Abstract: A bulk material transport system includes one or more bulk material transport bins, weighing platforms, and vehicles arranged in various combinations as bulk material transporters, assemblies, and units. The system is useful for coupling with a bulk material container, forming a reduced pressure region at an inlet of the transport bin, and dispensing bulk material into the transport bin through the reduced pressure region.

Abstract: Systems and methods for managing bulk material efficiently at a well site are provided. The disclosure is directed to a container support frame that is integrated into a blender unit. The support frame is used to receive one or more portable containers of bulk material, and the blender unit may include a gravity feed outlet for outputting bulk material from the containers directly into a mixer of the blender unit. The blender unit with integrated support frame may eliminate the need for any subsequent mechanical conveyance of the bulk material (e.g., via a separate mechanical conveying system or on-blender sand screws) from the containers to the mixer. As such, the integrated blender unit may be lighter weight, take up less space, and have a lower cost and complexity than existing blenders.

Abstract: A container system includes a container for holding a fluid. The container may be positioned within a box that provides structural support to the container while allowing the container system to be stacked. The container may include chamfered corners and a glug mitigation mechanism. The box may include corresponding chamfered corners and one or more access apertures for providing access to the container handle and container opening that are positioned within and below the top surface of the box.

Abstract: A powder dispenser includes a container for holding powder in a spherical chamber. A wiper is disposed within and rotatable about a horizontal axis of the chamber to sweep the inner wall of the chamber. A scoop is positioned on the wiper to pass through the powder to capture and transport a small quantity of the powder upwardly from the chamber to an opening for discharge to a manually accessible platform on the container. The remainder of the powder stays in the chamber. A thumbwheel is connected with the wiper and is positioned to be manually rotatable to drive the wiper about the horizontal axis when traction force is applied to the thumbwheel.

Abstract: A system for closing a container is contemplated. The system features an injection molded, polymeric funnel including an engagement flange and a connector piece attaching to a gripping ring. A closure body capable of sealing a container is also provided. The closure includes a pull tab to create an opening into which the funnel inlet may be received in a snap-fitting arrangement. The engagement flange and protrusions proximate to the end of the funnel inlet facilitate the snap fit, align the structure, and prevent over-insertion of the funnel into the interior volume of the container.

Abstract: A material transport system and method having a frame with a plurality of upright frame members, upper lateral frame members, central lateral frame members, and lower lateral frame members. In one aspect, removable sidewalls can be affixed to the frame. In other aspects, the removable sidewalls have a density that is less than the density of the frame members. In other aspects, a modular container can be disposed in the frame. The frame can be constructed from a material having a lower density than the materials used for the frame.

Abstract: A dispensing system includes a device having a body extending along a longitudinal axis between opposite proximal and distal ends. The body includes a proximal chamber, a distal chamber and a wall between the chambers. The body includes a first port in communication with the proximal chamber and a second port in communication with the distal chamber. A shaft is movably positioned within the body. The shaft extending through the wall and comprising a proximal plunger positioned within the proximal chamber and a distal plunger positioned within the distal chamber. Wherein pressure introduced through an opening in the proximal end moves the shaft such that the proximal plunger moves a material within the proximal chamber out of the first port and the distal plunger moves a material within the distal chamber out of the second port. Kits and methods of use are disclosed.

The dispensing container includes a body being formed from a plurality of walls, a top and a bottom contiguously formed to create an interior volume. The interior volume is configured to have at least one storage compartment having a substance stored therein. The body further includes a first dispenser integrally formed on the front wall of the body proximate the bottom thereof. A second dispenser is further included and is formed in the bottom of the body. A mounting tab is secured to the rear wall of the body. Abstract: A proppant discharge system has a container with an outlet formed at a bottom thereof and a gate slidably affixed at the outlet so as to be movable between a first position covering the outlet to a second position opening the outlet, and a support structure having an actuator thereon. The container is removably positioned on the top surface of the support structure. The actuator is engageable with gate so as to move the gate from the first position to the second position. A conveyor underlies the container so as to receive proppant as discharged from the container through the outlet. The container is a ten foot ISO container.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a filter assembly, and more particularly, to a filter assembly in which an uneven portion is formed on an inner wall of a hollow external housing and a filter fastening unit which includes a pressurized section pressurized by the uneven portion is formed around an inner cap which moves up and down along an inner surface of the external housing to firmly fasten a filter.

Abstract: An intermodal container for transporting frac proppant, such as frac sand, and/or other types of granular material is disclosed. The intermodal container is designed to receive frac sand from a quarry or other frac sand supply source. Once the container is filled with material, the container is loaded onto a transportation device and transported to a well site. Once received at the well site, the containers can be stacked and the frac sand stored until needed. Once the frac sand is needed, the containers are placed on a base unit and the container discharges its contents onto a conveying system formed as part of the base unit. The conveying system directs the frac sand to a blending location. The empty intermodal containers can be removed from the base unit and loaded onto a transportation device to be refilled at a mine site.

