Abstract: A flip-type wire slot relates to the technical field of wire slots, including: a wire slot main body and a wire slot cover, wherein one side of the wire slot cover is fixedly connected to one side of the wire slot main body, the other side of the wire slot cover is a free side, and the free side of the wire slot cover (2) is detachably connected to the other side of the wire slot main body. The adoption of the above technical solution has the advantage of facilitating the removal of the wire slot cover.

The locking tab is pivotable from an open position to a locked position. A channel is formed in the upper rim and is sized to receive a hinge pin of a container lid. The channel includes engagement structure that secures the locking tab in the locked position.

Abstract: A container including a bottom and a plurality of walls that form a storage cavity. A primary lid is disposed over the storage cavity. The primary lid includes a top surface that defines a dispenser portion through which items within the storage cavity may be dispensed. A dispenser lid is pivotally attached to the primary lid. The dispenser lid has a closed position in which the dispenser lid is pivoted downwards relative to the primary lid to cover the dispenser portion and an open position in which the dispenser lid is pivoted upwards relative to the primary lid to expose the dispenser portion. The dispenser lid includes a pivot end portion and an opposite free end portion, and a biasing pin extending from the pivot end portion. The biasing pin has a longitudinal end portion anchored to the primary lid so that the biasing pin urges the dispenser lid towards the open position. The biasing pin and a main dispenser lid portion are formed as a unitary structure.

The loop may be sized to receive a user's finger or attachment hardware such as a clip, hook or strap extending through the loop. A flip cap is supported for rotational movement on the loop and is movable between a closed position in which the spout is covered and an open position in which the spout is exposed. The flip cap includes a plug seal that is configured to engage and seal with a top edge of the spout when the cap is moved to the closed position.

Abstract: A hinge construction is for connecting two components. The hinge construction includes a first securing part which can be fixed on a first of the two components, a second securing part which can be fixed on the second component, and a hinge part. The hinge construction further includes a first coupling device for the rotatable coupling of the first securing part to the hinge part, and a second coupling device for the pivotable coupling of the hinge part to the second securing part. The second coupling device, in order to set a distance between the two components, includes two corresponding, curved coupling surfaces, which run parallel to the pivot axis and of which a first is provided on the hinge part and the second is provided on the second securing part.

Abstract: A mail receptacle system incorporating multiple individually accessible discrete storage compartments disposed within a frame structure with lockable user access doors disposed in mated hinging relation relative to the frame structure such that when the access doors are in a closed position, a male/female relation is established between portions of the doors and the frame structure. The access doors utilize a multi-piece construction wherein the hinging edges of the doors are displaceable from the door body thereby permitting the door body to be easily and readily replace in the event of damage.

Abstract: A three-piece jewel case for information storage discs, such as CDs and DVDs, is of the clam-shell type, and includes a base portion having a pair of generally rectangular hinge recesses positioned at adjacent corners along a rear side edge thereof, a lid portion having a pair of generally rectangular hinge arms positioned at adjacent corners along a rear side edge thereof, and a media tray having a lid portion supporting hub, which snaps into the base portion. For a preferred embodiment of the case, the media tray is hingeably connected to the base portion along the rear side edge. Each hinge arm has a rectangular solid component that extends from the outer edge to the inner edge and from the front edge to the back edge thereof. This feature rigidifies the rectangular hinge so that it is much more resistant to mechanical damage from crushing or dropping loads.

For even longer items the bottom wall is provided with one or more openings of sufficient size to allow the item to extend through the bottom wall. The support panel may be hinged for pivoting to an open position to provide access to the interior for tool storage. Either the top wall or the front wall of the organizer are adapted to be opened and retracted for access to the interior and support plate of the organizer.

A lid comprising two panels is provided, each panel having first and second side edges and a hinge edge, the first side edges being detachably and pivotally secured to the pivot member. A hinge operatively connects the hinge edges of the two panels. Resilient flanges are provided on the second side edges of the panels to releasably engage shoulders formed on an upper edge of the second side wall when the lid is closed. To nest multiple containers one within another, the lid is removed from the side wall, folded 180° about its hinge, rotated 90° and placed in the bottom of the container. Another container is then placed in the container and the process is repeated.

The first part forms a pair of ramp surfaces adjacent to the ends of each slot.

Abstract: This storage media case has a base formed with a bottom wall sized and shaped to receive a disc and with peripheral rim walls further defining the disc-receiving portion of the base. Its lid is provided with its own set of rim walls that overlap the rim walls on the base when the lid is closed and thereby help to protect the disc from invasive contact. Mating hinge assemblies are formed at the back of both the base and lid. These assemblies allow the hinge elements to be snapped together with the lid registered over the base. The geometry of the base hinge assembly allows expansion room for the hinge clevis members on the lid to spread apart and snap over the hinge pins only when the lid is registered in a nearly closed position over the base. When the lid is opened, its hinge devises move down into narrower recesses in the base so that the base prevents the hinge devises from spreading.

