  • Patent number: 10017371
Abstract: A dispenser machine for storing and dispensing viscous foods and beverages and provides for the efficient and safe dispensation of a viscous food or beverage product that is contained in a flexible product container and which does not come into direct contact with the dispenser equipment. The dispenser includes an evacuation system which includes a weighted roller or slidable weight in contact with one or more sides of the product container and which operates by force of gravity to pressure and direct the food or beverage product contained in the container toward and out of the bag or container tube spout. A pump unit, which is configurable to provide for the dispensation of both food and beverage products with different viscosities by the addition or removal of one or pump pins, draws product from the container as desired and the pump unit pins operate to pinch and prevent the flow of product from the container tube spout after the pump is shut off.

  • Patent number: 6450365
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a magnetic holder for paper clips or other magnetizable items having a plurality of adjacent magnets arranged along a longitudinal direction such that magnetic fields either in the respective magnets and/or emanating therefrom are oriented in mutually opposite directions. Thus, magnetic lines of force within the respective fields point in mutually opposite direction with the magnetizable items (which are magnetically neutral) being thereby attracted by greater force than when magnets are arranged with magnetic force lines all pointing in the same direction. At the same time, the magnets can be additionally arranged such that one of the magnets adjacent a longitudinal end possesses greater magnetic strength than the other of the magnets, so that the magnetic lines of force are stronger at this longitudinal end and thereby attract the magnetizable items such as gem clips towards the longitudinal end.

  • Patent number: 5256030
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a spacer for spacing two adjacent glass plates which are stood parallel to each other on a pallet. The spacer has a spacing plate part to be inserted between the two glass plates and a head part which rests on the upper edges of the two glass plates. According to the invention the spacer has a magnetic part which is formed of an easily magnetizable magnetic material and fixed to the spacing plate part. In taking away a plurality of glass plates stood in a parallel arrangement on a pallet one after another, the glass plate in the forefront is held by a plurality of suction pads mounted on a frame which is attached to a robot arm, and each of the spacers on that glass plate is removed by attracting it by an electromagnetic holder movably mounted on the frame and swinging the electromagnetic holder to separate the spacer from the glass plate held by the suction pads and then disabling the electromagnetic holder to allow the spacer to fall.

  • Patent number: 5097947
Abstract: A paper clip dispenser comprises a container and an upper cover. The container has a hollow interior and a concave bottom. A male snap fitting connector disposed on the upper periphery of the container matches the corresponding female snap fitting connector disposed on the lower periphery of the upper cover. The upper cover has an opening on its upper portion. A seat is disposed on the upper portion of the upper cover. Two passages are formed between the seat and the upper cover. An arc-shaped lid covers the upper opening of the seat. The male connecting portion of the seat matches the corresponding female connecting portion of the lid. A flange extends from the lower periphery of the lid downwardly, and a holder extends from the flange inwardly.

  • Patent number: 5096091
Abstract: A magnetic roller paperclip dispenser comprising a two piece housing, a cylindrical, fluted magnetic roller accessibly disposed in a front portion thereof, and a window cover disposed over a rear portion thereof. Paperclips are stored in an internal storage cavity with a downwardly sloped storage surface so that paperclips thereon slide down towards the magnetic roller and adhere thereto. A user can rotate the magnetic roller by fingertip action to cause the paperclips adhering thereto to pass through a gap between the roller and the front edge of the window cover, to the exterior of the dispenser where they can be removed for use.

  • Patent number: 5074742
Abstract: A method and apparatus are described for conveying and supplying a part, such as a projection nut, to a predetermined point in space. The apparatus comprises a telescopic supply rod including an outer and inner shaft, two magnets being associated with a proximal end of one of the two shafts. The supply rod first extends in its entirety towards the predetermined point, or destination, with the part being attracted and held at the proximal end by the magnets. Relative displacement in longitudinal direction of the outer and inner shafts takes place as the part reaches the destination and, consequently, the magnets are moved away from the part so that magnetic force on the part is no more influential, whereupon the part is allowed to fall under gravity down to the destination.