The actuator comprises a spray cap actuator having a base, a collar, a finger trigger support, a finger trigger hingedly connected to the trigger support by a living hinge, and a finger grip depending from the finger trigger. The spray cap actuator has an operable position in which a central passage, formed through the base, engages with an integral down tube depending from the finger trigger, and a non-operable position in which the finger trigger is pivoted away from the lower base. The overcap has an interior space and an overcap support wall defines a receiving compartment for engaging with the spray cap actuator. When the spray cap actuator is folded into the operable position, the actuator can be inserted into the receiving compartment of the overcap and releasably retained therein.

Abstract: A system and method for custom coloring sealant is generally provided with one or more dispensing cartridges, containing a quantity of low viscosity sealant base solution, which in some embodiments is as fluid, or more-so, as common latex paint. One or more such dispensing cartridges are secured within a cartridge case. A coloring agent is added to the dispensing cartridge. The system may then be agitated by hand or in a mechanical agitator, such as a commercial paint shaker, until a desired color is attained. The sealant thickener may then be added and mixed by similar agitation of the system to obtain a non-sag, high viscosity sealant. Embodiments of the cartridge case are provided for use with various mechanical agitators and dispensing cartridges.

Abstract: A system and method for custom coloring sealant is generally provided with one or more dispensing cartridges, containing a quantity of low viscosity sealant base solution, which in some embodiments is as fluid, or more-so, as common latex paint. One or more such dispensing cartridges are secured within a cartridge case. A coloring agent is added to the dispensing cartridge. The system may then be agitated by hand or in a mechanical agitator, such as a commercial paint shaker, until a desired color is attained. The present invention comprises a beverage pitcher for storing liquid with an internal handle and optionally with a pouring spout. The internal handle is a handle that is housed within the body of the liquid pitcher rather than protruding from the body of the liquid pitcher. The internal handle allows the pitcher to support the base of a subsequent pitcher placed within the first pitcher interior. The handle does not protrude from the body of the liquid pitcher and does not sacrifice any structural integrity because it has two points of attachment, which is an upgrade over currently available stackable liquid pitchers, whose handles largely only have a single point of attachment.

Each tube extends substantially concentrically through a respective passage to define annular flow spaces that collectively present a predetermined total cross-sectional flow area to the second distribution chamber member. First and second components emanating from the tubes and the flow spaces are able to intermix with and diffuse into each other on the discharge area of the second manifold member. The cross-sectional flow areas presented to the first and second distribution chambers are equal.

A set of conveying tubes is supported within the dispensing device and collectively present a predetermined total cross-sectional flow area to the first distribution chamber. An array of openings and an array of passages extend through the second member. The openings receive the discharge ends of the conveying tubes. The passages are disposed in fluid communication with the second distribution chamber. The passages collectively present a predetermined total cross-sectional flow area to the second distribution chamber member. The openings and the passages are laterally spaced with respect to each other such that the discharge ends of the tubes are interspersed among the passages. The cross-sectional flow areas presented to the first and second distribution chambers are different.

When a shelf of slid out of the cabinet, the bins supported by it may, if desired, be lifted off of and replaced on the shelf for during replacement of a depleted bag of liquid beverage component. The closure includes a body portion having an open bottom formed of a skirt that defines an outer periphery of the body portion and an end wall defining at least one dispensing aperture. The closure also includes a member supported at the end wall. The member has a flap configured for pivotal movement and a user interface configured for sliding movement. The sliding movement of the user interface causes the pivotal movement of the flap. The closure further includes a retaining member coupled to the body portion for securing the member to the body portion. The retaining member at least partially covers the flap and the user interface.

Abstract: A collapsible container and a method of using the collapsible container are provided. In one embodiment of the container, the container comprises a collapsible fold area associating a base portion with a nestable portion, the collapsible fold area being structured such that a collapsing of collapsible fold area results in disposal of at least a portion of the nestable portion within the base volume. In one embodiment of the method, the method comprises the steps of nestling the collapsed containers with one another for efficient space storage when said collapsed containers are not in use, and releasing a vacuum or applying a force to return a collapsed container to its full or expanded position.

The bottom hatch of the second container is aligned with the opening of the first container such that a proppant in the second container can flow through the hatch thereof into the interior volume of the first container. Abstract: A liquid dispensing system is provided for automated dispensing of a plurality of liquid reagents into a recreational body of water. The liquid dispensing system includes a cartridge apparatus housing a plurality of liquid reagent containers, each containing a respective liquid reagent. A docking assembly is provided having a dock manifold device, and is releasably coupled to the cartridge apparatus between a first condition and a second condition. In a first condition, the cartridge apparatus can be removably coupled to the docking assembly, while in the second condition, the cartridge apparatus is lockably mounted to the docking assembly in a manner permitting fluid communication from the respective reagent container to respective fluid passages of the manifold device. The dispensing system further includes a dosing engine having a valve manifold device to selectively dispense the liquid reagents into the recreational body of water through a dispensing port.
