The motor drives the stirring unit and pump to operate simultaneously after the motor is started, an elastic sleeve body of the pump is operated by the motor to contract and expand, allowing the second tube to extract the soap liquid from the container to the pump, and the soap liquid is then delivered to the stirring unit through the first tube. Finally, the rotation of the stirring gears allows the soap liquid to become foam, which is output through the output tube.

  • Patent number: 9962741
Abstract: A compact dedusting apparatus induces air flow through the housing by a vacuum generator mounted within the housing. The discharge of dust and debris can be passed through a conduit to a remote location without losing air flow velocity to facilitate the use of the compact dedusting apparatus within a clean room. The metering device is formed from stainless steel and mounted on a spring-loaded mounting plate to permit vertical movement of the metering device when a jam of the particulate material is encountered. The metering device can be driven by a low torque stepper motor operable at selectively variable speeds to control the flow rate of the particulate material. The discharge transition is formed with an enlarged cross-sectional area compared to the shape of the Venturi zone so that carryover pellets can be returned to the product flow instead of being lost with the dirty air discharge.

  • Patent number: 9931657
Abstract: The present invention relates to fluid dispensing devices for use in dispensing different liquids (e.g., bleach and bleach activator) from a bottle having first and second compartments. To minimize the presence of mixed composition residually present within the fluid dispensing device, it may be helpful to delay mixing. Separate dip tubes may be provided to pull liquid from the separate compartments, each with its own separate pump. Each pump may deliver the separate compositions to a spray nozzle of the device through separate delivery tubes (e.g., from the pumps to the nozzle). In other embodiments, a single delivery tube, and/or a single pump may be provided, e.g., where the volume of mixed composition that may be present in such pump and/or delivery tube may be sufficiently small so as to still provide overall desired efficacy characteristics. Dual delivery tube configurations may eliminate any need to prime the device by spraying out old, residual mixed composition.

Abstract: An orientation independent delivery device. The delivery device includes a gas chamber, a delivery chamber, a gas cell, and a delivery aperture. The gas chamber includes a gas-side rigid portion and a gas-side flexible barrier. The gas-side flexible barrier is sealed to the gas-side rigid portion. The delivery chamber includes a delivery-side rigid portion and a delivery-side flexible barrier. The delivery-side flexible barrier is sealed to the delivery-side rigid portion and is oriented adjacent to the gas-side flexible barrier. The gas cell is coupled to the gas-side rigid portion of the gas chamber. The gas cell increases a gas pressure within the gas chamber to expand the gas-side flexible barrier. Expansion of the gas-side flexible barrier applies a compressive force to the delivery-side flexible barrier allowing a delivery material to escape from the delivery chamber.
