable lid and a non-pivoting U-shaped handle. The side walls project upwardly from the bottom wall and form an opening having circumscribing edges. The removable lid fits in the circumscribing edges for closing the bucket. The non-pivoting U-shaped handle has opposite side legs slidably mounted onto the side walls. The U-shaped handle also has stopping means for limiting sliding of the handle between a first position where the U-shaped handle bears against the lid when the same is fitted in the circumscribing edges and a second position where the U-shaped handle extends away from the lid and thus makes it possible to remove the lid from the circumscribing edges. Thus, the U-shaped handle, both in first and second positions, divides the opening into two smaller openings which are smaller than a child's head, thus children cannot put the bucket over their head.Type: GrantFiled: February 23, 1995Date of Patent: August 1, 2000Assignee: Ritvik Holdings Inc.Inventor: Victor J. The bead gripping formations are sized and proportioned to grippingly retain the pair of pan and cover bead formations in a nested array, and to grippingly retain the pair of pan and cover bead formations when one of the pan and covers is inverted to overlie and cover the other.Type: GrantFiled: August 19, 1998Date of Patent: May 23, 2000Assignee: Handi-Foil CorporationInventors: Norton Sarnoff, Kraig Fletcher

Patent number: 6039207Abstract: A lidded insulator for a beverage container comprising an insulator lid hingedly attached to an insulator body by means of a hinge. An insulator top ring having an insulator top ring bore is attached to the insulator lid. The hinge is made of resilient material possessing material memory tending to urge the hinge into a straight position. This hinge material memory tends to urge the insulator lid into a closed position. The lidded insulator for a beverage container is sized to frictionally admit a standard sized beverage container. Thus the beverage container is held securely within the insulator body, and when the insulator lid is closed on the beverage container, the frictional fit between the insulator lid and the beverage container holds the top closed, and together with the hinge material memory, urges the insulator lid top into sealing relationship with the beverage container opening.Type: GrantFiled: July 17, 1998Date of Patent: March 21, 2000Inventor: Thad R.
