Abstract: Cell phone cradle that keeps a cell phone away from the head when it is held up to the ear. The cradle has a first end with a height corresponding to the thickness of the cell phone, a second end with a height substantially greater than the thickness of the cell phone, and tapered sides forming an enclosure having an open top and a depth which increases from one end to the other. The cell phone is placed in the cradle with the speaker in the deeper end so that the cell phone is spaced away from the head when the open side of the enclosure is held against the head with the speaker opposite the ear.

Abstract: Provided are a collapsible cup and a lid for sealing such cups. A collapsible cup includes a top cylindrical portion having a collapsible part and a sealing edge. The cup also includes a rigid bottom portion attached to the collapsible part and configured to move in and out with respect to the sealing edge by folding the collapsible part. The level of folding of the collapsible part determines different positions of the top portion, such as upper operating position corresponding to the maximum cup height, an intermediate operating position corresponding to an intermediate cup height, and a lower collapsed position corresponding to the minimum cup height. In the lower collapse position, the bottom portion may be substantially enclosed by the top cylindrical portion. The collapsible cup may include a reinforcement insert disposed within the top portion and used for engaging with a lid and providing support to the sealing edge.

Abstract: A telescoping, adjustable length tool basket, particularly suitable for offshore operations in the oil and gas industry. A center section has four elongated, tubular corner members, joined by bottom and side members. At least one, and preferably two, wing sections comprise elongated inner corner members that are slidably disposed within the outer corner members. The wing sections can be moved inwardly and outwardly from the center section to adjust the overall tool basket length to accommodate the tool length. When adjusted to the desired length, a lock pin is inserted through aligned holes in at least one pair of outer and inner corner members, to lock the tool basket at the desired length. Inner and outer bushings are disposed in the annulus between the inner and outer corner members. Preferably the bushings are of a polytetraflouroethylene (PTFE) material such as Teflon®.

Abstract: Provided are collapsible compact cups and sealing cup lids for everyday use. The cups are designed with two or more rigid portions that are used to engage with the cup lids and support the cup. The rigid portions are interconnected by one or more flexible middle portions configured to support the upper rigid portion when the cup is in the upper operational position. At the same time, the flexible portion may bend under a certain force exerted by the user during collapsing of the cup and may allow one rigid portion to slide over another rigid portion. Even in this lower collapsed position, all rigid and flexible portions of the cup may remain connected to each other, thereby preventing any spills from the cups (e.g., residual liquids) creating a pocket sized cup with a sealing lid.

Abstract: The invention provides a modular and foldable recycling apparatus for home use. The apparatus contains multiple modules attached in series, which can be separated into individual modules. Each module is made of a foldable frame to hold a container, such as a bag, for the containment, separation and transport of recyclable materials. The apparatus can be folded like an accordion to allow for convenient storage.

Abstract: A collapsing garbage can is shown as a feeder for garbage bags. A five sided design is taught where top and bottom punch out sections secure the top section relative to the bottom section. Top sections of the can to be made of absorbent or recyclable materials such as paper and cardboard while the base is made of a water resistant material so it may be used on a variety of surfaces. The sides of the top and bottom section flex so that it may fold flat and be expanded. The top section may be collapsed down inside the bottom section to reach a bag in the bottom section so when the top section is raised; the bag comes up with the top section.

Bolts secure the side panels together. Side struts prevent bowing and slipping of bins. A retractable ramp allows front loader to enter the bin for loading/unloading. A lifting bar provides loading/unloading of bins and can lock into place to provide secure storage area for equipment.
