  • Patent number: 10835913
Abstract: A refillable vertical foregrip spray device. The device has a weapon mounting interface (M LOK, Keymod, Picatinny) integral to the valve block. The hollow cylindrical portion contains the pressurized liquid or gaseous contents of the operator's choice. The valve block houses a push button release valve with a sliding safety mechanism and a charge valve for pressurizing the device. The weapon mounting interface is integral to the valve block. The device does not require the use of disposable aerosol containers. When not weapon mounted the device can also be freely carried and the user can effectively dispense liquid or gaseous contents of their choice.

  • Patent number: 10654055
Abstract: An aerosol spray gun that holds an aerosol can to aid in dispensing it's contents. A main arm inside the body has a trigger on a rear side of a main pivot and on a forward side has tab and a forward pivot. A nozzle assembly with an open center is at a forward side of the body. The aerosol spray and fan-forced air pass through the open center during dispensing. When the trigger is pulled the main arm articulates about the main pivot causing the forward side of the main arm to move down simultaneously pressing the valve on the aerosol can down and moving the nozzle assembly down so that the aerosol spray and the open center of the nozzle assembly always remain concentric.

  • Patent number: 9538872
Abstract: User-selectable volumes of a viscous condiment such as ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise are consistently dispensed from a pressurized vessel. The vessel is pressurized using a small air pump, a cylinder of compressed gas or an external gas source. Pressure in the vessel is kept constant by sensing the pressure using a MEMS pressure transducer. Condiment flows from the pressurized vessel into a flexible tube, which passes through an electrically-actuated pinch valve. For a given pressure in the vessel, the amount of condiment to be dispensed is determined by the time that the pinch valve is open. A processor monitors the pressure, actuation of a user interface and controls operation of the air pump.

This extending of the length enables an impaired person to reach areas that need to be caulked. It also enables a person to reach remote areas that only can be reached by a ladder but the person cannot negotiate a ladder. The extension of the basic caulking gun is achieved by placing longitudinal rods between the trigger mechanism and the forward end where the caulking cartridge is normally located. It is important that rods are being used to keep the weight of the gun on a reasonable level. The rods have spaced apart rings in the longitudinal direction to stabilize the rods. At the trigger end of the caulking gun there is located a handle that can be changed in location to accommodate left- and -right handed persons.

A locking member of the trigger lock mechanism normally has a blocking relationship with the trigger that prevents an incidental force applied to the trigger from opening the valve. The trigger is unlocked by manually moving a locking member of the trigger lock mechanism out of the blocking relationship with the trigger. The trigger is then freed to respond to an applied manual force and open the valve to dispense the adhesive. When the trigger is released, the valve closes and the spring biasing of the trigger lock mechanism automatically returns the locking member to the blocking relationship with the trigger so that the locked state is restored.

  • Patent number: 8181829
Abstract: A suction and dispensing tool (1) comprises: a cylinder (10) storing the fluid; a nozzle (20); a piston moving forward and backward in the cylinder (10); a piston rod (40) for driving the piston; and two ratchet type driving mechanisms (60) for driving the piston rod (40) forward and backward. The driving mechanism (60) comprises: a frame (50) having a handle (52), mounted to the cylinder (10), and two triggers (80) rotatably attached to the frame (50) at the front and rear sides of the handle (52). By rotating each of the triggers (80) to the handle (52), the piston rod (40) can be moved forward or backward. The rotating operation of the trigger (80) requires power smaller than an operation for directly pushing and drawing the piston rod by hand. Accordingly, it becomes possible to refill and dispense a high viscosity oil easily.

Abstract: Consistent volumes of viscous fluids are dispensed from a container configured to have a fixed volume, positive displacement pump assembly that receives and dispenses fixed volumes of the viscous liquids. Gravity causes viscous liquid in a container to fall through openings in a check valve. Pressure on the check valve by a user causes the valve to close. Additional pressure from the user drives the pump assembly downwardly to dispense captured liquid. The dispensed volume is controllable by controlling the displacement of an actuating lever Dispensing covers over the discharge holes prevent liquids from leaking out of the container.

Abstract: Fixed amounts of granular and granulated seasonings are dispensed from a rotatable disc that lies flat or horizontal and which includes a through-hole or void. The void is gravity-filled with granulated seasonings from a hole in the bottom of a hopper. A screen below the disc is formed to have open, through-holes and a solid land. The void in the disc fills with granules when the void is beneath a hole in the hopper but over a solid land thus preventing granules to spill through the disc. Rotation of the disc moves the void away from the land, allowing granules in the void to fall through holes in the screen. A gasket provides a seal between the disc and the hopper. The disc is rotated back and forth around its axis by vertical movement of an actuator about the horizontal hinge.