Abstract: A keyboard lock box for securing a computer keyboard from unauthorized access and use is provided. The lock box includes a box-shaped apparatus in which a keyboard may be stored and secured from unauthorized access and use. The keyboard lock box includes a base in which the keyboard may be placed. A lid is provided for closing the keyboard lock box, and a lock and latch combination is integrated with the lid and base for locking the lid to the base. An alternate embodiment of the lock box includes a removable lid that may be removed leaving the keyboard at rest on a keyboard tray. The lock box may be implemented for storage only, or it may be implemented as a storage apparatus and holding apparatus during use of the computer keyboard.

Abstract: A case incorporates with a hinge structure including a first joint, which is extended from a rear panel of a case body, including a supporting arm having a front biasing surface and a rear biasing surface and second joint, which is extended from the rear wall of a case cover, has a holding slot to define a closed stopping surface and an opened stopping surface. The supporting arm is shaped and sized to slidably fit into the holding slot. Therefore, the supporting arm is slid outwardly from the holding slot until the rear biasing surface is biased against the closed stopping surface to close the case body with the case cover, and the supporting arm is slid into the holding slot until the front biasing surface is biased against the opened stopping surface to open the case body with the case cover.

Abstract: A portable container to hold saw blades and accessories for a table saw has a cover and a base and an integrally formed handle at one end. The handle includes a snap latch and a push-to-release button assembly to hold the container in a closed position and that can be depressed to open the container. The assembly is positioned on the outer edge of the handle. The container also includes a raised position on the cover in which a flat wrench can be stored. Other tools are stored within the container by retaining tabs forms on the inner side of the cover. A post is extends for the inner side of the base to hold the blades and the flat wrench. The post is tubular so that the container can be removably attached to a table saw.

Abstract: A multiple layer hinged enclosure utilizes two sets of parallel hinge pins to be able to stack as many layers as desired. An outer set of hinge pins is utilized by the cover and an inner set of hinge pins is utilized by intermediate layers to form an offset “shingle”effect.

Abstract: A wet wipe container having improved opening and improved tear resistance between the lid and the base among other features. The container includes a container base and a container lid that is connected to the container base. In one embodiment, the container lid has a guide ridge that extends downward into the interior of the container. The guide ridge permits the container lid to be in a partially open position and provides better alignment between the container lid and the container base during closing of the container. In another embodiment, the container includes a closure that has an upwardly extending tongue projection, a flattened grip area and an assistive region to increase the ease with which the container can be opened. The invention also relates to a container having a more tear resistant container lid. The container lid has a hinge channel of a primary thickness. The hinge channel has two end regions that are of a secondary thickness that is greater than the primary thickness.

Abstract: A box comprises two box elements attached together at a contact surface and connected together in a releasable manner in each of two opposite assembly areas. Each box element includes in each assembly area at least one clipping member which hooks onto a complementary clipping member in corresponding relationship to it on the other box element and at least one journal member which cooperates pivot fashion with a complementary journal member in corresponding relationship to it on the other box element. At least the clipping member of at least one of the box elements is carried by an elastically deformable arm. Applications include boxes for light fittings.

Abstract: A hatch assembly with a removable cover comprises a generally rectangular frame member, a pair of two piece hinge assemblies and a mating cover which is rotatably attached to the frame member by the hinge assemblies. Each of the two piece hinge assemblies include a first hinge element which has a generally J-shaped pivot member and a second hinge element having a longitudinally extending generally cylindrical recess and a longitudinally extending slot along one side thereof. The generally cylindrical recess and slot are adapted to receive the J-shaped pivot member therethrough and into the recess when the cover is in a first position as for example 120° from its closed position. When the cover is rotated toward closure, the J-shaped pivot member is retained within the recess so that the cover can be rotated between about 110° and 0°. Then when rotated to 120° the cover can be readily removed from the frame.

The hinge member pivotally connects the door panel and the securing member and includes a fixed end portion, a first angled ramp portion, a second angled ramp portion, and a centering portion. The fixed end portion is attached to the door panel and the first angled ramp portion extends from it. The fixed end portion includes an open hinge surface. The second angled ramp portion extends from the first angled portion and the centering end portion extends from the second angled ramp portion, forming a closed hinge surface between them. The open hinge surface of the first hinge member is in contact with the securing member of the frame when the door panel is in the open position.

Abstract: An outdoor assembly exposed to rain water has an enclosure and a cover. A first mounting means for the cover installs the cover to form a barrier to rain water for the enclosure rendering it drip proof or water proof. A second mounting means for the cover on the enclosure installs the cover to form a rain shield for the enclosure. The first mounting means allows opening or rotation of the cover about a vertical axis thus allowing access to the enclosure. The second mounting means releasingly engages the cover with respect to the enclosure generally at a right angle to the vertical direction, thus providing a rain shield for the enclosure.
