Further squeezing of the body causes the contents of the packet to be dispensed through openings in the body. The body is spring biased to a position to facilitate loading a packet, unloading the packet after dispensing the product, and replacing it with a sealed packet, all with the use of only one hand. Tabs at the end of the body help keep it upright during loading and unloading.

    Abstract: A nozzle assembly (3, 20) with a re-useable break off cap (20) for dispensing a product from a container (1). On a dispensing end (5) of the nozzle (3) a break-off cap (20) is integrally formed thereon and closes off the dispensing end (5) of the nozzle (3). The break-off cap (20) is removable by breaking a frangible connection (22) between the nozzle (3) and the break-off cap (20). Removing the break-off cap opens the dispensing end (5) of the nozzle (3) thereby allowing product to be dispensed through the nozzle (3). The break-off cap (20) removed from the nozzle (3) can then be re-engaged with the nozzle (3) to close off the dispensing end (5) thereby preventing further product from being dispensed. The cap can be attached to or removed from the nozzle (3) as often as a user requires. Packaging which includes a tray (111) or pouch into which the nozzle assembly (3, 20) and container (1) can be inserted.

The dental floss dispenser cap according to certain embodiments of the invention, comprises a housing and an annular base. Upstanding walls form a cylindrical protrusion and a cavity dimensioned to receive the cap of a toothpaste tube underneath. A spool of floss may be placed on the cylindrical protrusion for rotation and dispensing. A cover may be attached to the housing by a first hinge. The cover preferably comprises a notch opening for the dental floss to pass through and a metal cutting member such as a lance mounted to the cover. A lid may be attached to the cover by a second hinge. The lid can be opened and closed to access the dental floss and protect it from contamination when not in use as desired.

One embodiment of the present invention 10 discloses a dispenser pocket 14 providing means to close 24 and seal the liquid contents 25 within the pocket and discloses an interlocking seal channel 24 type closing mechanism at the top 30 of the pocket. Once the pocket 14 is filled with desired liquid 25, the pocket is sealed by pressing a seal channel 24 on each side of the pocket together. A release button 26 attached to the spout 28 at the bottom of the pocket 14 provides means to dispense the liquid contents 25 from the pocket. The button 26 is depressed to allow the liquid contents 25 to be dispensed from the pocket 14 and released to stop the flow.
